Pretty decent. I had spicy shrimp tacos and they were pretty good. The food took longer than expected but management preemptively adjusted the bill accordingly. In fact, for us it was a non-issue so the comp was a pleasant surprise. It's not like we were ignored. We put in an app order after we'd already put in our food order and they had no issue getting everything out in the right order, all food at proper temp. Our server, the food runner, and the manager we're all very polite and professional. My wife and I both had a good time as did our kids. When it comes to chain restaurants, I don't expect the bar to be very high, typically. But they certainly surpassed my expectations with everything, the food, cleanliness, and service. I enjoyed our dinner here. I had the California pizza and added some jalepeños. Super good! Great environment. Friendly servers. Our server Nikki was super happy and friendly. She checked up well and made the experience really good. Thumbs up. It was a little messy around the family area though. My family stopped here on our way through town. It was a horrid experience all around. First off the waiter groaned and glared at us when he found out we had a large party size(11). We were seated in a corner that was completely dark; we had use the light from our phones to read the menus. About 10 minutes after ordering the manager came over and told us they were out of bacon. Half of our party ordered stuff that included bacon. He was polite about it, but it was still annoying. The flatbread pizza appetizer was tiny and disappointing. My sister got the "chicken crispers", something was seriously wrong with one of them. The actual chicken meat had the texture of hard rubber...it like...crunched weirdly when I bit into it. I have never experienced chicken like that before, I am gagging right now just thinking about it. I wasn't expecting much from a chain restaurant; but this was sad and pathetic. read more

This truly was the worst food I have ever been served. Waitress assigned to our table of ten did not know what Riesling nor a Chardonnay. First of all, if there was an option for a ZERO STAR, that would be selected! I should have learned the first time after bad service not to go back a second or third time. Getting served a what should be cold salad, which was hot, shriveled and wilted, That was passable, it's salad, no big deal. However, their excuse for not having product was because they just had a holiday (which they should plan for) None of the above was available; Mac and cheese, pizza for kids, bacon on the cheese fries, flat bread, the list goes on. Silverware wasn't given, napkins, drinks weren't refilled... I may be nitpicking but one thing after another becomes ridiculous. Two steaks were ordered (med rare) both came back still mooing, purple, raw and cold. The amount of time it took to cook these non cooked steaks was grueling, nearly an hour. Pretty sure it's not a farm to table meal! The broccoli florets were infused with black mold on the end of their stalks (and no it was not black pepper because I specifically asked for no pepper). Several visits there has been awful service, slow, forgetful waiters, messed up orders and carelessness in the kitchen. Waiters asks if we want dessert after kicking back a meal, I reply with a no thank you and ask to speak to the manager. The manager comes and states he will give free dessert. My logic is, if something is not made right the first time, why attempt a second time or take something for free, no thank you. There is no communication between the staff, waiters/waitresses bickering, arguing, complaint or crying, kitchen staff being loud... This place is a joke, and in all actuality the managers every time along with the waiters have a joking comeback; "they're not the brightest cooks back there" or "oh the meat is still kicking around making noise". If you decided to walk in to this establishment, eat and your own risk and proceed with caution! You have been warned!!! read more

Have been coming to this chilis since it opened. However last visit this week was TERRIBLE! Service was slow. Hot chocolate was cold as was entire meal. Waitress was no existent. Complained to manager and was told she had only been there for less than one month. Personally am avoiding the place. read more

Jill is the extreme, she makes some awesome margaritas and white russians that I thoroughly enjoy and she makes suggestions for lunch that always hit the spot. She is simply the best! read more
