Definitely won't ever be back here again. Today was my first and last day at this location. My party sat at the bar. First of all,the bartender took forever to acknowledge us. When she finally did, my gf asked for a water, she said okay and brought her a water. Never brought me anything. Then when we went to order, she only took one order and walked away to add it to the tab. Did she think two people were sharing one meal? She didn't even take my order, that was just what my gf ordered. How did people who got there after us, get their food before us? My girlfriend got shrimp tacos and asked for coleslaw on the side and no salt on the fries. What did she get? No coleslaw at all and salt on the fries. I got the triple dipper with burger bites, bbq boneless wings and the onion ring chips. All i ate was a few onion rings and the two burger bites. The boneless wings were disgusting. My stomach hurt so bad by the time i left the restaurant, i couldn't go anywhere else but home. We ordered the drink of the month to try it out, the lady check my ID and everything for me to never get the drink. She didn't even add it to my bill, so why take my order and then forget to add it to my tab. They were in the process of training a bar tender. They had a stack of drink receipts that they rushed to make all at once. He looked so poor and confused, I feel bad for him. read more

First time ordering Chili's in years and I had a beyond irritating and disappointing experience. I ordered a 6 oz. sirloin with asparagus/mash potatoes and my boyfriend had the brisket burger with fries. My ordered was placed at 5:17pm with a ready time of 5:37pm. I was instructed to wait in my car and my order would be brought out to me when ready. The restaurant was nearly empty, hence all of the orders including mine were to-go. I waited in my car till 6:17pm before going back inside to ask the ETA of my order. The hostess proceeds to grab an order (my order) off the counter, hands it to me and says 'Oh, they must've just brought it out.' Okay, whatever. An hour wait for trash food. My steak was rock hard when I asked for medium well. My boyfriends brisket looked like an Arby's sandwich and his fries were wet and rubbery. Everything was cold. It was an absolute nightmare. My daughter and 1st went to the chili's on Ford rd but left because the place was so nasty. So, we decided to go to the one on Plymouth. The door host & the carry out host has the worst attitudes ever. Not very polite or well mannered. The staff is friendly enough and I've never had a quality issue here, but I've never had a timely experience here. Every single task and process seems to take much longer then need be. We have been here a number of times and it always takes a long time for the waiter/waitress to acknowledge us, long wait time for food, long wait time for the check etc. At this point, I've been here multiple times and had the same experience so I don't think it's a once in a while thing. 05/10 I placed a to go order online and was given a pick up time 29 minutes later. I arrived on time and checked in as "here" as per the directions. I sat idling for 40 min watching an employee help people but ignore me. Finally a second employee showed up and came over to check on me. He said they were busy and he'd be back. I waited another 20 min without my order, total time of an hour. I tried calling 3 times to just cancel and get a refund. Each time someone picked up and then hung up. Guess I'll just dispute the charge on my credit card if it posts. Total time invested: 75min waiting in parking lot. Never ever again. Update: They did charge my card the next day so I had to go through the process with my credit card company to reverse it. Hassle for sure. read more

