Okay so I gave two stars bc my food was really good. However, the service here is not the best. I understand, like most places they are short staff. However, our waitress wasn't the most friendly/engaged she could've been. From the beginning she did not greet us. While taking our order another staff member came over to tell her she had a phone call. She did not say anything at all to us, we just overheard the conversation, but she walked away to go take the phone & when doing so asked the other employee to finish taking our orders, but she said she didn't know how. So our waitress walked away to take the call then came back about 5 mins later to finish taking our order. The food took a little minute to come out (including the kids meals) & a few things we ordered were wrong but corrected. Overall, I will probably just order Togo from now on. read more

My family (6 people) went to this location on Sunday, 4/7, approximately 1:45 PM. Parking lot not full so we figured we would not have much wait time to be seated. Get inside, lots of empty tables, and was told by the hostess that it would be a 30 minute wait....Say What?! Why? Because they only had 2 servers, others didn't show up for work. NOw this is either poor back-up planning on the part of management (call some other folks to come in to work) or a real need to hire more (reliable and dependable) staff. By the way, we've been to this location several times before. Service has always been slow, but never experienced this. We left, did not wait. The couple who came in behind us did the same thing. If I could give 0 stars I would. I called to place my order at 10:02pm. I knew it would take awhile so I got there at 10:32pm. I go inside and they tell me that there's no order with that name. Then they say "they sent you to the call center and just listened to you but didn't place the order". LIKE WHAT??? I then place my order which was two Orders of Cajun pasta, one with shrimp and chicken the other with just chicken. I was told it would take 15 min. At 11:07pm I FINALLY got my food. Turns out the shrimp is COLD. I then got home and opened everything and they gave me TWO CHICKEN ALFREDOS. I've never been more pissed in my life. This the WORST location!!! We sat at the bar to avoid the long line, and when we got there we wish we hadn't! Upon approaching the bar, the bartender said, and I quote," y'all gon have to give me like 10 minutes I ain't gon lie" with an attitude. But we just wanted something quick so we said ok. While the manager and woman at the Togo section were super nice and let us sit and eat our togo meal inside while waiting for our dasher order to be ready, the bartender came over looking and acting super messy with a dirty shirt and sloppy uniform and rudely told us no one was supposed to sit in the section we were seated at (the section her manager had directed us to sit) she then loudly and rudely told us(not asked) to clean up after ourselves when we were done. We responded respectfully and stopped eating and cleaned our area and left. We will not be back there. Called the store to try to get some resolution, but the girl who answered the phone didn't give any shits at all. From the beginning to end we had a good time! My family gathered for dinner and was very happy with our server. Wish I could recall her name. We have different dietary needs (carnivore, vegetarian and vegan) and she was able to make recommendations that was spot on. We were all happy with our meal. Parking is great cause the venue is at a shopping mall. Restaurant is clean and at the time we were there it was not super busy. Chili's...If you know me you then you know I love Chili's but in recent times Chili's fell off in Jersey...I still love it though. Its inexpensive yet delicious drinks and Tex Mex. I relocated to Georgia and my little cousins never had Chili's so I had to change that. We went to the Chili's by Stonecrest Mall and initially I intended on giving them 1 star because our server Corey certainly did not feel like working today. In addition to NOT wearing his mask correctly (which is my pet peave during these covid times) they gave a limited menu due to COVID, though the full menu was available. Since my cousins never been there before they had questions about what may or may not be available and he did not feel like answering questions, his response to everything asked was I dont know download the menu. Mind you he never pointed out that the scan bar to download the menu was even available. He never stated the specials nor refilled any drinks. With that all being said the food was delicious and as I mentioned before it was a good value based on cost. I give it 4 stars because my cousins and I enjoyed our food even though the service left a lot to be desired. I guess you get what you pay for. read more

