The Saint Cloud Chilis is terrible. My husband wanted Chili's, so I thought we'd try it again, maybe it improved. I ordered curbside , as I am disabled and after waiting a long time, I went in after it, since a car who arrived after us had given up and gone in for hers. After she got hers, the employee didn't even give us a nod or gesture of acknowledgement, but disappeared again. So when I arrived inside, I waited a while again while an employee sat near me and said nothing. The "go" person finally reappeared said, oh it's done, I just have to grab it. I asked if I needed to sign as I wanted to adjust the tip and was told I couldn't as it was online. Ok We got home and my enchiladas and rice were stone cold. (See pictures) The rice looked as if it was dished up hours or days ago and not covered with a lid. The top layer was entirely dehydrated. I had to pierce through with my fork just to show what size it should be. The paper rice cup was also placed in the container on my enchiladas. The enchiladas also looked old. The ends of the tortilla were dried with oil drops on them. The worst was the cream sauce looked curdled. I didn't risk eating any of it. When you pick up dinner to relax and expect something good or at least decent, it is really disappointing when you waste the money and time for nothing. I sent Chili's a note. I have always stopped at this Chili's on my way to and from Orlando. I must admit it's been about a year since I've been here and sadly there has been a total decline in cleanliness and service. On this day there was a line out the door while empty tables sat uncleared. I snapped a few pictures while I waited. It was total chaos for people checking in. After 15 minutes I agreed to sit at a small table in the bar so they could keep other tables available for groups - I get that but then get them seated! I ordered a glass of White Zinfandel and looked over the menu. My waitress came back to the table to tell me they were out of White Zin - at 1:30 in the afternoon! That was the last straw for me. Went to the Lake Wales Chili's after Legoland and couldn't have been more disappointed! Ive been going to Chili's for many years and the food was always good. I don't know if they changed how they prepare food but some of the dishes looked like it came pre-packaged. I know that the kids pizza is pre-packaged because my son wanted pepperoni and they brought a cheese pizza. We said no big deal just throw some pepperoni on it but the waitress said she can't because it comes pre-packaged. Below is what my wife and I ordered... Bacon Ranch Quesadillas- it looked like packaged food! Flour tortilla, a lot of cheese, bacon bits, & some shredded chicken. It had no flavor and the cheese dominated the dish. Fail! Chicken Fajitas- again it looked like packaged food. Chicken, onions, green bell peppers...I remember back when you ordered the Fajitas and you could hear it coming; sizzling all the way to the table. It was very bland, Fail! 6oz. When we informed the server she was apologetic, she took 1/2 price off my meal (which I didn't even want) but a manager NEVER came to see what was found in what they are serving! It's so disgusting. I'm not much of a fan of the big chain restaurants. I can't even tell you the last time I went to a Friday's, Applebee's, or Red Lobster, but I like Chili's. I like the margaritas, the chips and salsa, and the enchilada soup. These are the only things I order, but they all make me very happy. I like to come and sit in the bar because margaritas are always 2 for 1 in the bar and you always get free chips and salsa in the bar and chips and salsa are one of my greatest vices in life. I never know when to stop. I'm very into soup. I love a good soup and Chili's Chicken Enchilada Soup is one of my favorite soups anywhere. I order it every time I go to Chili's. If you've never had it, you should try it. It is creamy, and cheesey with just a little bit of spice. They sprinkle tortilla strips and cheese on top. If you are still hungry for dessert might I recommend the skillet cookie. read more

This place was our favorite, we went every week for months on end. We went tonight (a Wednesday evening) for the first time in months since I gave birth and my mom babysat so we could have a nice mom/dad night out, and it was as absolute craziness. The bathrooms were so nasty, toilet seats full of pee, toilet paper everywhere, no soap. We also had extremely slow service when very few tables were even sat at and we were even in a bar table. And our server wasn't friendly by no means. And on top of it all, my chicken mexi bowl came out iced cold, like it was served out of the refrigerator. I was disappointed to say the least. read more

