I agree with the other reviews here that the service absolutely sucks. It can take forever to get your food sometimes, you will always see staff just standing around doing nothing but goofing off and talking instead of tending to customers. I once dined at this location and our server smelled like she just finished smoking weed! The only reason I gave the 2 stars because the food is decent so the 2 stars is for the kitchen staff. I've been trying to stay away from these kinds of reviews but I believe it needs to be said. I have never experience such terrible services from a Chili's before in my life, whether it's the hour-long wait outside, plus another half hour waiting in the doorway, to the hour long delay in receiving our food. Not to mention the food was at best lukewarm and if not outright cold. Manager did give our party a 50% discount but as a manager he shouldn't have to be so reactive, he should have been proactive given that this was not only a Sunday but Father's Day. He should have made sure he had enough staff to cover a busy holiday. All in all, I can't see much value in ever returning to the Stonecrest Chili's, I don't have a positive, long-term outlook for this location. This is probably the worst Chilli's I've ever been to and I frequent Chilli's often. I saw the commercial for this new burger @ Chili's "The Boss Burger "and thought I would try it. Ordered that and the Smokehouse sampler from the Stonecrest location.... WORST MOVE EVER! I got the food to-go and when I got home and opened my containers brown lettuce, old soggy tomato, burger with 1 piece of barely cooked bacon , 1 sliver of fatty brisket and a piece of sausage that looked like it was leftover from the day before. Instead of fries I had loaded mash potatoes again looks like week old potatoes they tried to revive with a pound of melted cheese and some chives. Wednesday May 29,2019: Placed my order online.Upon arrival there were two very unhappy customers ahead of me. This should have been a clue,but I didn't pay attention to it. After paying for my food, and leaving a nice tip,I received my food, after a fifteen minute wait. We headed home. We had ordered the crispy chicken tenders,corn on the cob, french fries, and broccoli. There was nothing crispy about the tenders. The fries were salty, and even though we had to wait on them to prepare the food, by then end of the ten minute ride home, it was cold. The broccoli was watery as well as also cold. We even tried to wave a waitress down after 10 minutes of sitting down with no greeting or anyone to take our order. She made eye contact and then turned and walked away. My party of 3 arrived at 7:50. There was no hostess to greet us or seat us. We didn't get seated until 8pm. We sat for another 10 minutes before someone paid us any attention. Then the waitress that came to serve us was not the waitress for the section we were seated. We placed our orders. It took approximately 20 minutes for our food to be served. I asked our waitress for extra queso fresco and of course that did not happen. I had to ask the manager when she stopped by to check on us. It started when my party of 8 arrived at 6:30pm. We were told it would be a 45 minute wait. While waiting a customer that was leaving was complaining about their food coming out cold and the manager didn't care that she was complaining. After waiting for 40 or 45 minutes, the greater called a table for a party of 11. Only three people were present for the party of 11. After 20 additional minutes the party of 11 still had only 4 people. I went and asked for the manager. He ignored that I was standing there and because I continued to stand there he turned around and said "oh you need me?" I told him my whole party of 8 has been waiting over an hour for a table and you have four people taking up a table of 11 for 30 minutes. He said he was going to come to the front and address it. And also stated "its just food,desert,and cocktails right??" After 30 minutes he still didn't show up. Then my cousin went to ask to speak to him and he never showed up. Had the kitchen guy come to the front and pick up the sign in list. The hostess just totally disappeared. After 15 minutes still a no show and they tried to sit us at a small table for 6. We could not fit there comfortably. Then the manager and the hostess showed up. We started with our complaint and the manager and the hostess yelled at us. Now its late and crowded and we had kids so we didn't want to go somewhere else and wait another 45 minutes to an hour. Jumping forward to finally getting seated at 8pm. I order the ribeye medium. After 30 minutes it came out medium well. After 20 minutes I was able to find my waitress and send it back. My cousin never received her order at all. Now the rest of the party are done eating and I still don't have my correct meal but o received my bill. After everything we went through the manager never came and apologized or check on us. Went there this past Friday to use a gift card I got for Christmas. I wanted two old timer w/ cheese black bean burgers medium well with salads instead of fries, the cashier charged me $30 for two meals I messed around and left my wallet at home and had to go home to get my wallet so I decided to call back to see what I was charged for before I returned. He stated he overcharged me and would correct the receipt. So I go back burgers were well, got onion rings which were not hot they hurt the roof of your mouth salad had no croutons, had to ask for mayo and ketchup. I have always loved Chill's for there drinks as well as there food. I notice a drastic change since the last time I had drinks there a couple of weeks ago. I learned after my visit tonight they have a new GM covering the stonecrest area location. There is alot of competition around the stonecrest area when it comes to awesome acoholic beverages. The drinks were very watered down your client base will notice drastic changes and once the word get out they will then go to your competitors to enjoy none watered down alcoholic beverages. People always drink more than they eat. Some customers just stop by for a nice drink after along day. Don't compromise watering down your drinks you will lose some loyal customers because of watered down alcoholic beverages then your sales for alcoholic beverages will drop at a all time low. I am a professional Chef. I have seen it happen many of times in my career. I understand food cost portions but watered down alcoholic beverages is not a great or attractive idea. read more

After having been to the IHOP next door, and waited 15 min after we placed a drink order to get nothing...we walked to Chili's thinking it couldn't get much worse. We were so wrong. We waited 10 min to order our drinks (and we ordered our food with it because we were already irritable) another 10 to get them (minus one), asked for napkins--waited and waited and then I went to front to ask for them because that's where my waitress was...asked her again only for her to ask the other girl standing there to get it for me. I waited for her to wake up and she proceeds to say, "oh sorry I'll go get them." After sitting down another 15-20 min we get two meals (out of 5) one of which had no dressing on it, no corn and black bean salsa (they were apparently out) and then avocado on it (which I specifically asked not to have on my salad). She said she was someone was still plating the kids grilled cheeses. As I'm picking off my avocado I'm trying to find someone to get silverware because there was no one to be found....as I am picking off my avocado and my kids are upset because they don't have food yet, I decide this is not worth it. We get up to walk out and here comes our waitress. She is now visibly upset and throws the grilled cheeses on the table and then throws two sprites on the table across from us while spilling it all over my oldest (her pants, shoes and purse are wet and sticky now). I sent all of my kids outside with my mom and I wait at the front to speak to someone and no one shows...I waited and waited. Proceeded to google the phone number in hopes that someone will answer and nothing. I walked out furious and hungry! I can not believe this was service was happening! Walked into what seemed to be a slow Sunday at 4 many many empty tables . Took 5 minutes to be acknowledged at the door but didn't think that was a big deal .