Visiting from Chicago and appeared to have under 15 people inside the restaurant, so we thought, seating shouldn't be a problem. The host told us the wait would be 35 minutes, but then the Mgr overheard and reprimanded her, then told us a 15 minute wait. ONE HOUR LATER, we got up to leave and then host came to seat us. Waited again at the table for an additional 10 minutes before we went to leave. Visited the bathroom and it was the worst thing ever. Extremely unclean and unkept. Overall, if the manager really wanted to avoid a low rating, he would've accommodated us with a free appetizer or some thing for our inconvenience for the unnecessary wait and quality of service Instead of sitting on his phone in a cubicle the entire time. This is probably ran/operated the worst of all Chili's in the surrounding area. Placed an order online at 3:45pm, drove to the store and arrived at the listed pick up time. Waited over 40 minutes at the carry out section as the back of the house manager, Caucasian lady in all black, shouted repeatedly they didn't have clean plates & several other items. Manager,Caucasian male, finally came over after 40 minute wait and told me and 3 other customers to move to the bar. No apology and no explanation. Sad because this location is in my neighborhood, but there are several surroundings food establishments (Applebee's, Olive Garden, Smokey Bones, etc) so it's okay. Update: Returned tonight, 2/5/2020, to give it another shot. Placed an order online at 8:47pm (Order # 479412388) for pick up. Arrived at 9:20pm and waited about 5 minutes for someone to come to the carry out section. Young lady came up and stated she could help the next customer. Gave her my name and stated I was there to pick up my order. She proceeds to tell me the order never came through, asked me what I ordered to which I advised, she then repeated she never received an order. She asked if I placed it at the Stonecrest location to which I pulled up the order on my phone and confirmed the order was placed at this location. Went here around 9PM one night since this is the best restaurant option near Stonecrest Mall (in my opinion). I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich, but replaced the Buffalo sauce with Honey Chipotle sauce. It was awesome, and definitely filling. My chicken patty was huge. My waiter was not that awesome on customer service, as he took forever to give me a menu once seated, and forever to give me the check. Trust, that 1 star is by force not choice. My boyfriend and I randomly decided to have Chili's one night. It was a week night and though we try not to eat out during the week for some dumb reason we agreed that Chili's would be a good idea. WRONG! We chose to order online & pick up. He ordered the quesadilla & a side of loaded mashed potatoes & I ordered the mix-n-match fajitas with grilled chicken & prime rib (tuh!). We arrived at the restaurant a few minutes after our order was supposed to be ready but in actuality we were early because, surprise surprise, our order was not ready. After about 20-25 minutes my boyfriend finally emerges from the restaurant, food in tow, with an unpleasant look on his face. Apparently, they were out of mashed potatoes but had no problem attempting to charge him for them until he realized they weren't in the bag... "oooh we're out of mashed potatoes...the bartender was supposed to tell you" (side note: they were understaffed & the designated To-Go area was closed. So you had to pickup your food from the bar & pay with one of the servers ) Shady, shady, shady. So we finally get home & I open my plate, starving, & ready to dig in & I was pissed! I basically had raw onion & bell pepper fajitas with a side of chicken & steak. It was an ENTIRE onion & about 3 strips of bell pepper that were completely uncooked... COLD & RAW. The chicken was white & had half a shake of seasoning on it...and the 5 chunks of "prime rib" were the only edible part of this onion fiasco. I rarely complain but this was ridiculous, so I had to call & speak to the restaurant manager. After being told the manager was "too busy" & waiting about 10 minutes, he finally comes to the phone. I will admit he was very apologetic & offered to send me comp gift cards for my terrible experience. So I get home today and find an envelope from Chili's in my mailbox (it's been about a week since the onion fajita showdown). And to my dismay there were 2 measly $5 gift cards inside. $10?!?! That's it?!?! Those disgusting, joke of a fajitas were over $15! That right there was the icing on the cake. Not only will I NEVER give the Chili's at Stonecrest my business again but I very seriously doubt I'll ever patronage another Chili's period. Needless to say I won't be needing those gift cards... The classic nachos were burned, and none of the toppings that come with the nachos were in the bag (pico, lettuce, and sour cream). This is the second time in about two months that I placed a take-out order of ribs with a side of coleslaw and fries along with an appetizer, and the fries were left out of the order again! I will be sure to check my complete order before I drive away next time, even though I would like to think that your restaurant knows how to include all of the food items when putting the order together. The almost $8 tip on my $35 order will not happen next time, if I choose to use this location in the future.
