This year, my fiancée and I have gone to this Chili's restaurant about 5-7 times and have only had one bad experience. We ordered the 2 for $20 deal and the server forgot to enter in our appetizer without tomatoes; as we requested. When he brought the appetizer to our table, we notified him of the error and he said he'll have the kitchen remake it and will be out shortly. It took forever! By the time our corrected appetizer arrived, we had already finished our main entrees and our second round of drinks. He was very apologetic and gave us a 10% discount on our check.  On our most recent visit, we decided to sit in the bar area. Now normally, I don't like to sitting in bar because the servers tend to be inattentive with their tables. But on this night, we had once of the best servers ever! He greeted us once we sat down, got our drink order and dinner order, and had our chips and queso out on our table in no time. He always made sure our drinks were always full and made multiple trips throughout our meal to check up. One of the best experiences I've had at any restaurant. It's really a shame when you come in, sit at the mostly bar and then wait 5 minutes without a nod or "I will be right with you". My daughter and I went to the Chilies in Lone Tree. Both of us decided to eat at Chilies. We were sat at a table after they forgot we were there. The people after us were sat close by us. My daughter and I sat there roughly 15 minutes with no contact with a server. The people that were seated after us had contact and drinks on there way and on table shortly after. We had still no contact and then finally around 20 minutes of we were approached by a guy that said he would return for our order. He never returned as we watched him bring others meal and stood at the table talking to the customers. I was on a time restraint for 1 hour. I have eaten at Chili's before this without any issues. I will never return to any chili's in my life. read more

Worst ..Worst.. Ordered Togo.. Got Santa fe Ranch Chicken Salad.. Had a "COCKROACH" in it.. Called the location manager, not a satisfying apology for sure.. Was offered coupon or asked me to drive back and get a another one.. Are u serious? i was only refunded (when i asked ) for that one dish as well, not that i was expecting for other dish refund, but as a customer service when you provide food with "INSECTS" ???? The servers are always nice....food is ok! If you are looking for a good margarita go somewhere else. They measure everything so cheap it's ridiculous. Expensive margarita and what you get is a ton of ice and a splash of liquor. Plenty of other places that are willing to bring you what you pay for!! read more

Came here for lunch a couple of weeks ago with my boss on our way back from Colo. Springs. The service was great, considering it was the lunch rush. Our waiter was attentive and never left our drinks empty. Food came out quiclky and hot (which is a plus. I have been to some where you could tell that the food had been sitting around for a while before it was brought to the table). One of the better chain restaurants around as far as food and service in concerned IMO. read more

Little concerned regarding service. We ordered Chili's take out on 2/29/2020 from the Lonetree, CO location. Got home and one of the entrees was missing. We made due, mistakes happen. I received a survey via text and mentioned this mixup, but again, not the end of the world. We called the same Chili's to order again on 3/2/2020, explained what happened on the 29th hoping they would just comp an entree. The gentleman who answered ( he refused to give his name) states "why didn't you call the same day"? Fair question, but, we have a receipt that shows each entree highlighted that was accounted for. The missing entree did not have the highlight, thus making it pretty clear the mistake occurred. The gentleman who fielded our call ultimately told us to F off and threatened to call the police. YIKES! Again, mistakes happen, the entree was missed. But this guys response to trying to make the situation right was wild. Needless to say, perhaps this Chili's, with this particular staff isn't a good suggestion for a place to visit. read more

This Chili's stands out for me, as the staff has provided exemplary service time and again. My girl and I enjoy the two-for-twenty menu, as the portions usually mean a couple meals for each of us. It's a consistently nice experience. read more

