Since it is our first time, she passed it on to the kitchen manager kyndell, who kindly brought us the palmetto chicken sliders. They were savory and sweet and amazing! The Bri appetizer was delicious as well, with crunchy bread to serve with. On to the lunch : both got the smash burgers, sweet potato fries, and regular fries. Regular fries were seasoned to perfection, and crunchy. Sweet potato fries were waffle and dusted with a little sugar. Both were great! Burger was crispy and you can tell it was a quality meat. House sauce was good as well! Dessert: we got the bacon wrapped dates which was the star of the show. Such a creative concept, came with goat cheese and honey! She tells me the sauce had a nice flavor but the chicken really had no flavor. Certainly not a Blackened flavor you would expect. The chicken itself was good and tender. As for me I had Shrimp and Grits. It also was good. It had onions and peppers in it and again the flavor of the onions and peppers just want there. Who knows. We also had the Brick Oven Brie. There was a really nice amount of Brie. So much that the toasted bread ran out way before the Brie. So as I said this was a good place and meal despite my small hits in this review. We sat at the bar and the bartenders were very friendly and attentive even though the bar was full. I didn't go back into the back room but was told there is corn hole and line dancing. There is also an outside bar and patio that quite a few were enjoying despite the awful humidity from the rain that day. The bathrooms were fairly clean. Not the best but useable and well stocked.