Just walked out. After waiting for 50 minutes for our order and it not coming, we paid for our drinks and appetizers. The place was not that busy and we were seated right way. It was clear they had issues because we were seated by the front door and they were turning people away or telling them 30 minutes wait times. I received a message a few days after posting this review from "Chili's Guest Engagement Team" asking me to contact them so they could make it right. I thank them, but I am not looking for any freebies from them. They should focus on fixing their restaurant, most Chili's are not this screwed up. I've been coming here for years and I've never had to leave a restaurant upset before but yesterday was the day. The food was great and amazing as always but our waitress, Cheryl, really did not provide a good experience. While it started out great, the attitude she gave us was very rude towards the end. We finished eating and all we wanted was some boxes to go and some fresh chips before we leave. I asked as she was providing boxes, "I'm sorry I forgot to ask, is it okay if we can have some chips to go?" And she then proceeds to roll her eyes at me, mumble underneath her breath saying, "that's what the boxes were for," and storms off. We then had to wait again because I was also going to tell her that the kiosk machine was none responsive. It was ridiculous to the way she treated us towards the end. The whole reason I am making this review is because I have had issues before with this waitress and it's finally gotten to a point where I had to make a review. I understand that people have bad days, I used to work in the food industry too, but cmon, every time I get served by Cheryl, it's just a horrible and bland experience with constant attitude and forgetfulness. I wish I would've tipped the wonderful waitress that gave us our drinks and food because she provided a better service for the 3 minutes that she helped out. read more

Decided to come for a quick late night dinner with my sons and was met with a 30 minute wait time. It was understandable, given the fact that parking lot was full to the max. When we were finally seated, our first server looked overwhelmed and a bit flustered. We felt rushed to ordered our food bypassing drink orders. It was sad because I was really interested in hearing about any specials on drinks. Anyhow, we managed to order our meals, including my special request of strawberry margarita with a sugared rim. My drink was delivered by the bartender and it was a pretty site. But I noticed it tasted of a different fruit with a salted rim. I explained it to the server who assured me that it was the right drink. She even went as far touching my drink and told me maybe my taste buds were off. How rude!!! I no longer felt comfortable with her and requested a new server. Our new server Lydia was amazing. She changed my drink without questions and was very attentive. Moments into eating the bartender and manager came to my table to apologize that I received the wrong drink. In fact the correct drink was delivered to another table who also complained. What a huge mix up...all I can say is, thank God no one had any allergies. The manager and server Lydia displayed great customer service by giving us a molten chocolate cake. read more

Service was terrible, there was screaming and twerking in the back, waitress had the worst attitude, the workers were all complaining about management, not having help, all on their phones. Two stars are for the food, it wasn't bad. But the environment is atrocious. First and last time coming here. This place desperately needs actual managers because the girl there was definitely not a good one. I wouldn't be surprised if it got shut down. There has got to be a beer yet place to eat. Service was fine but I felt sorry that the food she served was so low quality. We ordered a chicken sandwich and wings. The chicken was dry and frys were cold. The wings were freezer burned. The manager delivered thhe food, which was short celery and blue chees that was ordered with the wings. Yeah I went into this Chili's and to pick up a uber order, the issue was after I had already grabbed the customer's order and after she was telling me to confirm the order I made it very clear that I have to complete the pickup and and the order in order for me to know where the person the customer lives so I stated to her that listen I've been doing Uber eats for 2 years I know that I have to do that I understand that this is something new because obviously it's something new to me also because the Uber app didn't always do that where it says confirm pickup complete pickup so I understand that she was saying that you know that's something new and that she has to ask that wasn't the issue the issue was that after I showed her the phone and said you see but I told her I have to do that because if not I'm not going to know where the customer's order goes to she walks away after you know that little conversation and rolls her eyes so I'm not going to stay quiet I pointed it out and I said you know why are you rolling your eyes for she claims that she didn't but I know what I saw cuz I was looking right at her as she walked away now she apologized fine but you know what it shouldn't even have gotten to that where she rolled her eyes like if she's having a bad day or is she just didn't like the fact that I told her that I know that I have to do that you know again it wasn't called for because I wasn't being disrespectful I didn't curse I didn't get loud but you know I wasn't going to stay quiet I don't appreciate this person rolling her eyes at me when all that wasn't necessary just because I stood there and told you that I know that I have to do that because if I don't do that I'm not going to know where to take the customers order but anyway that was just the whole issue like all that rolling her eyes was not necessary okay read more