I ate there with my daughter about a month ago. Never again. The drinks never did make it to our table. After about 20 minutes I noticed they were just sitting and melting at the bar so I went and got them myself. Also, we were in a time crunch and the place was empty so should have been a quick in and out, right? Nope, food took 30 mins to get to us, I ate a little and took the rest home. Then a few hours later became extremely sick. After vomiting a couple of times during the night, I finally felt well enough to go to the refrigerator and throw my leftovers away. I've eaten at many Chilis and this was by far the absolute worst experience ever. I know the food and drinks are not the best but usually the service makes up for that. Well, after getting food poisoning from this Chili's, it is a safe best to say that we will NEVER return. Other than dinner at this Chili's I only had a bowl of cereal to eat on the day in question....so there is no doubt that that the bad meal was from this Chili's. The family stopped into this Chili's on Monday after a high school golf tournament and were pleasantly surprised with the food and service. Our waitress, didn't get her name but she wore braces, was pleasant and perky. Answered all questions we had regarding the special lunch menu offered. The food came very fast and we each enjoyed what we ordered. When the bill came, we were astounded that 5 adults ate for around $40! Can't get the quality, variety and price any cheaper at a drive thru. We will definitely be back! read more

Lunchtime with the family. My 3 year old boy orders chicken strips off the kids menu. Problem is that when they came out, they were RAW inside. Raw chicken...not the best way to enjoy your lunch. Disappointed; especially since this was a kids menu order. read more

They have HORRIBLE service. Our waitress, Nikola, was slow and not at all attentive. She didn't check up on us AT ALL and when my steak was undercooked, she took it off my plate and back into the kitchen to recook. Totally unsanitary and gross. read more

Your commercials say "Chili's is back, baby back"..... Well, I got news for you. The Chili's of yore is so much better than the Chili's of today. I ordered the half rack of baby back ribs with a house salad instead of fries and cole slaw. The salad was room temperature, limp and tasted stale. It should be cold and crisp, served in a chilled bowl/plate. Even the salad dressing was room temperature. The pitiful 1/2 slab of ribs was, well, pitiful. Served alone on the standard plate it looked even more pitiful. And they had insufficient sauce. The same can be said of my daughter's Chicken Crispers. Insufficient sauce. Our waiter, though cordial and efficient, missed asking us if we wanted our salads with our meal or before. We would have preferred before but got them with our meal. This resulted in an extremely crowded table and allowed our entrees to get cold while we ate the salads to make room on the table. My son had an extremely overpriced beer - $6.39. Outrageous for a Flat Tire. We will not be back to Chili's for some time as this is the second go around where the food was subpar. read more

One of my favorites. I love their "2 can dine menus". The only thing that i dont like is their tablets. Its easy for kids to purchase games and you dont know until the bill comes.. should be a way to block this or waiters to let us know before letting them play on it.. but still a favorite. read more

Needed a break from cooking dinner and took my family to a restaurant. Ended up with a sick child. My three year old got food poisoning from corn on the cob here. Seriously, corn on the cob...He was the only one who had corn and was throwing it up throughout the night. This Chili's needs to get taught quality control... never coming back. read more

I know it is Chili's and the food is good and consistent in my experience. My rating is more for service after the meal, my company's heavy e-mail filter sent the receipt into nowheresville. I went here for my 62nd birthday. While the waitress was attentive, she was also too busy. Staff seemed stretched. Food was presented well but overly salty. We ordered dessert via the table technology, but the dessert brownie seemed a bit too chewy on the bottom--and then I realized it had baked parchment paper on the bottom! Our last visit was awful in terms of food. I usually order the Carribean salad with shrimp. What the server brought out to the table looked like someone else's half eaten salad. It was about half of what should normally be in the bowl, was drenched in dressing and the lettuce was limp, was missing the tortilla strips, had three huge pineapple wedges that were cut from the core so really tough, and the shrimp was under cooked. i love chili's... but this one is bad.... very bad..... i got a to go order and the burger order had almost no frys.... maybe 1/2 of a normal order. they forgot the chips and salsa. i went back about a week latter for another dinner and told the manager. thinking she would throw in some chips and salsa (cheap) all she said was the staff is new and it does not show up on the ticket. i got home. they gave me a black bean burger...... i did not order this.... my wifes order has tomato's.... asked for none. so we called. they said that they would send out gift cards.... never did... i called and they said they were sent........ sorry chili's. you have lost a customer. read more

On a previous visit to chillis park meadows an issue in the restaurant happened that ended having to go to the regional manager but after he promptly called he was very professional and actually listened to the issue. Made the situation right and will definitely return to chillis again. read more
