I don't know why I wasted my time here. No hostess in sight, workers looking at me as I stand waiting to be seated for a table at an empty restaurant I've been waiting on for 50 minutes. Decided I no longer wanted to sit down and would rather just order to go only to find out the to-go area was just as empty with no worker in sight. Phone being ignored as well. Mine and my gfs new little weeknight place to go to get a beer and some Appetizers. Both chilis on 10th west in Lancaster and next to the mall. If you sit at the bar, get a beer and some Appetizers I gaurantee any negative things you thought about chilis might change. Great food! Awesome happy hour! Came in today on super bowl Sunday. Not very busy. We sat in the bar. Drinks came fast, chips came fast. My order was sort of fast, my daughter super slow. The waitress told us the kitchen was back up due to party platters. We asked for a manager and got the same response that they were in the kitchen helping out. My daughters order fame 20later. She couldn't eat it to salty. We tried to flag down our waitress but was unable. Get some more help on big days like this. The food is 5-star... the service is iffy and seems to be getting worse. We go probably once a week, and wait on average 10 minutes for drinks, 20 minutes for appetizers (even chips), and food can take anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour at their busiest times. There are a couple servers there who are amazing, and some who seem to pick and choose who to help. The hostesses don't appear to let servers know when they've had a table seated. When we write to corporate (the one and only time, we aren't complainers usually), they said they'd send us a gift card to cover our meal. They sent two $10 cards, to cover 3 people. Didn't even cover the "two for $22" deal; and they rang up with zero balance. Thankfully the manager solved that specific issue... but come on guys. read more

I would like to let the owners/general manager/the entire staff know that tonight (Saturday 3/20/21) there was an overwhelming night with orders, we waited about an hour for our meal to be ready and there was a lot of other customers that felt the same way and to see how professional and cool,calm and collected Michelle (manager) was with everyone, how hard the staff worked to try and help everyone...the entire team did the best they could with being outnumbered by the amount of people that ordered almost at the same time was impressive and I'm very satisfied with their service and even the food was cooked correctly plus just how the entire team handled themselves was legit A+! Once you work in the food industry you will have days that are overwhelming and it happens with any job (I own a business and do to have my days of overwhelming calls but it's part of life and things do happen it's about how you react and overcome the situation that makes you) and I'm proud for the entire chili staff of how they pulled their weight. My fiancee, daughter and I went there for Fathers day and had the worst experience. First when I presented a coupon to the waitress, she was extremely rude and told me I couldn't use it for that day. Then after waiting for almost an hour after ordering, my daughters food and mine were extremely cold, almost un edible. After sending it back, another waitress brought out the wrong order on the plate. We told her we didn't order broccoli, and she was rude and said "that's what was on the ticket!" We told her we understand that, but we ordered corn and not broccoli. After waiting another 10 minutes, they finally bought out the corn. We spoke to the manager and he took a small portion of the bill, but the experience was horrible and we will never go back. read more

I paid for a curbside order online for 6:15 pickup. I arrived and replied to the text to specify that I was at the restaurant in the designated located. There was no sign of the food en route after 6:30 pm. I called and waited on hold to finally reach an associate for chili's whom advised that my order was waiting on the mash potatoes and the rest was sitting under the heat lamps. At this point I requested a refund and was asked to wait on hold again for a manager. Supervisor Curtis took my call and advised the only way to get a refund is to go back to the restaurant with my credit card in hand. I returned to the restaurant to wait for Curtis to take my information. I spoke with general manager Vincent who explained that they had a rush come through. After I wasted an hour of time he offered to make it right by allowing me to wait again for my order to be made or to make sure that my refund goes through (WHICH I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED). I left with no food and no refund infuriates. After previously praising Chili's for their organization, tech innovations, good service, and good food. I'm highly disappointed and will not be returning to the establishment. read more

Went in for a late lunch, 2 pm. Not busy at all and had terrible service. Our food was cold and really tasteless. The server never refilled our drinks in fact she never returned to check if we needed anything additional items other than our entree, like desert maybe. After an hour and a half I'd had enough of this establishment, when the server failed to provide a check for the meal, and I had to pay by credit card via the electronic table device, I'm finished with Chili's restaurant in Lancaster. Took my daughter and grandson to dinner tonight. Besides the fact that they were packed we were immediately seated and greeted by our host Carla who took great care of us all by herself with multiple tables that she was taking care of. She immediately offered us drinks and everything came out in a timely fashion. Chillis is not what it used to be. Our waitress was nice, brought out chips and salsa for her tables, except for ours. We had to flag her down and ask for them. My boyfriend got ribs with a side order of about 10 fries. I got about the same amount of fries. His ribs were dry. I got the guacamole burger, which shouldn't have even been called that because I got hardly any guacamole. So they're super stingy. There was also some white stuff on the side of my burger as if they dropped it onto some sour cream by accident and just left it there. Food was not good. Chili's is one of my family's favorite spots for good food and service. However, we came to this Chili's expecting good customer service and the same good old food quality we've received for years. This was not the case. One of our steaks was ordered as " Medium Rare" and came to the table still Mooing and bloody. We sent it back, not a big deal. However once we received it back, it was the exact same way, not even cooked the slightest bit more, still dripping blood. Our waiter did not even ask us to cut into it to make sure it was okay, just set it down and walked away. We then tried to track our waiter down for a good 20-25 minutes. Everyone was already done with their food except for the steak that we had now been waiting for an hour on. None of the employees looked up or around so i had to actually walk up to someone with the plate in my hand and give it back. We spoke to the manager, and in the end, we still never got our steak back from the kitchen. Very disappointing visit from this location. read more
