The service was AWFUL! The one good part was my husband's choice for us to sit at the bar. Chelsea, the bartender, was awesome! We had a 45 minute wait AFTER we ordered dinner. What the hell is the point of curbside pickup if you sit outside waiting forever? Food was cold - granted we were about 10 minutes late, however, they took 15 minutes to bring the food out. Did they not think to put the food under the light? When the girl came out to bring the food she was leaving work, tossed our food to us, and got in the car with no concern or questions as if everything was okay or if we needed anything . My family went to this location on Saturday night around 9pm, and didn't close for another 2 hours. There were still about 10 tables occupied in the restaurant, and 3-4 in the bar area. The staff seemed more focused on preparing for closing than helping the customers. We chose a booth in the bar area. Our server, Ian, was too focused on getting the bar cleaned for closing that he forgot about our appetizer. I had to remind him when our food was brought out. My husband and daughters burgers were bland and just thrown together. Honestly, we could've gone to Hardee's down the street and got a better burger. It was not worth the price. I ordered original chicken crispers. I asked for loaded mashed potatoes and was told they were out of them. So I asked for black beans and fries, as well as an extra honey mustard. Black beans were luke warm and were not topped with pico. Extra honey mustard wasn't there. I asked for it and it still was never brought out because Ian was too busy cleaning the dang bar. I travel from Monroe to go to this Chilis location, and it never disappoints (maybe that's because we don't have one). My number one favorite thing about this chilis is the service. They are quick, and half the time, our food is out before we finish our appetizers. Overall I have never had a bad experience and will be going back very soon. read more

Just picked up a to go order and the two people who were running orders out did a fantastic job. The app when I placed my order said that it would be ready by 6:25-6:30. We didn't end up getting our meal till closer to 7:20 but they both came up to the car and explained that they were running behind and getting order prepared as fast as they could. Fiance and I ordered from the latest Chili's promo, "Two for Twenty deals"; our meals where barely OK overall, but a value in the Chili's lineup. Our choice appetizer (menu named, "Fried Cheese", or better known as cheese sticks) was very good and served just at the right temperature to make the cheese pull forever, but not enough to scald the mouth; accompanying marinara dipping sauce had a good tomato flavor with a nice touch of spices although it was very, very sweet. The Fiance's entree choice of Bacon Cheese Burger (ordered well done) with garden toppings (lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle) was judged as OK overall although the burger was not quite well done and looked to be of the frozen variety. My choice of Half Rack Baby Back Ribs (6 small bones) version "Bock Sauce" was So-So: the ribs are of the spare cut variety and where fall-off-the-bone tender, but REALLY SPARSE in the meat department; Bock sauce (very sparingly added) was sweeter than I expected, but fell down to the meats strong artificial smoke flavor. Both meals came with an abundant serving of fresh, hot, and lightly seasoned fries as our chosen side. Service was fast, friendly, and not over done. Decorum was very clean and of the newly remodeled/decorated Chili's chain contemporary look which is much nicer than their previous raucous interiors. Despite the promo value, I would hesitate to order the ribs again as I felt that they where just too spare in meat, and I really didn't care much for the over-saturation of artificial smoke flavor. Fiance's burger was borderline OK and can easily be beat by the likes of Five Guys for nearly the same price. Overall, the two-for-twenty deals are not a bad value in the latest Chili's promotion scheme. They do offer a nice choice of appetizers and entree's to fit most people's taste, and the price is easy on the wallet as our total bill with two soft drinks and tax was less than $25.00. We'd return to try some other promo choices in hopes of better entree flavors. I give this Chili's a solid 2.75 for food with a 4 star for our server. read more

Wow where do I begin?!! All I ordered was a spicy panko onion rings to go and 2 cups of ancho chile ranch with it. The bartender was rude to say the least. I guess its a racial thing. She was soo impatient to take my order and get it over with,that she didnt even smile. There was no delay in the order i got it on time from the "pleasant" bartender and left. In the car I opened it to taste and the rings were oily as hell.I think they recooked old ones in oil,not sure though.These were supposed to have a seasoning over them but they didnt. Sorry Chili's, but I think we are done. While it may be one of few "restaurants" in my area, that does not make it OK to sell mediocre food while delivering with mediocre service. My three year old grand daughter loves going there (for some reason). Thank goodness she is still young and we have many places to take her and show her what good food is! I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Salad last night and it was truly the worst salad I have ever received. I had better salads at the cafeteria when I was in high school. And that was many moons ago! I don't know if the goal was to serve that limp, not so fresh salad or if there was a genius (pure sarcasm) in your kitchen that actually put it under the warmer. I have been signed up for email blasts from this location for quite some time. I got one on Saturday that said they were have a Daddy-Daughter Date Night on Monday (yesterday). A free desert and goodie bag made it sound like a great night out for me and my 10 year old. We arrived at 6:30 to a 20 to 25 minute wait. No big deal. A little surprising for a Monday even with the special event. We took our pager and went outside to wait. At about the 20 minute mark, a greeter came outside yelling my name and "last call". The pager never went off and the greeter seemed annoyed that we weren't responding to him. As we walked to the door, I held the door for my daughter and he want ahead of us both. I think it was simply a case of him not paying attention to his customers! It took a few minutes longer than normal for our server to get to us. She seemed frazzled. She took our order and checked back periodically to let us know our order was in. The order did take longer than expected but it was ok. Food was as expected. Nothing special but not bad either. We got our desert and she brought the bill. I asked about the goodie bag. She said she completely forgot and when she returned, she said it was the last one. I asked if they had been surprised by the turnout and she said yes. Overall, not bad but for a restaurant to promote an event like this, they should have been better prepared. Would I go back if they held the same promotion? Maybe. But if I did, I would have a back-up place to go if it looked like they were overwhelmed. read more

We went here for lunch and the food was brought out timely. The staff was very attentive. I had the choose two Mexican meal with a green chile chicken enchilada, bowl of soup, black beans and rice. It was a large serving of food so I didn't get to eat it all. My boyfriend ordered the turkey club sandwich with fries and loved it. We have always had a great experience with this location. I know restaurants have been having it rough lately with not being able to find staff (everyone sitting on unemployment checks), but the managers have always been great and they are doing the best they can with the staff they have. I see so many reviews of how long someone has waited to be seated, etc. that I knew I had to give a shout out to my hometown Chili's for providing the best possible experience to their guests that they can during this difficult time. All I have to say is please be patient and kind right now. You may not realize it, but servers, cooks, hosts, and managers all work hard to give you the best possible experience while being overworked during this time. Sometimes you just need to sit back and really observe what is going on, not leave a one star review because they got your food wrong the first time. How hard are they working?
