We eat at Chili's in Loganville usually twice a week. We usually take advantage of their on line coupons. The food is good and the service is usually good. Sometimes they can get overwhelmed. We went here for lunch and the food was brought out timely. The staff was very attentive. I had the choose two Mexican meal with a green chile chicken enchilada, bowl of soup, black beans and rice. It was a large serving of food so I didn't get to eat it all. My boyfriend ordered the turkey club sandwich with fries and loved it. Chilis needs to offer more coupons like our other places such as Ruby Tuesday which we visit a good bit. read more

We have always had a great experience with this location. I know restaurants have been having it rough lately with not being able to find staff (everyone sitting on unemployment checks), but the managers have always been great and they are doing the best they can with the staff they have. I see so many reviews of how long someone has waited to be seated, etc. that I knew I had to give a shout out to my hometown Chili's for providing the best possible experience to their guests that they can during this difficult time. All I have to say is please be patient and kind right now. You may not realize it, but servers, cooks, hosts, and managers all work hard to give you the best possible experience while being overworked during this time. Sometimes you just need to sit back and really observe what is going on, not leave a one star review because they got your food wrong the first time. How hard are they working? How many servers are on the floor? Do you see a manager, maybe they are cooking? Was there a host when you walked in, probably not? Be conscious people. read more

Great service and staff was amazing, we did come before it got busy but we have been a lot and never really been disappointed. Today was above the rest though Breanna was the best server I have had at any restaurant. Very pleasant and never felt as we were bugging her. When it comes to craving a certain restaurant, Chili's is the place! My meal always starts out with some chips and salsa and it is bottomless, and I never leave dissatisfied. Ordered 3 for $10 tonight and curbside pickup. It was supposed to be ready by 8:38 and they didn't bring out the food till 20 minutes later and told us "we have bad news we are out of tortilla chips" and proceeded to hand us our food and go back inside. They gave us the salsa tho I'm not sure why and never offered us anything else instead of the chips. Food was cold when we got home with it. This location is going downhill. I absolutely love the smoked chicken quesadillas (which they got rid of). But, the bacon ranch quesadillas are just as good. My co workers and I order take out for lunch every other Friday and we always get chilis. We have realized that we need to check everything before we leave because 9 times out of 10 they forget to add the fries. My sister and I went for lunch last Saturday and I ordered a hamburger. The waitress asked me if I wanted "pink or no pink".. I answered no pink at all. The burger came out almost raw. I sent it back and they apologized. Got the new burger and it was just as pink as the first. I am not one to complain so I just dealt with it. Not sure what is going on lately but I hope they figure it out because we love Chili's when they are on their A-game! read more

Being close to home, the drive to delicious food is never too long. Chili's is an amazing restaurant especially in this location. The restaurant itself is always clean, and the servers are very friendly. My family always loves to get chips and salsa and I am in love with the honey chipotle chicken crispers! My mother and I just left with a bad taste in our mouths. The service was slow, even though the restaurant was not busy. We had to ask for our chips and salsa twice. The ribs came out cold. When we finally got our check, the server disappeared so I went to ask the hostess if I could give the payment to her to be paid and I was met with an attitude. The guy that brought our food was unhygienic, he was rubbing his mustache right under his nose. After the cold ribs were sent back the manager didn't come to the table to check on us. This is the worst Chili's location. I gave this location several chances but they failed every time. The hostess was terrible. She completely ignored us. We were standing there for 15 minutes in an empty restaurant. And I know the hostess saw us, she made eye contact and walked right by. Didn't say anything. The service is slow and terrible, in particular this one chubby, older lady server. We have had her twice, and she never checks on us, never refills our drinks. She was extremely rude too. We seriously couldn't believe how bad the service was. Not to mention the food is also bad at this location. Chili's queso is usually my favorite, but at this location it's all watery and nasty. The dishes always seem dirty there too. If you want Chili's, you're better off going to the Snellville/Avenues location. read more

