Pulled up to Chili's at 12:45. There was no wait, and I ordered a water with lemon. The water was adequate and refreshing after Mass. Our party of six, including myself, ordered at 1:00. I had the "3 for Me" Smash Burger, which comes with a burger, fries, salad, and a drink. I was excited to have a Sprite, but they were out of it. I then asked for a lemonade, as I don't like any other soda, but they were out of that too. I had to settle for a fruit punch, which I took one sip of and couldn't drink. I was severely disappointed with the lack of drink options on a Sunday afternoon. To make matters worse, the waiter passed out drinks with his hands on the rim of the glasses, which is both gross and unprofessional. Unfortunately, the inadequate service didn't stop there. I received my side salad about 15 minutes after ordering, but we didn't receive any updates on the rest of our food until we went up front to ask about it. Our waiter was not managing expectations well. It's not a big restaurant and it wasn't packed. Forty-five minutes after we placed our order, we were ready to leave. The food finally came out at 1:56, and while the fries were warm, the burgers were room temperature. We sent one back but ate the others. I was so hungry I forgot to take a picture of my food. The burger was just okay. It was not worth the wait at all. To top it off, a bug was flying near our food while we were trying to eat. The food was affordable, but I will not be returning anytime soon. Overall, the experience was pretty bad. My cousin was late to work because the food took so long. Anna was the server/cashier working the take walkin / takeout area. Definitely she was swamped. I ordered an Oldtimer w/Cheese cooked Medium. Imagine to my surprise when I returned home this burger was well done. I specifically wanted medium after she said "well done, no pink". I stated no Medium please. I called back up there to speak with the on duty manager but I was on hold for over ten minutes and decided to send you an email instead. I can only imagine what a Friday evening at your establishment must be like. I am not making this up, call yourself and ask to speak to the manager on Duty or better yet be an undercover owner visiting your own establishment to gather information with your own eyes. Looking at all the other reviews I would honestly suggest you address some of the restaurant short coming. The food was fine, only had appetizers. With that said, the service was terrible. Did I say I had appetizers? Yes, we ordered two appetizers. They took 45 minutes to arrive at the table, regardless of how many times I asked could you please check on my food? No drink drinks were refilled. No apologies and barely saw the waitress. Having been a waitress once myself I rarely don't leave a tip, but today I left one percent and filled out the survey letting them know how bad the service was I will not return. Last time I was at this chilis, it was abysmal and I legit thought that mobile was on its path to losing its only chilis. Granted I went months ago. So after giving it some time I finally decided to try it again. Very different experience this time, servers were attentive and friendly, food was quick and spot on. Tried Chili's today after many years but was sadly disappointed. Food was average at best. The chicken crispers were not flavorful or seasoned enough. Reminded me of Church's chicken tenders but worse. The sliders type burgers were the only thing enjoyable. Nashville hot mozzarella sticks were disgusting. They were out of the southwest egg rolls. For starters we come in and have to wait about 30 minutes for drink ORDERS not the drinks themselves we had to wait so long for drink orders we ordered our food along with them which we then waited and HOUR for and it arrived cold. We went last night at 9pm. Savannah waited on us and she was super sweet and attentive. Both me and my husband had the 3 for dinner option with the Old timer cheese burger. My daughter had the crispy chicken sandwich. All three came out very hot, flavorful and the fries were crispy, well seasoned and fresh. We were very pleased. If you come make sure you're prepared to camp out overnight at your table. Overall service here stinks. They seat you, then you wait for at least another 25-30 minutes before they start to take your order. Then you order drinks they take about 10 minutes. You put in your food order after they come back again. Then you wait, close to 45 minutes on your food. Guess they needed to end the life of what you ordered, first. They finally bring out the food only to tell you the delay was because of the fries. Ok, no problem. By this time, you want to eat and get out. You ask for a refill on your drink they bring you a too go cup. Couldn't you just pour the drink in the same cup I was using? I can't finish the food, something tastes off about it. I try to power through, but, no luck. You push the food away, obviously done. Your waitress walks by you about 3 more times, looks and keeps moving. Finally I asked for a box and check. (Not her fault she was very busy) she had to send orders back that the kitchen messed up, with others. ( again not her fault). Chilis just needs to reinvest in the basis of customer service. Just don't go, food is mid at best, way too expensive for the quality we received, our server didn't bring us napkins, or silverware, we had to ask twice. Another sever and a cook were yelling at each other through out the restaurant. Three girls who worked there were playing in booth behind us, very disruptive and unprofessional. man this place really deserves the full five stars, what can I say. my husband and I sat at the chilis bar tonight to enjoy our margaritas and baby back ribs.. I will say the chicken tenders where the best item we had. however, while we were dining we noticed not one, two, or three, but FOUR other interracial couples, just like us, sitting at the bar. it was everyone at the bar! that part was amazing! this is an establishment that truly accepts diversity. needless to say, we will be returning. read more

