Well. We would have loved to eat here tonight Tuesday at 5 PM, the restaurant was about 1/4 full. The manager said there would be a 15-20 min wait. Ok .. not sure why but no problem. We are standing in the lobby near a table, along with many other people who are waiting. An older waitress walked by us and said "you guys can go wait outside. They might try to seat these tables". I said " well it's kinda hot out there". She made some snarky remark back and we walked out. Drove across the street to Glory Days. We can spend 100 dollars on a family of 4 somewhere else. Our local rT, is closed for remodeling in Bartow. I had a birthday offer, so We came to this location. Ordered a bottle of wine. When i tell you the glasses were gross, im not exaggerating. We recently went to Legoland and looked forward to eating here since I haven't had Ruby Tuesday in years. To our surprise, there was a really great deal on Monday to include the salad bar. When we got there, our meals were not ready at the time they were suppose to. It was busy so finally after 5-10 minutes of waiting, a nice man brought us containers to make our salad while we waited. The salad bar was low on over half the items and messy. When we got back to the hotel room (~10 minutes), I had one bite of my burger and it tasted like it had been sitting there for hours. It was definitely not freshly made while we were there waiting. We always looked forward to the croutons there and even they were filled with old oil. Unfortunately the $25 we spent on two meals was too much. read more

I would give zero star if I can. We ordered a main course for everyone and picked them up. There was one main course missing and they did not tell us when we picked up. When I called back, they said they can only refund through a complicated and unclear process. We did not order on a random site, we ordered on their own website, and they told us they cannot refund directly, we need to view the website to figure out how to refund. Now it was Chrismas eve after Legoland visit, the dinner was served with one person in the family having no food, and we do not know how we can refund. The witress said she told the driver that they did not have the burger, but it was my hunsband who picked it up and he was astonished to hear the witress's allegation that he was informed of that. Had the Carribean or Cajun fish with shrimp, only 3 shrimp, but the fish was tender and seasoned right. I supplemented the rice pilaf and zucchini with broccoli and mashed potatoes instead, I ate every last bit. The broccoli was fresh and not over cooked, the mashed potatoes were decent although they could've used some meted butter. Everything we ate was delicious and came out promptly. My son's rib ends I think they were, were a bit dry. But otherwise, we had a great time, good service and friendly atmosphere. The kids menu beats any meal you can buy in leggo land. read more

First time trying this place and did a to go order on their site. I thought it was a great deal because for $30, we could get four burgers, 4 cookies and tots. It was rainy and we were starving. Got home and realized we were missing the whole thing of tots that was supposed to come with our family of 4 meal. Called and the girl was super nice and said we could come back. Well, we also live about 20 mins away. So packing our 2 year old back up and driving 40 mins for tots just didn't make sense. I had even left a $5 tip on the card. The gal talked to her manager and he said they could write our name down for when we return. But this was the first time going and since we rarely eat out, would probably never get back. Items in the rear are harder for seniors to reach seen many get disappointed and not get what the wanted because they couldn't reach some things. Ruby Tuesday, where do I even begin. Ruby Tuesday is not a good place for food. First of, it is a very old business and the inside of the building relates to that of a 1980s nursing home waiting room. The cameras, the walls, the ceiling, the interior and the architecture was all very old. The service was trying their best to hold on to being at least a 3 star but they just couldn't hold on. The server was late, never came around to ask about our food, or was of any real assistance. Than, we wait 1 hour and 20 minutes to get our food and when we finally do it was just a mess. The presentation of it was messy and don't even get me started on the taste. All of the food was like biting into a giant greasy, oily, tasteless mess. My steak was about the thickness of a school notebook,( the cheap ones that are very thin) and it tasted like a school notebook that was deep fried in oil. The fries, ribs, and shrimp were all very oily aswell. So, what did we learn today? NEVER GO TO RUBY TUESDAYS!!! (Unless you love oily food of course) :) read more

Let me tell you what.... The croutons are BOMB!!! The best around. They are freakin DELICIOUS!!! Sweet baby Jesus!! I would come here just for the croutons omg they are sent from heaven. Idk what they do to these things but I want to bring some home. 100/10 they are simply the best!! Our waiter Colby was very nice and gave us a few tips. He is new, was attentive but not over bearing. Very nice young man and just awesome guy. The restaurant was clean and the music was fire!! Hit after hit. We only go the soup and salad for $10 and it was perfect for us. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because last time we came in we were over charged (different waiter) so make sure to check your receipt before paying. VERY PLEASED :)) This is an update to a later review that I posted for Ruby Tuesday's salad bar in Winterhaven next door to Legoland... The last time I was here for a late lunch and had the salad bar. It was a huge disappointment. The salad bar items were not at a correct temperature .. nothing worse than warm lettuce on a salad bar, it was overall boring. Today I am pleased to say it was great :)) The lettuce was crisp and cold & looked fresh and appealing. I noticed there was a female manager in the store very nice she actually stopped by my table and asked me if everything was okay. Not many customers only about three customers. May I suggest you could add soup to the salad bar & maybe some garlic bread? This would take your salad bar to the next level & really boost business. read more

