Service at bar is too slow- No bartender when I walked in- 3 people came out of back but no-one greeted me. Waited 7 minutes for someone to ask me if I wanted a drink. Its 12:15pm on a Friday afternoon & only 3 tables in bar & 7 in dining room- could it be others realize they wont get prompt friendly service? O'Charleys next door is packed...salad was a disappointment. I have had it a 3 different locations & this was the worst. Chicken was old,& dry(don't think it was cooked to order) the sliver of avocado was dismal at best- even the corn salsa tasted old & mushy. Left 3/4 of salad. Twenty-five minutes for appetizers is unacceptable. We were greeted promptly (which was a welcome change for this Chili's). Our friendly waitress came to the able right away and took the drink order. When she brought the beverages we ordered appetizers. We were making a meal out the Triple Dipper Combo. After 20 minutes our waitress asked if she could bring us anything. "Our food would be nice." Another five minutes and she brought us the appetizers... which had clearly been sitting for a while because they were lukewarm. We've had bad service at this Chili's before. First of all if I could I would say 0 stars! We walk in and the girl tried to seat us at a dirty booth twice. Then I order a Sprite which was not a Sprite and I know thw difference. Next my date food was looking like the sausage from yesterday which was burnt and reheated. Food wasn't fresh at all. I have been coming here for a few years now. However, I came today & my server's name was JMiyah (I told her to write her name down because I was going to write a review about her & I loved the way she spells it). She was AMAZING! She kept a smile on her face, I NEVER had to ask for a refill, she made sure we were ok, & was very fast with getting everything out to us. She was also very welcoming & had a great personality. Definitely the best server I've had in a long time & my tip showed that! The food was great also, which was surprising. For anyone reading this, ask for Miyah to be your server. The food was lowzy. The bartender didn't know his job yet (new) but had good personality. I told him we don't do the machine check out and he said we'd figure it out. We tried and tried and the screen wasn't working. He said "just keep pushing the button". We did and it didn't work. We got clear to the end and it canceled and said ask your server for assistance. The chicken crispers were full of oil, I had to come home and pat the them down then put in the oven to get crispy. I have been to a lot of greasy nasty restaurants but this chili's takes the cake. I don't think they have ever cleaned the floors throughout the entire place. The restroom was worse than most gas station bathrooms the service was not particularly bad but she did not know what was wrong with our tabletop card machine or the other four she went to get. Probably the worst Chili's I've ever been to. The hostess was a sweetheart and chatted with my three year old nephew, but that's about where the positives ended. We were seated at not one, but two dirty tables before they finally seated us at one that was suitable for eating. The server was absent most of our meal, refilling drinks and removing empty plates only once in an hour and a half (with a near empty restaurant). The food was good, but you can't really mess up pre-made items that only require warming. Our final table was underneath the air vents on an evening that the weather was mid-30s...their air conditioning was on!! The place was overly dark, as if they were not replacing light bulbs in order to conserve electricity. Chili's has those new tableside pay screens. We had our tabs delivered and provided the server with our cards only for her to use these as the register...........if we wanted to use those, we would have. Why is it that no other location does that when given cards? If we hand them to you, we expect you to leave and come back, not use technology that the older members of our group don't trust. Plus, it's tacky, using a device that is meant for your patrons. Overall, the food was good but the service and cleanliness were severely lacking. Do not recommend. read more

Slow service. Saw a bartender pour a beer in a reused glass and let the novel of the tap get into the beer in the cup. Cash register drawer will not close and lock. The blonde headed bar tender left the bar multiple times with the drawer open. She also dropped the shot glass on the floor and reused it without washing. They've had a real bad rap before zero but, I can tell you that if you've got Ms. Adrian or Ms. Hawaii (so I call her) you're going to have good service. We had a special order of queso chips with no salt and was willing to wait but they came out quick anyway. Wow; that never happens. Ms. Lexie makes one of the best margaritas in town! We ate with our fingers cause we had no silverware and our waiter came by like twice and never again after bringing our food. His pants were falling off. Looks like it's remained this way! RAW FOOD AND ANTS!!! Awfulllll!!!! I arrived at 6:40pm and sat in the bar area. My server was great and super sweet. We ordered the 2 for $25. My food cane and my strips were still rubbery and uncooked and my boyfriend steak was overcooked. Spoke to the manager and she said she would have our order redone. Our food came out and we still had the first order still on the table. The lady sat our food down and almost walked away. We asked for her to removed the 1st order away from our table. My food was still not cook properly. By this time it was 8:40... I was exhausted and hungry. I asked my server to bring the manager back. She seemed annoyed and wasn't understanding how I didnt eat dinner and was annoyed. Eventually my meal was removed and I ended up pay $12. For a party of 4, my food was cold(street tacos) but I was hungry and did not send them back, and my daughters chicken strips were not cooked, we did send them back. I have been to this location many times and I have been disappointed almost every time that I go. Even before COVID this location had problems and they are continually getting worse. They have always had problems with seating, telling us wait times up to an hour on days where it didn't appear I be that busy. Why didn't I learn my lesson? I was craving a burger, and the old style delivered. The rest of the meal? Meh. I decided to give them another shot, as the parking lot was relatively empty compared to O'Charleys. I asked for the hot wings, pointing to the spiciest selection. What they brought were decent sized wings, but they were drowned in a hot mess of a sauce; the flavor reminded me of the gunk they use for their egg rolls. My companion's soup? The Southwest Chicken Soup looked like Chili and tasted like Chili. Maybe my server wrote the order wrong, in spite of my efforts to point to the selections. She was really focused on filling the minicomputer dohickies on her table with receipt paper and recharging them, but forgot about supplying some napkins for the patrons. Thank goodness I wasn't parched, because water refills weren't in the offering. As for my burger, that was a tasty burger. The fries would have been even better with more ketchup than the 1.5 squeezes I got out of the nearly empty bottle. From my days as a server, I recall refilling your tables with condiments at the end of a shift and/or ensure your tables have all of the necessities with their entrees. That computer dohickie is convenient when you want to pay in a hurry and wish to leave a bad experience behind. We waited nearly 30 minutes for an appetizer and another 15 minutes for entrees. It was Chilli's so we expected fast not a long drawn out experience. When it arrived the food was hot and well prepared. There were several empty tables sitting dirty and nobody clearing them. This looks to me like a restaurant in need of a manager. I went to this Chili's tonight (15th May 2012 at 7.50 PM) with my sister and dad. We waited at least 3 minutes to be seated by a waitress who clearly looked stressed, though the reason for this was not clear as the restaurant was not very busy. We were seated in a corner table (after specifically asking for a table, so this was fine) with our menus and told "he will be with you soon." There were at least 5 servers and a manager in my eye line. We persued our menus and decided on our choices. We started to notice we had been waiting a while and about the 5-7 minute mark we noticed a manager type asking other patrons how their experiences were. He never ventured to our table. We decided that we would wait up to 15 minutes before leaving. We waited for 20 minutesand never had a server at our table to take our drink orders. This was obviously unacceptable and therefore we left the restaurant and went right next door to O'Charley's (which was our frist visit to their establishment) and had an excellent experience. Nobody stopped us from walking out or inquired why we were leaving (we didn't even receive the usually traditional goodbye to exiting patrons).
