Hear me out, Chili's is definitely the spot you want to come to for celebrations or overall a solid yap session with friends. My bestie and I came here and we were treating ourselves while catching up! I started with the enchilada soup... a favorite! My go-to for any Chili's visit. Packed with flavors and topped with salty tortilla chips. What's not to love? We opted for a dip sharing appetizer that had guacamole, queso, and salsa. It was a wonderful way to try all of the dips and enjoy the thin and crispy chips. We -of course- finished with the molten lava cake and that was decadent and a satisfying way to end the meal. We had so much fun splitting so many fun dishes! Chili's really creates a fun and vibrant atmosphere to enjoy. The service was wonderful. I am an avid chilies , customer usually doordash. Today I went in to pick my order up. I was disappointed to see that you have a mandatory tip on your credit card machine.Because I usually don't tip for over the counter service. I was also disappointed because I was not aware that what I ordered was on the 3 for me menu when I called.And when I brought it up at the cash register\nNothing could be done about it. Therefore, I ended up spending about $5 more on a hamburger and a Dr. Pepper.\nPlus an eighteen percent tip. If I would have door dashed, it would have cost me almost the same amount. This was a great dinner experience and our wait person, Danelle is the Bomb! The service team worked well together with several members bringing food to our table. We shared a large salad and they gave us two plates which many restaurants won't do. The food was delicious and came out quickly. Pricing is good and they have special margarita's every month. My hamburger came out plated wrong and my partner's side was wrong twice. Not only was mine plated wrong but I cut a piece of my hamburger and saw a hair sticking up and pulled it out. The hair was blonde but the manager Josh commented that it couldn't have been 1 of theirs that it looked silver to him‍. Granted Josh did remove my dinner and drink which was good. I ordered dinner for my wife and myself for pick up... Not only did they finish the order on time, but the food was absolutely perfect. They seem to have improved in the kitchen. For the most part, I've been happy with this restaurant, there have been a time or two over the years that things did not go well, but on our last two orders from them, they have been flawless. And it's a much better value for my money Than some of the fast food places around here, anymore. They are on the same price point. So I believe it's a good value for what you receive. read more

Server was fine. Ordered a Wisconsin Lunch box, 5 of them. Received shots filled with amaretto, OJ, and coors light. Then we got charged for 3 shots and a full coors light. Which wouldn't be a problem if it had not been for the fact that is not how much alcohol should be involved in the drink. Manager took it off because we explained this wasn't correct, but then decided to cut us off. So we had, 1 beer each, 1 shot of tequila(we ordered it after) and this shot of OJ. The manager said it's a policy, but wouldn't hear us out on what had transpired. The bartender loudly could heard complaining about how she knows what she is doing, which tells me this all Happened because she didn't know how to make it. Now this place is one of my favorites! I recently came to this Chili's location to have a late afternoon lunch with my friend, and we had a blast. They have a 3 for $10 menu which was actually AMAZING! The menu had soups, salads, appetizers, sandwiches, and burgers, which is so good for $10. I got a diet Pepsi, Chicken Enchilada soup, and the Just Bacon Burger. All of the food was extremely tasty and packed with lots of flavor. For the price, Chili's is an absolute steal. I'm not even sure you could order a full meal like this for $10 from anywhere else. Come on down and check this place out! read more

