Probably the worst chili's establishment.... they are never in stock with their food & the service is poor. I placed an online order, when I went to pick it up... apparently they were out of boneless Wings, which was ok. They substituted my boneless wings for traditional without calling me before I came to pick up my order. I just prefer they would called the customer before making decisions. Then a week later I went inside to dine in with my coworker. We actually came for one thing, which was a dessert, but we went ahead and ordered a meal as well. They didn't have the dessert but we weren't notified until after we placed and receive our food. They should have told us before they put the order in, that did not have it.... another in stock issue.. read more

The fiance and I always go to this Chili's. Tonight was a MAJOR let down. We do not plan to return to this location again. First off, the host was terrible. We asked to sit in the bar section, like we always do, and told we couldn't cause the tables weren't cleared. Took 20 mins just for our waitress to show up, and even then she didn't know if we were her table or not. The managers excuse was a party of 60 was in the resturant and had to take care of them. Customer service is not in their vocabulary ... wouldnt recommend this to my ex-wife. read more

Every time we go to this location it's filthy. It's been almost a year and we decided to give it another try. Tables sat uncleaned the entire time we were there. Trash on the floor. While in olive branch went to this Chili's and didn't get greeted at door for 6-8 mins then didn't get greeted at table for 10 mins then queso took 20 mins then my Bluemoon took 15 mins he said the bartender was running food and we weren't the only table here it is 330 on Sunday and I've seen it much more busy! Just keeps getting worse and worse. This Chili's a couple years ago used to care. Now they could care less and it's definitely showing. The store is as nasty as they come, sticky tables, nasty floors, and the kitchen looks not much better. Our particular server was as nice as could be but it took 15 minutes to get drinks, our chips and salsa wasn't all that great with stale chips and the grilled chicken I ordered wasn't cooked all the way. We are regular Chili goers so we know how it's supposed to be and this isn't it. We will never come back to this run down establishment. Chili's in Olive Branch must be taking the lead in sales. Their food is amazing as well as their service. With the 2 for $20 deal, no one can stand a chance. Other restaurants are trying to keep up, but Chili's keeps coasting ahead. Overall, the atmosphere is great at Chili's and so is the food. You may pay more than a dollar for a burger, but the extra money is worth it for the extra taste. read more

First, we were sat at a dirty, sticky table. Had to move. They have my daughter a kids menu that had been colored on by another kid-gross. Took a while, finally the server came to take our drink order. Service was very slow. We were one of the few tables in the place. Food finally came...Cajun chicken pasta had 3 tiny pieces of chicken in it and the garlic bread was as hard as a brick. Mentioned to server and he brought another piece of bread just as hard and just laughed about it. Kids chicken crispers were cold and greasy with 3 tiny pieces of celery for the side. I heard the cook yell out "****** your order is ready for pick up." It took him a long time to actually bring it to us though the place was practically empty. The only reason I am giving this place 1 star is because the food was ok. The service here is beyond horrible. I wish I got the girls name who waited on us but oh well. Every single time I go to this place and try to give it another shot, they never fail to let me down. You think that they could have good service at least once! During a football game on tv with Ole Miss and the manager was sitting in a booth watching the game and several tables were still dirty after I've been there an hour. And there were hardly any customers so no excuse for the laziness of the staff not having the place in an orderly fashion and clean. Had dirty napkins on the floor. So while most of the staff was standing in the bar area along with the manager watching the football game...the food took forever! Only to have the manager get up AFTER the game was over and tell everyone that they had a "problem" in the kitchen and food will be out soon. No everyone was too busy watching the game and standing around doing nothing! Then a seperate time I ordered the honey chiptole chicken crispers. They bring out the regular chicken crispers which has a completly different breading. Waiter brought it back with honey chiptole sauce thrown on top of the regular crispers. Had to tell him to take it back again as this is not what I ordered. The breading is compltely different and the original is soft breading as the honey chiptole has crunchy breading. As a customer, I shouldn't have to deal with making the employees do their job correctly. Everyone there is lazy and just wants a paycheck. Bad service every single time. That' was the final straw after trying to give them chances. Never going back. read more

After sitting for 15 minutes Lexi finally took our drink orders and an hour later came the chips, 30 minutes later the food came out cold. The staff acted like they did not know what they were doing and they were not very helpful. The manager said they were understaffed and took 25% off the ticket, but it was a Friday night and they were not very busy. I do not recommend going unless you have a few hours to waste. Servers were standing around talking and the place was filthy; tables needed to be cleaned, trash on the floor, mens restroom didn't have any paper towels. I'm not the type who likes to complain. Honestly, I try to avoid confrontation at all costs but this was just pitiful... My youth group came in with a party of 12 tonight and I can honestly say we got the worst service ever.. We sat at the table for about 15 minutes before a waitress came to get our drink order and then we waited an extra 30 minutes to get those drinks. The waitress told us that someone just left that night so she was forced to take our table. Okay.. I can understand that.. I'm a server as well but you that's NOT an excuse when you literally have ONE TABLE!! We finally got a chance to order after being there for an hour.. We waited another 20 minutes and finally just left and went to Taco Bell.. Like seriously, I'm usually very nice towards my servers considering I am a server... But that's just sad! horrible horrible service. i placed a togo order over the phone at 7:50pm with the male manager on duty. he repeated the order back to me and stated it would be about 20 mins, which was fine, as i am staying at the candlewood suites .5 miles down the road. when i arrived about 25 mins later and went to the bar to get the food, the order had not even been placed, per the bartender who looked up my name on the computer. i explained it was placed and then gave my order again to her. she could not even find the mgr to ask him what happened. i received the food within 20 mins and questioned the sauce for the southwestern rolls, i was told the correct sauce was in the box, as we are both looking at 3 ranch sauces, and pointed to the middle cup stating this is it! after reading the reviews from "around me" app and the online reviews, corporate needs to step in and fix the problem. i will not be back to this chilis, and it may be awhile before going to another one. again, it was horrible service. the food wasn't great, but did the job. i could have done without the water down ranch, if they were trying to save on food cost. i will be posting this to several sites so everyone who pulls up chilis in olive branch, ms, will know that even togo service is below poor service, and for it to have been a manager that could not get the job/ order done, get rid of him. aaron n. read more

This location is franchisee owned. They do not offer the same perks as the corporate owned. No half price wine during happy hour, no complimentary chips and salsa. I can see why the O'Charleys next door seems to be always busy and Chili's is not. I cannot recommend this location. read more