I know it was graduation day, but the service was absolutely terrible. I usually leave a tip, but this experience was not worthy of even paying for the food. First of all, I barely even got my food after waiting for an hour, FOR APPETIZERS. I received my meal around 20-25 minutes after that, and when I took out the utensils, there were stains on both of the knives that we were given when we first sat at the table. I asked the server for plastic utensils and she told me "okay" and ran off. We ordered cheese fries and we waited 30 minutes for them to come out, with the cheese burnt on them. We all ordered chicken with a mac & cheese and fries. We waited an hour and a half for our food to come out. However the waiter did tell us fried food would take longer, But our fries didn't even come out with our meal. it was TERRIBLE. A friend warned me but pretty easy to please so I thought it would be fine. I was wrong! We had 6 people and we asked to sit at a vacant clean booth so we would have room. we was told no. we was crammed into a small table and we hung out in isle a little bit. and they asked us to get out of the isle but there was no room. my salad didn't have the guacamole and I requested some dressing and by the time the waitress got back with it everyone had finished eating. we had to keep asking for water and out drinks stayed empty. the chips had hair in them. the food took over and hour so get to the table. I went on a Sunday afternoon so it was very busy with a wait for bigger parties. I walked in and immediately got a table. My server had multiple tables but she was very attentive and friendly! Placed an online order on 10/26/2024, received an email that the order would be ready for pick up between 3:58 and 4:03. I arrived around 3:45 and gave the lady at the register my name. She told me that the sirloin wasn't ready. Fine. Several other patrons entered the pick up area. And eventually, the young lady came and acknowledged them and told them their orders were being prepared. 1 by 1, she brought out their orders. 4:15, still standing there waiting. A second group of patrons came in, and again, the young lady began bringing their orders out to them. At about 4:20, I got the young ladies attention and told her to cancel my order, before she turning and walking away she asked what's your name again. She came back about 3 to 4 minutes later, and said here is your order. I said no, just cancel my order and issue me a refund. She turned and walked away, came back again about 3-4 minutes and said, we can't issue you a refund because you placed an online order and that I would have to wait until Monday for Corporate. I responded, give me a receipt or something that says I am being issued a refund. She handed me the receipt of my original order. I said this doesn't say anything about a refund or that I did not receive the order. She said well you can come back Monday to which I responded and who is going to recognize me Monday without proof that I didn't receive the order. I then went to the bar and asked for the manager, who came out and tried to explain to me that my receipt said that there was zero balance due so that was my proof that I would receive a refund. I said no, this receipt shows where my order was $15.99 plus the tax and a $2.88 gratuity. The receipt shows that I paid and there was no balance due. He again pointed to the bottom of the receipt and said no it shows where you don't have a balance due. I then asked that he sign the receipt and write void on it. After which, the young lady said here is a receipt that shows where you will be refunded. I said this is what I have been asking for, and y'all tried to convince me that it said that on the original receipt. Bottom line, I am very disappointed and will never patronize this restaurant again. I know one monkey doesn't stop a show, but word of mouth can spread like a wild fire. read more

Absolutely terrible! 1/7/2024 5:45pm-7:30pm. We ordered an appetizer the skillet queso . My daughter ordered a Burger with fries, my husband ordered chicken strips with fries and I ordered a quesadilla salad. After waiting about 30 minutes the Waitress explained that all we were waiting for was the salad 20 minutes later the food comes out. The bun on the burger was soggy because it sat waiting, the chicken and fries were cold(this was replaced with hot and was good the second time). After taking a few bites of the salad I realized it was missing the corn salsa and the tortilla strips making it a regular boring chicken salad (iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and chicken). The chicken on the salad was like the thin precooked frozen stuff at the grocery store. After asking for a menu to see exactly what was missing from my salad (the waitress Jessica was very irritated by this request) I realized that we did not get the salsa that comes with the Skillet Queso either. We spoke with the manager explaining all of this, showed her what was missing from the uneaten salad and she gave us a whopping 10% off. We then went home to find me some dinner. read more

Came in for a bite... son loves the crisper! I ordered the explosion salad no chicken add shrimp, the cheese quesadilla was so old like it had been in the windows since 12pm and it like 8pm. Called for manager and he came out saying it's was just cheese. But said he will take it off my check. I think he was the one that's sent it out. Son ordered the chicken crispers fries and corn. My hubby ordered shrimp tacos and street corn! Everything was subpar nothing much.... Hmmmmmm not the best experience. This used to be our go to restaurant but it's had some ups and downs the past few years. I would apply that to the whole chain because I used to stop at these when out of town as well. I would say that in the past two years it's been 75% bad experiences. This afternoon my wife and I met for a late lunch and were the only customers for most of the time. They seated us next to a table with trash still piled on it. The chips and salsa weren't good. The chips had too much salt on them to eat and were mostly crushed. There was more salsa on the outside of the bowl than inside. The waitress just sat talking with the other staff in one of the empty sections. Didn't seem like anything to do with being short handed. I'm only giving it two stars because the entree was okay. read more
