Ate here on Friday night (2/6/26). Party of 3. We found a seat at a tall table in the bar. Someone came to get our drink order as the server was a bit busy she said. Our server, Leticia, showed up not too much later. This review is specifically for her, actually. She was fantastic! Seriously. I don't remember the last time we've had a server this good at any restaurant. Even in "higher"/more expensive restaurants. She was on top of everything. I know I have reviewed this location before but I had to update it. My husband just stopped here on the way home and grabbed us some QP burgers and fries. When he got home I was struck by the new packaging, both the bags and the to-go boxes that the meals were in. They have definitely upgraded. The burgers and fries were all delicious. We even added on a chicken sandwich and it was big, juicy and spicy. Most surprisingly though was the price. The burgers were less than what I pay for a meal at a fast food place but total restaurant quality. I see you Chilis! We have been to this restaurant multiple times and their food is usually good. We ordered the pink lemonade which was sweet and tasty. We asked one of the servers for chips and salsa, but he never brought it. He kept passing by us and looked at us and still didn't bring us anything. We had to ask another server and she finally brought them to us. Some of the chips were not even crispy, but rather they were soggy and greasy. The tortilla soup was delicious and warm. The chicken sandwich was good, but there was hardly any honey chipotle sauce in the sandwich. The fries are good and crispy. The place provides lots of seating. Well, I'm not stuck, but I need something to eat, and I remember that Chili's has this killer deal for $10.99 you get a big 1/2 pound burger with fries AND a salad PLUS you get a drink too! 3 for Me they call it. My GPS told me there's a Chili's in town here in Lodi, so off I go. I've had this before at other locations and it was really good bedsides a good deal! I get seated just fine and I order a drink, diet coke and let the server know I want that Smashburger deal. Here's a tip if you get the salad. Normally it comes in a little bowl stuffed to the top ... but this makes it hard to eat without making a mess on the table, so order it on a PLATE! plus I think you get more too! I ordered the Caesar Salad. The burger arrives as ordered, pink on the meat please. I love this burger cause the meat is bigger than the bun, so you don't end up with bites of bun with no meat, like some other burgers I've had. The smashed grilling leaves a nice crust on the burger, goes well with the 1000 Island dressing, lettuce and onions. You can get a tomato, just ask if you want. Lot of nice hot fries too! I'll say this is one of the better burgers I've had no matter what the price, and the price here with everything that it comes with just makes it even better. Not sure why there's so many negative reviews at this location. Everyone is probably hangry. Our server Aubrey was super nice and funny and she took very good care of my husband and I. We got a triple dipper and the Santa Fe burger as well as a monthly margarita, which was a very good size for the price (6$). I have visited this Chili's locations and had good service and food, however today (a Wednesday) was the exception. They were very understaffed, we were not greeted when we arrived, we had to wait at least 10 minutes until anyone came to our table, we ordered our drinks, apps and food all at once because they were getting more busy. We got a beer fairly quick, but no other drinks (water) for at least another 10 minutes. Our app was brought out incorrectly, when food arrived it was just dropped at our table, my salmon was dry, the rice tasted like it was out of a ricearoni box and the broccoli was over salted. My husbands burger was burnt. Although our server can't be blamed for being short staffed, she was not apologetic for the situation. We will not be back to that location. read more

Why did I do this to myself and get talked into coming here? Came here the other night with my daughter and her BF because he wanted the triple dipper. A mixture of nostalgia and need for late night food led me to this Chili's. It is by far not the worst one I've been to (I'll give that to the former Paso Robles location), but definitely not the best (Foothill Ranch, hands down). We shared the chili queso, 8 lemon pepper boneless buffalo wings, and the bacon chicken quesadilla. I can't really say there was a clear winner here, but the queso has always been my favorite, even though the chips at this location were heavily over-salted. The wings needed a little more pizazz and the quesadilla had too much cheese (yes, thats really a thing!). We washed down our junk food fest with a couple of higher end margaritas. We sat at the bar area and the bartender and food runner were super nice folks. It seemed like the customers and staff all knew each other. Overall, no serious complaints. read more

Was not happy with my overall experience people next to me were greeted so kindly, when the same male waiter came to our table he was not very pleasant or welcoming. They really need to get rid of the self-pay kiosks or clean them they're always gross looking like unsupervised kids have been playing with them. Also the inside is this place looks like it needs to be pressure washed, the condiments were sticky there was ketchup and who knows what by the window like no one cares or takes the time to clean the booths properly. Yet people think they will be automatically getting a tip for serving food no way.... My girlfriend and I had a catch up lunch here recently and were surprised at the quality of food and service. Wish I had gotten our waiter's name as he was informative, cheerful and attentive. We both had the Smash Burger which reminded us of our grandma's hand formed burgers from childhoods. Delicious, fries were crispy and hot, our sides were chips and salsa and a side salad. I haven't been to Chili's for years. I really like the one in Lodi. I came here with my best friend, her partner, and stepson. My best friend and I ordered the special they were having. It was an awesome deal. A drink ($2 more, get your drink spiked with some alcohol), a side (salad, soup, or dips with chips), and an entree. All of this starts at $10.99. Her partner got a sampler appetizer, which was really fulfilling (choice of 3 - egg rolls, wings, and sliders). My best friend and her stepson got a Cajun chicken pasta. They both ate it all up. I had a chicken quesadilla that was filled with savory ingredients. Everything tasted good. I'm glad it did t taste like frozen dinner. I've been to a few Chili's where the quality wasn't so good. Additionally, my best friend's partner and I got drinks. They did not go cheap and we had a nice buzzed. My best friend's partner was pleased and he is really picky. He drank an IPA and had the drink of the month. We had a good amount of food and drinks for only $83. Lastly, our server, Sailor was great. Some of the worst service I have ever experienced at a restaurant. The server was inefficient and did I care about us as customers. We were celebrating a birthday for my daughter and she chose this restaurant because she likes to triple Dipper. The food was average but as I mentioned before the service was horrible. We ask for extra napkins salsa and we never received either of them until after we are through eating. Never came by and asked us if we need refills on drinks. Came and had dinner after work. Ordered the sauv blanc and really enjoyed that. Got the appetizer where you choose 3 options. Chose wings, mozzarella sticks, and sliders. The wings were delicious and so were mozzarella sticks. I didn't get a chance to taste the sliders because my food came. I ordered the chicken bacon ranch quesadilla. It was fairly tasty with a side of ranch. Without the side of ranch (which didn't come with the quesadilla, it was leftover from appetizer) it was a bit dry. OK, so to start with this location and our waitress Lily was awesome. From start to end. When we arrived, we were seated right away. The only discrepancy that we had her this visit is that when our food was bought out, my food order was incorrect. I had someone else's plate, so I had to wait additional time for my order to be made. Lily was nice enough to at least bring me my order of fries so that I was not sitting at our table hungry and then from there I feel continue to come out in portions person altogether. Not too sure where the disconnect the place, but overall the meal eventually still ended up taking decent. Had the half order of ribs with chipotle sauce on them with two sides of french fries and street corn. Lawrence was the tastiest. I have everything on the plate. Well visited location. Seems like a lot of birthday parties were taking place during this visit. The service is still on point. I'm sure we will visit again in the future minus the small mishap that took place. read more
