Cheese burger from the 3 for me menu

We've been frequenting this chilis a couple times a month for the last 5 years. We always sit at the bar and the service is always great. Last night Anthony (I think that's right) was our bartender and he was so friendly and kept us laughing and having a good time the whole meal. We've had some bad experiences at other chilis but this one never disappoints.

We have been to this restaurant multiple times and their food is usually good. We ordered the pink lemonade which was sweet and tasty. We asked one of the servers for chips and salsa, but he never brought it. He kept passing by us and looked at us and still didn't bring us anything. We had to ask another server and she finally brought them to us. Some of the chips were not even crispy, but rather they were soggy and greasy. The tortilla soup was delicious and warm. The chicken sandwich was good, but there was hardly any honey chipotle sauce in the sandwich. The fries are good and crispy. The place provides lots of seating. But it can easily get very crowded especially during dinner time.

This is the spot! For a good burger fries and beer! On point! Good cook and Santa Fe burger had the perfect heat to it. I probably would've liked more but I think it was a good level. The fries were perfect too. It was the right amount. Not too noisy. Good lighting. Good seating. Quick friendly service. Parking right outside

Man, this food gives me a heartburn every time I get it. The servers were nice but felt rushed to be everywhere all at once which then made me feel rushed when ordering and getting out of there asap. The ambiance was a very average Chili's. It was kinda dirty but all messes were addressed relatively quickly.

The chefs knew what they were doing this night! I only get 3 things when I go to Chili's- fresh mex shrimp bowl, cajun shrimp pasta, or veggie patty old timer with cheese. All 3 are really good with decent pricing. If I get the cajun shrimp pasta, I do the 3 for me. Service is quick here at this location.

The past few times here , I've ordered online for pick up. Pick ups were always fast and customer service was always great. Today was no different. I ordered online and went straight to the counter to ring the bell. As I turned around to stand next to the door, not even 20 seconds later, I heard a sweet voice greeting me. She asked for my name and came out with my order quickly. She also asked if I needed more condiments etc, which is great because normally other places don't bother to ask. I think her name is Valeria : )

Every time I tell someone I'm going to Lodi ... they tell me don't get stuck there! I guess that's in reference to that old song Stuck in Lodi. Well, I'm not stuck, but I need something to eat, and I remember that Chili's has this killer deal for $10.99 you get a big 1/2 pound burger with fries AND a salad PLUS you get a drink too! 3 for Me they call it. My GPS told me there's a Chili's in town here in Lodi, so off I go. I've had this before at other locations and it was really good bedsides a good deal! I get seated just fine and I order a drink, diet coke and let the server know I want that Smashburger deal. Here's a tip if you get the salad. Normally it comes in a little bowl stuffed to the top ... but this makes it hard to eat without making a mess on the table, so order it on a PLATE! plus I think you get more too! I ordered the Caesar Salad. The burger arrives as ordered, pink on the meat please. I love this burger cause the meat is bigger than the bun, so you don't end up with bites of bun with no meat, like some other burgers I've had. The smashed grilling leaves a nice crust on the burger, goes well with the 1000 Island dressing, lettuce and onions. You can get a tomato, just ask if you want. Lot of nice hot fries too! I'll say this is one of the better burgers I've had no matter what the price, and the price here with everything that it comes with just makes it even better. I dunno how long Chili's is gonna offer this deal, so get down to a Chili's now!

    August Monthly Margarita: Shark Attack
    Kya B.

Not sure why there's so many negative reviews at this location. Everyone is probably hangry. Our server Aubrey was super nice and funny and she took very good care of my husband and I. We got a triple dipper and the Santa Fe burger as well as a monthly margarita, which was a very good size for the price (6$). Everything was very good and our appetizer, drinks, and meals came out perfectly paced. Our waters and lemonade never went dry. Thank you Aubrey!!!

    Ask the Community - Chili's

How long has Chili's been around?

Not sure if you mean a specific chilis location or just chilis in general. Chilis chain started in the mid 70's in Texas and expanded from there.

Where is your favorite place to sit in Chilis, the bar area, or the dining area?

As our organizer mentioned, they were fully booked that night so do reserve early. Warm earthy tones in the decor made for a comfortable, inviting atmosphere and the light jazz ensemble and lovely vocal performances elevated the evening's experience. The ambiance is a strong point. Being a paella newbie, I definitely looked forward to tasting a version especially after watching cooking shows over the years. The saffron broth rice nicely counterbalanced the seasoned shrimp, sausage and other ingredients. Thumbs up. I had several portions. The tempura cauliflower - good. KR Enchiladas were cheesey and rich, plumply filled, and the accompanied rice accented with corn. Since we shared the three enchiladas, my small piece was enough for me. Suggest passing on the sourdough side that came with the paella. The bread had melted, but cooled cheese on it and there was not much free broth in the paella to soak therewith anyway. With water being the group's primary beverage, perhaps request a carafe of water at the table to ease the thirstier folks (me). Our wait person gave helpful suggestions and efficient service. The rest of the staff had hustle. As normal with live music, be prepared to raise your voice and repeat yourself in conversations. Parking is ample, with a short walk, in this Nob Hill Foods shopping center.

Complimentary corn tortilla chips, salsa, and refried bean dip with cheese. I loved the REFRIED BEAN DIP! I ordered the Steak a la Chicana. I didn't read or listen carefully enough that the skirt steak with sauteed onions and bell peppers are covered in Spanish sauce. The sauce is actually quite tasty with a little kick. I used it and the salsa to flavor the black beans. However, I really just wanted grilled steak. I should have ordered steak fajitas, a grilled steak burrito or quesadilla, or a carne asada plate. The Steak a la Chicana was a generous portion, which is definitely 2 meals for me. Cilantro rice wasn't anything special. The SWEET CORN TAMALITO is yummy comfort. Choice of beans: refried beans, black beans, or pinto beans. I suspect refried beans is the tastiest option. El Tapatio would be a great gathering place for friends and family.
