Our server Lorenzo was super nice and welcoming. He took our order and the food came out fast. The steak came out well done when we ordered medium rare. The server apologized and added another one to correct the order but that one came out wrong as well. The reason for the 3 stars is because the cook does not understand how to correctly make the orders to the customer liking. But it's not our waiter fault because he put in the order correct. As far as the egg rolls, they were good. The ambience needs a little cleaning. The floors was dirty but the tables was wiped clean. Hopefully they will get it right and bring the restaurant back up and have a better cook. Manager never came to the table or acknowledged anything to us regarding the order being wrong. This is also a family style restaurant with lots of seating. Dress is casual. The hamburgers are good. Fajitas are also good. For several months I take my mother to Chili's once a week. The once consistency we've encountered, as stupid as it may seem is that there are no napkins. They'll happily bring you beverage napkins! So at some point you have to wonder, where does the incompetency come from management or corporate!? I mean hey if you're eating something messy say wings for instance beverage napkins will do the job! Also the corporate nation wide decision to allow children in the bar area is beyond stupid! Tried the takeout. Wife did not feel like going out so I told to pick a restaurant with takeout and I'll go fetch it. We like Chili's. They have a nice menu and the food is always good. So how was the takeout? Well, the order was placed on line, which was easy, and we got exactly what we ordered. The food was available exactly as we walked in, so no waiting. The food was warm and delicious when we got home. The fries are always an issue with take out as they were a tad bit cold. Waiting for someone to invent a microwave popcorn type bag that cooks or reheats fries. This location is very convenient for us and it is really nice to have a nice sit down restaurant so close and now we know that they do takeout well! read more

This location will not accommodate anything larger than 6 with children. We have attempted to be seated on two separate occasions and were told 30 minutes. Once 30 minutes had passed we receive the text alert, go inside only to be told we need to wait another hour after watching EVERYONE else enter be seated. Once we waited that time they advised they would separate our group into separate sides of the restaurant. They do not understand how to accommodate groups so if you value going to eat with your friends avoid this place. I would like to give no stars but it makes you give at least one. I had not left a bad review in years but this place needs to fix their issues ! I ordered coffee on one of the coldest days here and they came to my table with coffee in a huge styrofoam cup 1/3 full and I asked why and she said that they don't have any mugs that they are all broken. The manager ordered some and those got broke. Seriously? Then the service was slow and when they walked by the table after 20 mins I asked why we didn't get chips? They said we had to ask. I responded with if a server was good ....they would ask us if we would like some appetizers but we didn't even get that. My husband ordered a burger med well. It was med rare and cold in the center. This was my first experience at Chili's. I was skeptical seeing the reviews on this location. We were greeted with a hostess as soon as we walked in and she seated us immediately. Smiling and happy to help. We were seated and drink orders were taken right after. Bathrooms were clean also. Our waitress was super nice and pleasant. I ordered bacon ranch chicken quesadilla and it was perfect. On the side came sour cream, a spicy tomato based salsa with lettuce, and a house made spicy ranch. The flavors were superb. Wife and I wanted an afternoon out, she wanted ribs, I am easy. We wanted someplace different for ribs, she suggested Chili's. (A.) Food = above average (B.) Servers = GREAT (C.) cleanliness = little below average (D.) atmosphere = cold cold cold, we could not enjoy our meal, from the time it was cooked and sat on your table food was cold. Because the fans was blowing cold cold air in the seating area. My wife and I agreed it was 65 degrees or colder. All we wanted to do was get our food dumped in a "To-Go" box and get out of there. So if trying to eat there make sure and take your winter coat, the bad thing is even though you will be comfortable, that will not keep your food warm while you eat it. It spoiled our afternoon out. My server didn't realize I was sitting for 45 minutes without my food because she didn't check on us. she comes back to tell me after I stopped her that the order didn't get put in and we have to put it in again and wait even longer. At first I was thinking it's just busy . but no . just poor customer service at this point . I'm a Happy Camper if I can get a solid three star experience from a national chain and that's exactly what happened here! So I had things to do and places to go and I wanted a quick meal and adult libation. I blew in here a lunchtime on a Friday and the ATMOSPHERE was exactly as expected and that's a good thing. It looked like every other Chili's. I noted that everything appeared to be spotless. My bartender was over-the-top friendly and quick with my first House Marg. I was pleased to note that even though it was the house version it was not premade. She tried too hard to get me to sign up for their email program but backed off when I growled just a little! Even with that slight slip my CUSTOMER SERVICE was solid. My burger arrived quickly and first impressions were excellent. This was one beautifully plated burger. You could tell that the cook took some care when they built the plate. Fortunately for me, second impressions were also just fine. My $9 burger was cooked to my specification and juicy and the fries were hot and crispy. You couldn't ask for much more from a chain burger so my FOOD was above average for sure. I was easily in and out in well less than an hour. If I was cruising down Route 27 again and looking for lunch I would make a point to stop here again! read more

