Needed to order some takeout my wife was out of town. Just too tired to cook. Decided I needed a Big Burger. Call Chili's in Morristown. They told me when the food would be ready for curbside. Pulled up to the curbside parking. Within a minute a sweet lady came to my truck and asked me if I was Larry. She went and got my food. She was a new employee and was absolutely pleasant, sweet and kind. Drove home15 minute away. I ordered a old fashion burger with Chili's Fries. The food was awesome and still hot. Love the food and prices. Chillis is a busy place sometimes food get mixed up but it is workable.

I decided to invite my family to eat since we've never really eaten at a Chili's before. The wait time wasn't too bad thankfully, it was only 15 minutes and we got our seats. Now the food wait time was where my parents got annoyed. 25 minutes on appetizers and then another 25 for our orders only for them to give my brother the wrong burger. Then it took another 25 to replace it with the correct burger. Now the food was excellent, we absolutely loved the cheese fries with peppers and our food tasted amazing but they seriously needed to work on their time. read more

Matt was an awesome server very likable and attentive. Chips and salsa/guacamole are perfect. El Niño Margaritas are strong and tasty made to perfection by the fabulous bartender Alexis. We ordered Chicken Mushroom Jack fajitas, ribs, and the triple dipper. Everything was super tasty. Great food. Amazing service. Fun atmosphere. All the staff was walking around singing and smiling like they were truly happy to be there! Just wish the restaurant was a bit bigger to hold more people and decrease wait times. read more

Great food and great service! We came at lunch time on a Friday. Even though they were very busy, we got our food quickly!

Food was good, service was great. I sat at the bar, the bartender was attentive and made suggestions that were appropriate. Being that Morristown is a smaller town, I would say this is going to become a hang out spot for locals. Chili's is my favorite restaurant. The staff is always so friendly. I love the app and the rewards. We always get something for free!

Their food is good but the wait wasn't, we had my grand baby with us and because of the baby we were left out to wait for almost an hour.

Service was horrible. I checked in on the waitlist and walked to the host stand to be seated when the app said my table was ready, I told the host that we were there and the app said our table was ready. He told me to give him just a moment and I would be seated so I stepped to the side. 10 minutes later he had seated 4 other parties before me that had arrived after me. I decided to stop him and ask what was taking so long for our table and he informed me that I should have told him to seat me again for the second time. We finally got to our table. The waitress came and ask our drinks. About 20 minutes later another waitress came out and ask us what our drinks were because the other waitress forgot what we wanted. We get our drinks and order our food sometime later. We sat for approximately 45 waiting for our food. The waitress then comes out and ask us again what our food order was. She says ok and heads to the kitchen. She comes back to our table and states that they have messed our order up and that is should only be 5 minutes until our food arrives. Another 20 minutes go by and we finally received our food which was cold. She did not charge us for our drinks which I appreciated. I won't be returning anytime soon. read more

3/17 11:30 am we arrived and ordered within 5 minutes. 50 minutes later our food arrives. My salad was warm and wilted. The rest of the party's food was nearly cold. We were hungry and could not wait another hour to get replacement food. I know that they are still working out the kinks, but I'm not going back anytime soon. read more

This was my fourth visit to chilis and was by far the worst experience we have had. The first time we went everything was fine. Food and service were good. It's been a downward spiral since. Most recently the food was not good generally speaking. Had chips and salsa and half the chips were clumped together and the rest you could bend and they didn't break from being soggy. We each had steak and they were cooked properly and tasty. The sides were not. The chicken enchilada soup was too salty to eat, the broccoli was mushy and the mashed potatoes barely warm. So $50 later we left very disappointed and unlikely to return any time soon. One other thing during happy hour beer is 2/1 so they bring both at the same time so the second beer is warm by the time it's ready to be drank. Bring them one at a time! read more