Save your money and cook a microwave meal. This place is the pits. Nasty, wet cloth sitting on the hostess station. Guy at the front grabs it and says "let me clean your table". We waited 10 minutes before being greeted by server only after we overheard the servers fighting over who's table was who's twice. They were out of egg rolls but let us order them, came back 10 minutes later and explained. Steak from fajitas looked like dog food. Shrimp was 1/4 the size it showed in the menu. Been coming here for some time and had great service, but the last couple months service has been really bad. Had to wait 10mins before someone said I don't know if I'm waiting this table. Then 10 more minutes go by then we get a server to take order. Then 45mins go by and food came out wrong and received salads after dinner came out and we had to tell them that the salads never came out, also did not get silverware. Asked for A-1 sauce had to ask three different servers to get what we needed. The steaks were cold by that time and for the new cold steaks that was 45mins to get them and they were not seasoned! The chips & Salsa were cold! Then my wife had a Birthday gift sent through the Chili's rewards and server said we had to order another dessert in order to get the gift and tried to show her that the email never said anything like that and she still insisted! For a Friday, I was reasonably surprised that we were seated in 20 minutes. This location is typically jam packed and I understand that it's a longer wait at dinner on a Friday night. My disappointment here is with the actual service at the table. This location has implemented a new tabletop iPad-like menu and payment service that's supposed to speed things up. You can literally order your drinks, appetizers, food, and dessert all from this device that sits on your table. It's got games on it for the kids to keep them entertained while you wait. I'll be candid here: it's pretty pointless. Our server was still coming to the table to ask for things before we had a chance to use the device to move on to the next item. And when he did come to the table to ask us if we wanted more of something it then took an additional 10 minutes. It's a great idea in theory, but the execution was horrible. Their website says they take call ahead for tables, but they don't. I was even in the parking lot and they required me to walk in to put my name on the list even though it was *empty*. Half the dining room was closed, maybe 6 other tables were in use total, and it took 30 mins for us to be seated. No covid protocols seemed to be in place, seating wise, as we were sat on the usual wall-row of 2 seat tables, with other customers on either side. We did not receive any chips and salsa despite being signed up for their silly members thing. My food was alright, just a lame plate of lettuce and a few croutons with very little dressing, and a steak - which was cooked to my liking, though it was basically unseasoned. My husband got a bacon cheese burger, also basically unseasoned, and the amount of grease that came out of it could've drowned a toddler. He felt sick to his stomach for hours afterward, and even a week later is still uninterested in ground beef burgers. Molten chocolate lava cake thing was delicious, moist and sweet. The waitress who served us was very sweet, as was the gal being trained. Probably won't go back to this location for dine-in, or take out tbh. 4/10 overall. read more

The service here has always been a touch slow, if not inattentive, and they are often inaccurate. In fact, the service rarely anything approaching good. The only thing they seem to be good at is getting it wrong. The food is always ok, though. They are ok with making it right... If only they started there in the first place. If you want something, you have to ask for it. That goes for extras like mustard (why this is an extra I have no idea) and often refills. I don't want this place to hurt for business, because it is one of the few American food options in the area. But all the same, they need to work harder on the service side. The food does all the heavy lifting, bringing me/friends back. It is the only saving grace, though. read more

I recently discovered the whole "lunch combo" dealies they have at Chilis and this is now my favorite lunch spot a couple times per week. I've been here about 6 times already the last few weeks and the service, consistency and cleanliness is great. The waistaff I've had is always so friendly and attentive. We went to chili's for dinner around 6pm We waited 15 minutes to be seated and were the only People waiting to seated. Once we were seated it took 20 minutes before a waiter came by for drink order. Then another 15 minutes before the waiter took our food order. Sitting there waiting for another 45 minutes for our food we notice the employees really didn't care about service or that we had been waiting soooooo long. The phone kept ringing and ringing nobody answered the phone. I have never had such a bad experience at a chili's before and i will never return to this badly run restaurant again. Well, that didn't go well. We should have turned back when we weren't greeted for a few minutes at the door. The menu has changed, which is really unfortunate for vegetarians. I know it's a meat-centric restaurant, but we should be able to go places our friends like to and not always get salads. I'm sick of salads. So apparently Chili's got rid of their Portobello mushroom fajita. I asked the waiter if the mushroom fajita was still available, and he answered that it was. So maybe this is my fault for not being more clear, but what I got was the old mushroom Jack chicken fajita (also covered in bacon, which I was just going to work around until I noticed it was all chicken). Our waiter quickly put in an order for a veggie fajita. The problem was is that I waited about another half hour to get the corrected version (mind you I'm with friends and my three year old, all trying to be polite and not finish their meals). I was pretty disappointed with the waiter during this period, as he only acknowledged that I didn't have my food yet once. Eventually the manger came out and was apologetic and polite. We were given half off my meal, but still had to correct another issue with the bill. My husband's meal was also very mediocre. The food was all edible and this wasn't a disastrous situation, which is how it's retaining two stars. I'm really disappointed with the Chili's franchise in their new menu. So i travel for work and this is the worst chilis i have been anywhere in the US. Quality and customer service were awful. The place was not busy theres no excuse for a bad customer service the girl tried to remember everyones order by memory. My steak was over cooked the rice was excessively salty also the salsa. It was basically said "well I guess I'll help you for now" took an hour for food to arrive after ordering, drinks were more sour mix than anything (we all ordered a different kind) food came without all described items, order of chicken tenders was burnt crisp and couldn't even chew it. Salads were lack luster and sad, like the staff. 10/10 the worst experience I've ever had at any restaurant. Ordered from chili's at 9pm on their website just to get there at 9:30pm for them to tell me it isn't ready. We waited until 10:00pm just for them to call me telling me they're out chicken strips but our other food is ready which is crazy to me!! Why wait until my other food is ready to tell me they're out of chicken strips? Everything's CLOSED now so thanks to them I won't be eating tonight. I told them to cancel my order and issue me a refund which they said they would do but I asked to speak to the manager so I could get a confirmation of the refund issued and they told me it would be a few minutes and put me on hold. I was on hold for a WHOLE HOUR UNTIL THEY CLOSED.. still no answer from the manager :-) Moral of the story is NEVER go to this Chili's. Manager is SHIT , kitchen SUCKS and costumer service SUCKS aswell. If I don't receive my refund we are going to have a big issue. read more