Me and my coworkers went to Chillis for lunch, it was so busy in the parking lot so we were a bit skeptical about the wait. It was three of us so we were seated right away and soon came Cheryl our waitress! Omg If you go here ask for her, she's absolutely amazing! She answered every question, was honest with her answers and her personality was amazing! Our food came out about fifteen minutes later, everything was good, hot and fresh! The food arrived with 3 soups laying sideways UNDER the other food spilled everywhere in the bag and each of the soup lids had holes in! We called the store who said that was for door dash to make right, they packed the bags and it was ordered on the Chili's App NOT door dash. We were told it was not their fault and if we anted more soup we could go to the store and get it but they would not deliver. The gentleman at the host table was awful. Telling us to not go too far, we will receive a text when the table is ready. I'm sitting and watching him sit people that just walked in. The family before me gets a text then the family that arrived after us gets a text. I let it go by but when some walks in and he didn't ask for their name or number and tries to sit them before everyone that has been waiting I said something. First impression: host/greeter with torn jeans ( I know, it's the style) but dirty. Then seats us with one menu. Waitress comes for order and I hadn't even had time to look at menu because wife had it. (Waitress said they were low on menus). I hastily ordered boneless wings. Big mistake. Chewy pasty chunks ofchicken (I hope) drowned in tobasco sauce. I asked for ketchup for my fries and was brought a little cup with at the most one tablespoon of ketchup. It was a little slow to get the waitress for the 1st visit. But after that she was attentive. We are understanding, they were short staff.

There was no issue with the food or the service, however, the place was absolutely filthy. There was no manager in sight and we say next to a table the entire duration of our dinner that km had the previous diners half finished plates, napkins, and cups. We've been coming to this Chili's for a few years now. Never in my life have I experienced service like today. The manager Jon is no better either. The kitchen runners and other staff are beyond rude and we couldn't even leave a "review" for our experience due to not having a battery in our handheld kiosk. Convenient. We sent food back twice with no apologies (until the manager/server spoke to us after the fact), no drink refills, no real sense of care at all. My husband and I never, ever complain. We are super laid back. But this experience with a black bean burger no bacon. I guess that's super hard. I first received a regular burger. I said, I'm sorry ordered a black bean burger. She said okay, took it back. Came back with a black bean burger with bacon. I said, I'm sorry I ordered with no bacon. She came back 30 seconds later, same burger, the cook took the bacon off. The food runner admitted this to us. I said no I don't eat meat, I'll get sick. At this point I was just plain aggravated. She flat out said the cook just took the bacon off. So we spoke to the manger who understood but no real sense of care. Finally they brought out a new burger and then the manger comes by with the previous burger and shows us and says "here is the old burger to show you we are throwing it away." Really? It's been 4 years since I went to this location and just happened to come back here with a party of 7 today. Big mistake. Our server was a complete *itch. She put our good order in wrong, it took over an hour for our food. She never checked on our drinks, never communicated with us, was not until she very obviously heard ya talk about her tip going out the window did she decide to check on us and bring us out two cold kids meals. The mgr came out and she apologized for the delay, told us the server did not put the order in right and said she would take care of the bill. We just simply stated it would be nice if she communicated with us (the server). Well the good came out and it was crap. I literally had 10 fries on my plate and some rubbery chicken. No one liked their food. The server, she came by and literally dropped drinks and napkins on our table and gave us dirty looks and walked off. Didn't get her name because she had no name tag and we never got a bill. To top it off, when we were done, we asked her for the bill and she very rudely said "there is no bill, my manager said you had problems with the service and I don't see why but I apologize" in a very rude and hateful voice. I am a hospitality major and my wife was a server, this *itch of a server would never work for me.
