The white queso dip alone gets five stars. Mmmm! Jillian was a wonderful server. Checked on us frequently. I got the Santa Fe black bean burger which is a hefty serving with spicy jalapeños and guacamole, plus gooey pepper Jack cheese. YUMM Brother got a bowl of chili. Mom got the hamburger lunch special for $10.99. The portions are very large. The queso is so good we would come back just for that. Total bill $40.67 for three people for lunch. This was your typical Chili's experience. I was sat right away and the staff was friendly, it wasn't too busy so they were quick with my food. I got the mozzarella sticks, cheeseburger, and a strawberry lemonade. All of it was okay, which is what you expect from Chili's. Went from my favorite place to a place I will never return to another location. First off in the ridiculousness Chilis doesn't sell chili anymore. I go there for that or there loaded fries. Instead I was told no chili and after I checked none of the locations sell it. So why are you called chilis? At asking why they don't my server became visibly annoyed. We then ordered two ordered of the loaded fries. Luckily for the restaurant cause I wouldn't of paid for this trash. But we took most of it to go before we found the giant tuff of hair in the cheese of my friends fries. Too late to correct it nor do I want to return. I've had many problems with the lazy servers on multiple occasions and the hair so obviously being in the food after the server acted annoyed is the last straw. Do not recommend. Walked in on a busy Saturday night near ever table was full. We got seated right away and a server took our drink and apps order then promptly brought them out. The team work was awesome a Manager assisted in bringing out the drinks and apps. We placed our order and the food came and was delivered faster then I expected with the volume of customers in the restaurant. I was then super pleasantly surprised to find all the food was well prepared and hot. The food runner asked to have my wife cut her steak to ensure it was cooked to her liking and it was (well done). The mashed potatoes I ordered were perfect hot and yummy great compliment to the chicken sandwich I had. Overall great experience it was more than I could have asked for on such a busy night. Can't tell you anything about the food. Called at 10:10pm on a Friday night and asked if I can order a carry-out. The woman told me they stopped carry-out service at 10pm. I said your website says your open till 11pm. Called back at 10:32pm (maybe I could get another person). Same woman again. I asked to order something to go. I understand covid has taken a toll on restaurants but if you're still allowing pick up orders, the quality of food should be no different. We did the 2 for $25 and the sirloin was a tiny charred block, the loaded mashed potatoes were a weird grayish tan/orangey gluey mess, the skillet cookie was as hard as a rock like it had been sitting out for a few days and the ice cream was room temperature soup. I've never had an issue at this location before but the meal today was extremely unimpressive. read more

Upon arriving there were two ladies and a kid that entered the restaurant directly in front of myself and my party. But we walked in at the same exact time. The host a young caucasion lady went directly to the other party immediately and asked were they first, as she was all nice and welcoming to this party, she seated them immediately. You guessed it, they were Caucasian decent. Then she came back to myself and my party of 1 and I asked to be seated for a party of two. Immediately she said wait let me go check and talk to the server real quick before i seat you. Which made us feel very uncomfortable as tho they did not want to serve us. We decides to leave and take our services elsewhere because if we're being treated like this at the door we know exactly what the rest of our experience was going to be like. Upon leaving others were entering and you guessed it they were Caucasians, seated without question. I say all of this to say I'm not a person that throws the race card around but if it acts like a duck and quacks like a duck then it's a duck AFLAC. I am traveling with my brother whom is a professional driver for two weeks doing some investigating on businesses to see how truckers are treated on the road as I work for the Better Business Bureau and I will be following up with the manager on tomorrow. Truckers are the first set of people businesses should be honored to host in their restaurants all across this country because without them your businesses wouldn't prosper and two you never know who is investigating your establishment. We had a horrible experience here. The staff was very rude and incompetent. Starting from the hostess who disappeared for a good 20 min then came back and had absolutely know idea how to sit people. She Was taking people who just walked in before the people who were waiting forever. After people told her others were waiting longer she still proceeded to take the ones who just walked in. Then the person I think was our waitress, not really sure because she came took our order brought our drinks and then never saw again. Then girl who brought our food out, I had told her I didn't get my ranch and asked for a refill. She said okay and then rolled her eyes and walked away. Needless to say she never brought it. After waiting for a long time I flagged another girl down and asked. She said okay but then never came back. Finally I saw the manager walk by and asked him. He finally brought it. We always have good cheerful service at Chile's and we go about once a month. Most of the things we order are tasty. When they first started making the beef enchilada I thought we at last had a good 'ole Tex-Mex enchilada like we had in Texas. I regret to say that last time it was dry as if it had been sitting under warmers for too long. But the salads are almost always fresh, the baked potato soup is delish, and the steaks are wonderful. The ribs are tender and yummy too. The servings are big enough to split, which is really nice. It's one of our favorite places to eat out. read more

Our waiter was friendly and helpful and the restaurant was fairly clean; however, the table and wall around our booth need to be cleaned on a regular basis. It was not. The menus, ketchup, salt, and pepper need to be cleaned after EVERY meal. We went for an early supper so we did not have to wait long to be seated and served. Ordered a half rack of ribs tonight. Waiter brought out the order and it was only a quarter of a rack! A pig has 16 ribs. A half rack of ribs is 8 ribs everywhere else but Chili's. Chili's half rack is 4 ribs. I looked at the menu after I was served and the description on the menu says Full Order and Half Order. Pretty deceptive. read more

You would think that after a few years of bad reviews a company might take notice and clean house. Not so with this very unmanaged Chili's. I walked in just before 9pm on Sunday to the entire bar in chambels. As in every seat was empty but the remnants of their food and drinks were still there. Only two patrons sitting at the bar that hadn't been served yet and no sign of a bartender. A few minutes later here he comes. He served all three of us fairly quick. My order was prompt. It's hard to screw up Wings, but I'm not impressed. Bbq sauce was just gobbed on. There was a lot of cleaning to do at the bar but no one seemed to want to help do it. I noticed lots of kitchen and wait staff walking and standing around doing nothing. Then the bartender takes one of the waitresses and goes out for a smoke break?? THE BAR COUNTER IS STILL DIRTY!!!! The two of them could have cleared it all in less than 5 minutes before their smoke break. Chili's I suggest you get a competent manager in here ASAP!!!