Staff are personable, knowledgeable, witty and very friendly. Because this restaurant is one of few in the area, the staff seem to have personal relationship that transcend "basic restaurant courtesy". Apparently you can call ahead and request/reserve seating. I've never heard of something of this sort in other Chili's Restaurant. But as I said, it's probably due to the the fact that this Chili's is in a small town. this was one of the worst experiences i've had with take out in such a long time! ordered food off door dash and food was ready almost immediately which is super unusual. i ordered the triple dipper as my meal and it was the biggest regret so far! i ordered the crunchy chicken tenders, sliders and southwest egg rolls, nothing out of the ordinary. the chicken tenders were super soggy and hard as if they've been cooked days ago, the sliders were burnt both the meat and bread, super dry and hard, and the egg rolls were crispy on the ends but soft and soggy in the middle. the dipping sauces lids were not closed all the way so they spilled in the bag, it was so sticky and gross. called and spoke with a manager and they said sorry but there was nothing they could do. the quality was terrible and so was the customer service. if you can, keep driving until you find a better restaurant to eat at read more

The Saint Cloud Chilis is terrible. My husband wanted Chili's, so I thought we'd try it again, maybe it improved. I ordered curbside , as I am disabled and after waiting a long time, I went in after it, since a car who arrived after us had given up and gone in for hers. After she got hers, the employee didn't even give us a nod or gesture of acknowledgement, but disappeared again. So when I arrived inside, I waited a while again while an employee sat near me and said nothing. The "go" person finally reappeared said, oh it's done, I just have to grab it. I asked if I needed to sign as I wanted to adjust the tip and was told I couldn't as it was online. Ok We got home and my enchiladas and rice were stone cold. (See pictures) The rice looked as if it was dished up hours or days ago and not covered with a lid. The top layer was entirely dehydrated. I had to pierce through with my fork just to show what size it should be. The paper rice cup was also placed in the container on my enchiladas. The enchiladas also looked old. The ends of the tortilla were dried with oil drops on them. The worst was the cream sauce looked curdled. I didn't risk eating any of it. When you pick up dinner to relax and expect something good or at least decent, it is really disappointing when you waste the money and time for nothing. I sent Chili's a note. I have always stopped at this Chili's on my way to and from Orlando. I must admit it's been about a year since I've been here and sadly there has been a total decline in cleanliness and service. On this day there was a line out the door while empty tables sat uncleared. I snapped a few pictures while I waited. It was total chaos for people checking in. After 15 minutes I agreed to sit at a small table in the bar so they could keep other tables available for groups - I get that but then get them seated! I ordered a glass of White Zinfandel and looked over the menu. My waitress came back to the table to tell me they were out of White Zin - at 1:30 in the afternoon! That was the last straw for me. Went to the Lake Wales Chili's after Legoland and couldn't have been more disappointed! Ive been going to Chili's for many years and the food was always good. I don't know if they changed how they prepare food but some of the dishes looked like it came pre-packaged. I know that the kids pizza is pre-packaged because my son wanted pepperoni and they brought a cheese pizza. We said no big deal just throw some pepperoni on it but the waitress said she can't because it comes pre-packaged. Below is what my wife and I ordered... Bacon Ranch Quesadillas- it looked like packaged food! Flour tortilla, a lot of cheese, bacon bits, & some shredded chicken. It had no flavor and the cheese dominated the dish. Fail! Chicken Fajitas- again it looked like packaged food. Chicken, onions, green bell peppers...I remember back when you ordered the Fajitas and you could hear it coming; sizzling all the way to the table. It was very bland, Fail! 6oz.
