My daughter wanted to go for the graduation dinner after the ceremony. Worst experience I've ever had in a restaurant. The restaurant wasn't even a quarter full. There was more employees than customers. I'll start with my silverware was dirty. We ordered four dinners, two cheeseburgers and fries, a triple dipper, and a chicken crisper. We got two dinners, chicken, crispers, and the triple dipper and then 10 minutes later we got the other two dinners The chicken crispers are so oily and salty. You couldn't even eat them. Both burgers were overcooked. They were almost hard while you taste as much char and the fries were undercooked. Wow. I know it's under new management since we were at this location last but they still don't care about the customer. No wonder the place is almost empty on a Friday night. So, im not a small man by any means. They seat a party of two at a shitty little table in the back when there are easily 15 booths available. When I said anything about it the server just looked shocked and carried on. I know im a sarcastic bugger when I'm unhappy but I really didn't know there was a potato shortage in Michigan. Less fries than Ive been served in a very long time. The food was ok. Our server was polite and attentive. She laughed at my "small table" jokes but was obviously under orders that parties of two sit at the kids table. Won't be back to this location. Chili's was ok. But not really anything good to say but the location and ambiance was nice . The place is understaffed. It took forever for the food to come out even though all we ordered was nacho dip trio and mozzarella sticks. Took thirty minutes to come out and the cheese and mozzarella sticks were not hot actually almost cold. A lemon drop margarita was ordered and tasted more like margarita mix. Wasn't good. But the bartender was nice and funny. I actually enjoyed the chips and the bartender tried her best to help. read more

Xena was our amazing server today! She was very polite and made our dining experience awesome! My son had the chicken crispers and I had the chicken bacon ranch quesadillas. Food was delicious and the molten lava cake was the bomb! All staff was very polite and very welcoming! I wish more servers out there were like Xena, because we had a terrible experience the other day at another establishment (not Chili's). Was told it was a 30 minute wait and we'd receive a text, didn't get a text at all, but by minute 45 we walked in and asked how long it would be and immediately got seated. Ordered a Tito's strawberry lemonade and waited 20 minutes for the drink (I swear I am not exaggerating). My wife order a burger with bacon, and bbq sauce, no cheese because she's allergic. Came out with cheese after waiting 35 minutes for food, had to return it. Brought it back out with cheese on it AGAIN... they brought it back out without cheese. I just want to start off by saying this was my first time at a Chili's. I had high expectations based off reviews by friends and the internet. I am extremely disappointed in the customer service I had recieved. We were greeted promptly at the door and the hostess took us to our table. We waited maybe a minute to be taken back. Our server didn't come up to us for 10-15 minutes to take our drink order. When he finally got around to taking our orders we had to order our drink and food at the same time. Our food came out before our drinks did and our server disregarded that we had no drinks until we said something about it. He said they were "cleared out of the system" and he assumed we had gotten them. Despite him being at our table before getting them to us. Our entrees were very flavorful and hot. I was also displeased with the cleanliness off the restaurant, our table was wiped off but there was still food and lettuce on the table. The bathrooms are a completely different story. For a three stall women's bathroom you think it'd be really clean, right? WRONG. two of the toilets were so clogged there was no water in them. There was papertowl and toilet paper crammed in them. The only one that was able to be used was leaking and/or had urine all over the floor as well,not to mention all the ants and bugs crawling around. Needless to say, if you're wearing sandals, just wait and go to target or Walmart in the same strip. (They're much more clean and sanitary). Anyways, I wish I could rate this location much lower, being disregarded in a restaurant that is at maybe 1/3 of capacity is unacceptable and ridiculous. Had to tell my server 3 times I needed a box for my leftovers as he was standing behind the glass wall behind me, watching me pay for our meal. read more

Just a bad experience. They brought me the wrong soup, asked for the correct one, and they brought a second wrong soup (was never fixed). They didn't clear the table from our appetizers until we asked after our food was delivered, they didn't take any old cups, activelty moving the trash/old dishes to put new drinks down, and only brought us the new drinks after we asked for them (only waters) waiting over 15 minutes in an almost empty restaurant at 3 pm. My friends both had cold mac and cheeses, and we were basically ignored by our waitress, and when we were spoken to it felt rushed and like she was annoyed. We also had to ask for the check because she never put it on the tablet thing, and was irritated when we asked. Then after receiving our food, our server disappeared so we couldn't resolve issue with missing items in our order, no refills for over 45 minutes. And even after asking for the missing items and refills she never brought the food or any other refills becides one. Ignored us all night. Our kick machine was broken so when we asked for bill it took over 30 minutes to get it, then instead of leaving the charged kiosk at our table, she hovered over us as she manually inserted our cards and watch how we tipped, kept the change of the checks who paied in cash without even asking or attempting to get change. I love chilis when I go and dine in service is wonderful, today was my first day getting carry out and it was absolutely horrible m, I only got chicken enchilada soup and a side salad and they couldn't get that right. I hog all the way home and the soup was disgusting, they put the fajita strips in the soup with no cheese on top, when I went to eat the soup it was soggy with the strips and let's not mention I purchased a bowl and it was not filled to the top it was about and inch away from the top for $7.99. The salad was decent but the ranch dressing was way watered down too much it had no flavor whatsoever. I am very dissatisfied with this chilis, in this works we live in today you can't be loosing your money on stuff like this at least make the food with love make it enjoyable, don't just throw it together because I ordered take our, it should still have the same quality as if I were dining in, I am still spending my hard earned money. Our waitress was so pleasant and helpful and the entire team that day was very friendly and service was unbelievably fast this day. We ordered the trio with double chicken and shrimp. The beans were cold and the trip wasn't sizzling and it was floating in a rancid mess!!! Neither one of us could eat it. What a joke! Came in at around 2:30 in the afternoon mostly empty. Got seated right away but 20 minutes later no water, no silverware and no service! The waitress came by and said there were only two waitresses so it might be a minute. I saw like maybe 10 tables and thats an over estimate which is not busy when you're a waitress not at dinner rush. Waited another 15 minutes still no water, silverware or service! What ticked us off the most was the what I assumed to be the manager was standing there watching sports on the TV! Seriously, he couldnt grab some waters and our order to help them out. So needless to say with a manager like that it really wouldnt be productive to complain so we just left. We headed over to the Canton location, got seated within 5 minutes, they were short staffed as well but called people in. Waitress was very attentive, food was on point and delicious! I've been to this location several times in the past year for curbside takeout. My order has always been correct and the wait time is usually as expected. A couple of times I've waited 10 minutes past expected time. My go to items are the southwestern eggrolls and original chicken crispers. My side (asparagus) came out 5min later, they were hot, but dry. BF's meal (6oz sirloin, loaded mashed potatoes & asparagus) looked good, he said it was warm. I had some of his asparagus and they were perfectly cooked, buttered, but lacked any other seasoning. Waited a while to get seated. That was fine, it was a semi-busy night. After the hostess got us water, we never saw another employee again. People sat after us saw their waitress multiple times while we sat alone. After waiting for 15-20 min. We decided to leave as we had somewhere to go after and didn't see much changing. My husband and I thought we would try Chili's because we recently saw it advertised on TV. The management has a lot to be desired. There was a living color, picture of the steak and shrimp with broccoli and I ordered it and the kitchen was out of broccoli so I ordered asparagus and it was not cooked. My husband ordered a mushroom Swiss hamburger and the kitchen was out of mushroom. The waiter was nice enough, but never asked if we wanted dessert or checked to see if everything was OK. The worst part of the whole meal was this employee that came out and knew the people sitting in a booth next to us and her mouth went on and on and on for at least a half an hour.