Wanting to help business during this time I decided to get a bacon cheeseburger and fries for dinner yesterday April 14th. at the Morristown restaurant. I picked up my order and drove home and opened my box to a burnt burger. I had ordered it pink. I also paid 15,00 for this burger with the tip. I called the store to explain and they ask me to return. When I returned they took back the burger and stated the same thing had happen to them at lunch that day. I waited a FEW more minutes and the employee apologized and brought me a fresh burger and chips with salsa for my trouble. I returned home and this time the burger was even more black than the last and the fries were cold!!! You would think that someone would have checked that reorder before bringing it to me. I will not get ANYTHING from this place until reopens and I can speak directly with a manager. I do not eat cold salsa and chips!! read more

Do not eat Chili's Morristown! It was just me and Julian. When we got there we had to wait 15 minutes. No big deal. But while we were waiting there were at least 4 booths open. Whatever. Ok we finally got seated. After 15 minutes, I knew what we were gonna get. The waitress finally comes. I told her we were ready order. We ordered. Another 15-20 minutes went by, and she still hadn't brought us our drinks. I pulled a waitress and asked if she could get our drinks. She did pronto. After another 20 minutes I saw the little blonde (our waitress) come around the corner with our drinks. She saw we already had our drinks. She then tried to go back In the back, but she realized I saw her so she brought us our drinks. She didn't mention it. Our food came out pretty quickly. My steak literally was smothered in butter and garlic sauce. I think that's the way it is. But it was way to much for me! She asked did we need anything else. I said, "Yes. Can you bring me some Worcestershire sauce, and some napkins?" The napkins came after we were done eating, and the Worcestershire sauce never came. By this time I was done and ready to go! She never comes back. I paid, and asked another waitress to bring me a to go cup, and a box. She did pronto. The girl finally came while I was getting Julian out of the booster seat, and she had the nerve to ask me did I need any Worcestershire sauce! ‍ Um no mam! All she said was she hopes to see us again. I just said mmhmm and left. Now listen, I am not one of the complaining types! Especially with service workers or fast food workers. I think they are the most mistreated people in the world! But this was ridiculous! Texas Roadhouse is where it's at! I just wish they opened before 4! Never again! read more

Food was AMAZING and FRESH!!!! The wait staff was incredible. Had fresh refills on drinks as soon as we got half way done with a drink. They made sure we never ran out. We have been to this location multiple times. Usually it is great. However, this time I was severely disappointed. My friend, myself, and my fiancé went to have dinner. We sat down and our waitress was already less than kind. As we had our food, another person, presumable the manager, comes over and asks if we had a flask we were pouring in our drinks. We all had water and my friend had a beer. We were very confused as we didn't have a flask nor would we do that. The manager didn't apologize for this either. As we continued our meal, the host was going to seat another couple and we heard our waitress repeatedly say "no" to her male coworker about them seated in her section. This was a very disappointing visit and hopefully we will have a better visit in the future if we come back. read more

Terrible service! We were there for 3 hours. We got no refills and we got our food before our salads. Then 2 people in our party they " lost" there food so we had to wait for them to make a new meal and they figured that out after we all got done eating. So they wanted to take off our chips and salsa which we had a free coupon for. They said they wouldn't use it but it went out today. It was terrible never going back ever!! read more

What an embarrassing shame of lack of customer service. Bryce absolutely should not work in the service industry or with the public in general. After waiting more than an hour to be served, and an absence of Bryce to even check on our table - he had the audacity to meet our question of why it was taking as long as it was with CUSSING at our table with CHILDREN right in front of him! To say the least, we are appalled by his response. What an inappropriate and undeserved show of behavior! After asking to speak with a manager (who never came to address the situation), another employee came to attempt to empathize for Bryce's behavior. There is no excuse for his behavior, he is unprofessional and should be relieved of his position immediately. Bryce even went on to blatantly mock us to other customers. We will definitely be sharing this poor experience with all our friends and family, and warn them of the horrible service they can expect to receive if considering to dine at this location. If I could leave a ZERO star review, I would, because it is deserved. read more