This was the WORST restaurant experience in my entire life. I ordered two items to go on my way home and was informed it would be ready in ten minutes. It took us about three minutes to arrive and we decided to dine in because the restaurant was not busy and we could be seated right away. The hostess told us she would notify the appropriate people and it would not be a problem. We were seated at a table in the bar that had not been cleaned(no biggie- very easy to remedy). We sat there for over 15 minutes with no one acknowledging us. I informed a gentleman that we we had called in an order and decided to eat it there. Several minutes went by and no service. The same waiter came back by and asked, "When do you want your food". Our reply was"Now". After about 10 minutes another server came by and we asked if we could have drinks and informed her of the situation. We waited another 10-15 minutes and asked for a manager, while waiting our food aarived and the server had informed us it had been sitting in the back in boxes. The food was ICE COLD. A manager came over and we explained the situation and said she was sorry. Then another "manager" came by and I explained the evening's events, he said they typically don't have situations like ours in a very accusatory manner. He never acknowledged the fact the food had been sitting in a box for 45 minutes. I wanted to walk out, but my daughter was starving and the previous manager had order the food to be remade. After his disregard for our time and lack of service he never returned to see how our experience turned out or ask if there was anything to do to make our dining experience better. I was amazed when the check arrived and we paid for our entire meal. Nothing was complimentary, a dessert wasn't offered, a gift card towards a future purchase, nor an apology. I have never received such horrible service. I saw him standing at the front on our way out and got in a heated debate with him while he looked/smiledat me very condescendingly. Never did he apologize for the lack of service or professionalism. I will never return!! read more

on dec 16 visited this loc with a good friend a elderly disabled vet, this was her very first visit to any Chili's. We were treated with the worst disrespect service. I was mortified with the lack of service, the greasy food. Complained to corporate & they had nerve send out two $10 gift cards. I sent them back in the mail with there hope you enjoy the meal letter & wrote on the letter that it was disrespectful and they can keep the gift cards. I've personally patronized the Lawrenceville Suwanee Rd for years and never had a problem, We just happened be in the Loganville area at that time. Walked in, asked for a table for 2 was told 15 minutes, there was 1 couple ahead of us. Then several parties of 2 and 3 came in and all were seated before my wife and I. Finally I told my wife if they sit one more before us we are leaving. and that is exactly what happened. The couple they called knew we had been there a while, he even said you were here before us, I told him that that was kind of him, but I was not going to eat there. If the hosting is any indication of the service, it is very poor. needless to say we will NOT be going back to that location read more

I actually never do reviews but I've never experience a customer service worse then this one. I called to place a order was placed on hold for five minutes. Hung up called back was placed back on hold after two minutes my order was taken I was told a 15 min wait time. I arrived 25 mins later. There were two parties waiting in the to go area but their orders were already placed they were just waiting for there order. There was a to go order bagged and ready in front of me. I waited almost 10 mins before I was greeted and I had to ask another waiter to get the to go person. She came to the counter asked my name and the name of the other person behind me. She left back to the back for another 5 mins calling for a to go order to the kitchen staff. In my head she's getting my order and they guy behind me. NOO after those five mins she comes and gives me the food THATS BEEN SITTING ON THE COUNTER BAGGED AND READY FOR THE LAST 15 MINS. I asked why did I just wait 15 mins for the food that was ALREADY PREPARED. She caught a attitude as if I was wrong for being upset. I absolutely hate bad customer service. read more

I've always loved Chilis and have visited many locations but this one is in my top 5 locations to visit. We were told to sit where we wanted when we first arrived, the hostess was sweet but very quick to jump into turning us away to a table. I decided to go the lunch combos special that they had with an appetizer. I've had their Cheddar Bites before but these were amazing, cooked perfectly, seasoned well and not a bit oily. With my lunch combo I received a house salad which was pretty good for a salad, also very fresh. Most servers like to bring your food even when your still eating your sides but ours was evenly spaced out which made the experience more enjoyable. For my main course I ordered the Smoked Chicken Burrito with fries, I usually don't eat Mexican food but it sounded good. For 7$ it was a lot bigger than i expected which was awesome since most places try to cut down the orders when it's a special. The burrito itself was good but it was way too spicy for me, it was overloaded with spice. All and all I would visit this place again and recommend it to my friends and family. My one negative comment would be that the staff was very dry of personality and very quick to turn away from customers, almost as if they were nervous or had better things to do. read more
