I was really disappointed by this location and the service. We order two burgers with no one else there and it took 20 minutes to get our food. We barley had a full cup of fries and they were cold. I also watched one of the cooks ring up a customer and wipe his face with his gloves still on. Then he went back to cooking with the same gloves on. I was already done eating but still grossed out!! We like Five Guys, and go occasionally. We actually went twice in the past month, when normally, it's more like 1-2 times per year. We go for the fries. Everything tastes good overall, but to be honest, other places have burgers that taste the same - for half the price. That's the reason for 4 stars. We will continue to go I'm sure for the fries. If you have eaten at 5G before then it is as expected. It is a new location and everything is new inside. Not a bad location, close to Walmart and the new movie theater. The burger was tasty as expected. Nothing wrong there. The fries were seasoned well, but for some reason all of them were like half size shorties. That was weird but didn't make them taste differently. The people working there were ok. The register person was good, but you have to grab someone's attention if you need anything or help. I've heard this place getting hyped up for years. Finally decided to try it and very disappointed. For $11.00 I got a single burger and a drink. Let me just say it's not worth it at all. Too expensive for Lawton. No wonder I was the only one ordering at lunchtime. Customer service wasn't well, either. The manager and workers were on their phone and tablets, then cooking burgers. I love 5 guys. It tastes the same as every other location. Which I think is a good thing for a chain like them. The burgers are amazing and I love their Cajun fries. They overload your fries order so you definitely get a lot of food. BUT the menu is expensive overall. Service is sometimes slow but everything is cooked to order. read more

Over all it was not bad, the fries were a little grease for my taste, my wife and I shared a regular size ($4.19) and had left over fries, a small split between us would have worked. My wife had the BLT ($5.59), first time she had had a BLT on a bun, (she likes it better on toast, but she said it was good and the bacon was nice and crisp like she like it. I had the all the way little Bacon Cheese burger ($6.69) and it was sloppy but tasty. We both had shakes ($4.49 each) I had a salted camel and you could barely taste any caramel. For the price, the shakes in my opinion were not worth the cost, I've had much better shakes in other places here in Lawton, OK. The employees were top notch and very friendly, I give them a 5 star and the meal and price about a 3 star. read more

The lady said wait a minute and I will throw your burgers on the grilL we ordered fries 2ea and milkshakes. We told her we wanted the food to go. Mistake !!!! We left went straight home didn't stop Hamburgers. Were cold and the fries were soggy and cold you could tell the food was already prepared probably from lunch. $34.00. Down the garage can.
