The customer service was amazing though, they will give you their opinion on certain items and the food was hot like it was made to order. The food was cold, and support gave me the runaround, asking for photo proof I couldn't provide (how do you photograph something that isn't there?!). I responded multiple times with receipts, details, and patience. They ignored everything and said the delivery "matched" the order. It didn't. They lost a customer over a $6 mistake and their refusal to accept responsibility. The malt I ordered? The only good part-- Do better, or don't expect loyalty.