This Winter Haven, FL Ruby Tuesday is the worst. On January 10, 2026, we arrived at this Winter Haven, FL Ruby Tuesday at 4:19 PM table 505/1 check number 3810. We were server Matthe S's only table, as he was behind the bar tending to seated customers there, filling orders for servers and answering the phone. He after being seated approximately 10-15 minutes he took our order. We waited for 20 minutes to get our food, which was delivered to our table by the hostess. The fries were cold so I took the plate to a passing server. Got the plate back with hot fries, but was missing 2 catfish fillets from the original order. Matthe S came by once after that to see how we were doing. We had to ask 3 other servers for a to go box and the bill. Finally Matthe came to our table and took the dirty dishes but no bill. We asked who to pay and he stated him. After waiting another 10 minutes, we were going to go up to the bar to pay Matthe while he was behind the bar. Apparently there was some issue with Matthe stating he had to tend bar to one of the servers. Then he appeared aggravated and perturbed as he came from behind the bar to where we were standing with the scanner so we could pay him. He took my friend's credit card and walked away even though he had a scanner in hand. He came back and threw the original receipt on the ledge behind where we were standing. We stated we wanted a receipt and he stated the scanner was out of paper did we still want a receipt. We affirmed yes. His body language was abrupt and disturbing as he got paper for the scanner. As we got the receipt he stated "You did not leave at tip", which we affirmed. We felt he did not attend to our needs and left. He did make another unintelligible remark after that. We finally left at 5:40 PM an hour and a half after our arrival. I wrote a review about this on another site on Sunday 1-11-26. Colby the Winter Haven Ruby Tuesday manager called me Tuesday 1-13-26 stating he wanted to talk further about this and make things right. I called Ruby Tuesday back Wednesday 1-14-26 in the afternoon on hold for 18 minutes and was told Colby would call me back in 10-15 minutes. Never happened. Called Ruby Tuesday Wednesday at 11:15 AM after 17 minutes on hold and was told to call back after 2 PM. I called back at 2:15 PM, was told told Colby would be with me in 10-15 minutes and was placed on hold for over 50 minutes. I hung up. I called back Thursday1-16-26 in the afternoon was abruptly put on hold again for 15 minutes with no one to ever pick up again. I assume/know I will always be put on hold and avoided by this establishment as they know me by my caller ID. Patrons beware of the poor service and conduct. read more

My wife and I went there this past Tuesday for the daily special. Winter Haven was under a boil water advisory, so we got bottled water. To my shock, we were charged $3.69 each for a small bottled water that wasn't even cold. I think this was price gouging taking advantage of the situation. Nowhere in town is a water that expensive. at this location our waiter did his job on writing note on order for my wife, she has gluten and dairy allergies. ordered plain hamburger on a gluten free/ dairy free bun, plain bake potato. order came out on a regular bun my wife cut it in half took a bite and knew the bun was not what she order for her allergies. upon talking with the waiter he sent it back and they fixed it with a gluten free bun but noticed the hamburger patty was the same one on the regular bun. so they cross. contaminated the gluten free bun. the staff needs major improvements on handling people with allergies. should have not charged us for our meals will not visit this location or any Ruby Tuesday anymore........ this restaurant is located on cypress gardens blvd. I was so glad to see a Ruby Tuesdays right in front of Legoland! We no longer have Ruby Tuesdays by our home and really missed a good Salad Bar! We were greeted right as we walked in and this is a larger location so we were seated right away even when the park just closed and lots of people streaming out of the gates. Our waitress Destiny was a charm, she was so polite and helpful, checked on us constantly and helped out with recommendations for the young ones in our party. I also was impressed that the manager (Tonya) was visible and walking around the dining room as well. This seems like a well run location, perhaps older reviews were before she started managing but we thought the place was clean and well run and people enjoyed working there. The star of our meal was of course the Salad Bar! Lots of great choices and everything was full and fresh. I even was able to convince two kids to get salad bar for a few dollars more with their kids meal which was nice so they got some veggies and fruit to pick at after a day of Legoland food. The other food we got was also very good. Overall a great experience. They do have a large full bar if you so desire and it is literally right at the road you enter/exit Legoland so very convienient! If you are leaving Legoland just turn left at the small road just before the traffic light and there is a shortcut into the back of the restaurant. Wish we had one of these in Clearwater area still!