I love love love Chili's, huge fan, but this location! I ordered online the Margarita Grilled Chicken meal with extra pico with loaded mash n salad for the sides and a Steak dinner topped with shrimp and what got was some dry seasoned baked chicken with barely a scoop of pico and tortilla chips and a lime NO salad NICE, NO shrimp on the steak (which by the way was paid for) REALLY NICE, and no silverware (not a big deal because I have some at home) but I checked that as well on my order‍. I've ordered Chili's to go before and NEVER had this experience. I tried calling numerous times and after so long of being on hold..."we're sorry but we're experiencing some technical difficulties at the moment, please try your call back later" so that was even pointless. And to top it off I used my well deserved gift cards with cash on this order! What a waste! I will definitely be trying again to call and complain, but this location will NEVER get my patronage again! My mistake for assuming my order was correct, as some places do make mistakes(understood) but geesh! The only thing I enjoyed was my potatoes(sadly). I'm sorry to say but I was very disappointed with the "carry-out" last night. I ordered a triple dipper and Queso dip and received cold food that needed to be heated up in the microwave. What if I was eating in my car or a hotel that didn't offer a microwave? I waited 20mins for cold food and then above all they do not give you guacamole in a separate container they put a spoon full in the dip guacamole is supposed to be cold not hot and some people do not like it, apart from that there was little to NO queso dip leaving nothing for my chips to dip in. 20 dollars I spent and everything had to be thrown away and wasted food because this restaurant did not follow protocol. Tonight I dined at said location and was extremely disappointed. Sat at the bar, ordered boneless wings and southwest egg rolls. Took quite some time to get. Both apps were dry like they were sitting underneath the heat lamp. Couldn't eat my apps for a long time because never was given cutlery. Had to ask a server because bartender went missing for exactly 12 minutes. Never asked if I wanted water. Had only one beer. Wanted to order an entree but again ignored. Finally after another 10 minutes, was asked if I wanted anything but at that point, was upset and asked for the bill instead. Total was $16.96 and still left an 18% tip because I've managed bars and restaurants before. Extremely upset about the lack of service. Bartenders "Rail" wasn't busy at all. There was no manager to even walk around and "touch tables"to check on patrons experiences. Walked in around 9:55pm and walked out at almost 11pm. Shouldn't of taken that long for 2 apps & one beverage. It's no wonder this location has bad reviews. Haven't been to a Chili's in a long time and now I know why !!!! read more