We've been ordering delivery during COVID and always got good service, and now we have started going in person again. On our visit today service was very attentive (including topping off our ice teas several times). It took a while for the food to come out of the kitchen. I had the bottomless soup salad and chips, probably my favorite lunch dish here. Their salads are always extremely fresh. I ordered Chilis on DoorDash this evening and had a pretty unpleasant experience. Our food was not ready when I arrived which is fine but the guy who bagged it was very rude asking "where is this person" multiple times right in front of me. When I got home and opened my entree of fries, chicken nuggets and steamed broccoli it was all mixed together and soggy from the broccoli - for the record I did not drop it or shake it this is purely how I opened it. (See attached photo). Additionally my husbands pasta entree was ice cold and he had to microwave it when I got home, we live within 10 minutes of the location so no reason it should have been cold. My husband ordered dinner for takeout. Along with two to go Presidente margaritas. The staff gave us the food and assured everything was included. After leaving, we realized they did not give us our margaritas. We called and the manger basically called my husband a liar, verbatim said "um sir I'm not sure how that's possible, so I don't know what you want me to do." To which my husband responded, "so you're telling me that I'm lying and trying to swindle $15.00 out of you?" Then she yelled over to an employee, while on the phone STILL, and came back and said she personally made them and that we must be mistaken. Poor service. And a disgusting display of management and taking ownership for THEIR MISTAKE. Highly disappointed and won't be going back. And judging by the LOW LOW LOW star ratings. This shouldn't be a surprise. Work on your staff and training them to own up to mistakes. In case they forgot, even if the the customer is wrong, they are right. We came in on Saturday, November 20th at 1:15pm in case the manager wants to check who was scheduled to host this day. The hostess walked by several times, looked at us and walked away. Finally she told us there would be a wait and promptly walked away before we could ask how long. She walked by again but turned her back at the hostess station to have a sip of her drink, glanced at us and walk away without taking our name. This had been a reliable back up for dinner with the kids since everyone can *usually* find something to eat. Expectations are low but figured we'd get reliable food and service. As others have mentioned - it's kid friendly and typically everyone in the family can find something they want. Service is terrible. Not sure if they are understaffed or just have slow service. It's never been fast but at our recent visit it took 10 minutes before we could order and then 25 before our food came. Being the sneaky mom that I am an anticipating slow service when it took 10 minutes to order I got the chips so the kiddos could munch on something. Too bad the chips were so saturated with salt in some places they were inedible. I think we'll avoid going back. read more

This is a pretty typical chain restaurant but with a slightly better location and very inconsistent service. Sometimes I have great service and okay food and sometimes I have disappointing service and the food or drink is incorrect. I like the spacious bar and a LOT of the bartenders are super friendly but busy and slow, which makes me think maybe they're just given too many simultaneous responsibilities. I mean, they're hustling, they're just hustling all over the place. I know it's important to keep costs low, but if the bartenders have adequate time on most nights to complete orders promptly and correctly and have an occasional conversation for a minute then that is what creates regulars and a more inviting environment. I've been here a lot because of the location and I'll still come sometimes, it's just mildly disappointing compared to comparable establishments. read more

I ordered my fries extra crispy. My wife ordered onion petals instead of fries. I also told the waitress, Paige, to please bring the food as it is done because we like our food hot. When the food was served, my fries were regular fries and the wife received fries instead of onion petals. My Big Mouth Bites were luke warm, I only ate 1 of the 4 served! Paige had my fries replaced with extra crispy per my order and the wife's fries replaced with the onion petals per her original order. She never asked about the the rest of the order! No manager was seen the whole time we were there!! We live about 5 minutes from this establishment and have been going there on a semi-reqular basis since it opened. Quite frankly, we have seen it going down hill the past few years and after tonight's experience we will not be going back! We do understand that things are not always perfect or they way you expect them to be, but to ignore the customer and his/her issues as we had tonight is totally unexceptable. read more

We went to this location last night celebrating the last game of football for my son. Even when I wasn't very comfortable with the reviews We decided to stay and Oh we got a good surprise! our table was clean and ready, our food and service was excellent our waiter John was very attentive and ready to take our order and bring refills. Updating my review. Something has changed here and not for the better. The past few times the service has been very slow. We used to be in and out in under an hour, now it takes that time before we get our food, service is slow. The food also isn't as great. Before I was shocked at how tasty and well cooked everything was. Now half the stuff is either burnt, cold, or over seasoned. Toast tonight was burnt, corn had too much seasoning to eat, and fajitas weren't sizzling. I don't think we'll be back. read more

5-24. Went for lunch at Chili's on 287 in Lafayette. No hard copy menu's. You have to have a smart phone and scan a code for the menu! After complaining the waiter finally brought us a menu. We had eaten there frequently, but not in the last couple weeks. All serving dishes have changed, salad is much smaller, and the entrée was different too. Smaller portions. We were very disappointed in the quality of the food. The loaded baked potato soup, which is usually wonderful was just warm, loaded with cheese...it was a dark yellow color, and tasted totally different.
