My boyfriend and I came to this chilis last night and truthfully, it wasn't a good experience. We walked in (using the main entrance, not the to-go entrance in case you're curious) around 8:30pm and stood at the hostess stand for a solid 5 minutes and not once were we acknowledged. There were about 6 employees that walked right past us and a couple minutes into waiting, we saw 5 employees huddled up by the bar, off the kitchen, talking. If it was crazy busy, I could understand why we waited, but it wasn't. After waiting 5 minutes with 0 acknowledgment, we walked out- we then decided to just place a take out order. When we placed the order, we got a text saying we need to wait to pick up our order until we get the text that it's ready, okay, no problem. Our order was supposed to be ready by 9:15pm latest and we never got a text. We called at 9:30pm wondering if it was ready because it's now 15 minutes past the time we should've received a text and surely enough, it's been ready but we never received a text. My boyfriend goes in and grabs our food after the call and asks why he didn't receive a text. The hostess, Rosie (if i'm remembering her name correctly) blamed their tablets stating, "well they don't always work and sometimes people don't get the texts" right.. but we got a text as soon as he was walking out of the building with our food? interesting. sure, blame the tablets. Anyways, we got to the car to check our food and realized they didn't put salsa in the bag so my boyfriend had to go back in AGAIN and ask for that. Oh. My. God. Seriously, what a ridiculous experience. I don't expect a whole lot from a Chili's but the bare minimum? Absolutely. Do better. read more

We've gone to this Chili's for the 30 years we've lived here. It's really gone downhill every visit in the last year, and our visit this time was the absolute last, never to return. We honestly had to ask the guy at the door if he was "host." That's how bad he did his job. He mumbled with his head down, and we didn't understand what he said, never smiled once, acted put out and we basically had to find a table. He was leading us to the bar area?!! Found out we HAD to be seated on one side of restaurant only due to a lack of staff. Entrees were priced very high now, close in price to a couple trendy restaurants with chef-level food we'd been to lately. Our waitress did her job but service was terribly slow because she was grossly overworked. We checked out with the "table register" as always but it wasn't working and she wouldn't help. Finally she reset the machine and it took 15 more minutes of malfunction to get it going again to get out of there. Save your money and go to a caring restaurant! So sorry we wasted our money here. We love Chili's. Always a go-to restaurant for lunch and we are never unimpressed. I always get the 3 for me meals, which are $10.99 and give you a drink, appetizer, entree, and a side. In my opinion it's a great deal in comparison to other restaurants. The chips and salsa are among the best you'll ever taste, and I definitely recommend the baked potato soup. read more

I wish I could say good things about this particular Chili's location. We won't be stopping here again. Three times and we are done. We've had food issues once and another time a server told us her couldn't check about our appetizer as he was too busy and it would be here wherever. Okay we cut you slack for the pandemic. Last evening we were out and decided to go here for dinner. Parking lot was not over filled and since they only use one side this day we thought okay. The person hosting came to the front and said we aren't able to take you for at least 30 minutes, as we are backed up in the kitchen. Not would you like to wait but matter of fact we can't take you. Again I get the pandemic as recently retired from nursing. We went across the street to a sit down Mexican that had as many people sitting but got right in and served. Not a perfect but hey the pandemic is making it hard. I just am not able to understand why you can't be nice and not rude. Last chance. We come here at least twice a week. The servers are nice and it's always fast. There's not a lot of staff in hand so sometimes you have to be patient but it's always consistent with food. Great for families and casual dining. read more

Me & my coworker went for lunch thinking we would have fast service as we usually do any other times me or her have gone to a chilies. It was pretty empty not too many people were there and after we were seated and about 4 different restaurant crew walked past us not even saying hello or your server will be right with you we started to get upset as it had been about 8 minutes. I love Chili's, but this location has continually been bad. I am over it won't be giving them my money anymore. First of all, the portions are a joke. I ordered an entire meal with sides and everything, and then had to get food from somewhere else because I wasn't full at all. I'm an adult not a baby, give me enough good. The restaurant was very clean, our waitress was very good, but the food was terrible, greasy and cold! My husbands steak was mostly gristle and cold, the mashed potatoes where cold and his broccoli was cold, I had the big mouth bites which were very very greasy and cold, the fries where underdone and cold. She had an attitude and acted like everything she was doing was such a bother to her; if it's such a bother to do your job, then maybe don't work, Anne. She was rushing us to finish eating because they were closing, which I understand that it is frustrating and she wants to go home, but in a full service restaurant like Chili's, that is something you should definitely not be doing as a server. If you want to go home early, then maybe change your availability to not work nights. The reason for this rating being 3 stars is because we were waiting for 25 minutes and no one acknowledged us or took our order for drinks. My wife asked the hostess who was our waiter because weve been waiting for service, her response was "Thats a good question, let me go check" 10 minutes later my wife was fed up and went to the front to ask the hostess to speak to the manager. After speaking to the manager he apologized and asked us to stay and they would take our orders and comp our meal. The food was not great, there was no flavor, the meat was undercooked. Absolutely horrible customer service. Stopped in for the chicken crispers, which I haven't had in years and really had a craving. Initial interaction with the hostess Scottie was less than pleasant. Restaurant half empty, and the socially distanced "open" tables were abundant. Scottie sat other people who came in after us, and when I approached the hostess stand to inquire, she rolled her eyes at me and grabbed two menus and sat us in an empty portion of the restaurant. I asked to speak to manager. Colton approached the table, and already had knowledge of the situation and didn't entertain my portion of the scenario. He threw a 5$ gift card on the table and walked away. Nico our server was the only positive experience of the evening. She was attentive, kind, and efficient.! The food was good. We have a love/hate relationship with Chili's, we come here a couple of times, then we have a terrible experience and we stop coming here for a while... until it is long enough and the cycle starts all over again. This time we had a good experience. Our server made all the difference, he was a kind of serious and extremely polite young man. He took really good care of us, I am not sure about his name, I think it may be Ted. Hubby had the fajitas and there were very good and tasty. He added cheese, and our server explained there was an extra charge for it. That is something that I always appreciate. I told him I was very thirsty and my glass was never empty. I've always liked Chili's for the most part. They have one hell of a menu - lots of variety. Something for everyone I think. Service is usually decent. The place is kept clean and they are good at engaging you when you walk in. They have made things right when things were wrong without issue a few times so I appreciate that. So here is the good news - pretty good burgers (not a bad one yet) and the deserts are great that I've had (the molten chocolate cake and the skillet chocolate chip cookie are my recommends). The chips (freshly made) and salsa has always been a great starter. I've been to this location a lot over the years; proximity plays a part in that. Downside - we have had a really nasty steak, bad bad ribs and the Fajitas have been hit or miss (especially when you order it with the steak). So I won't even order them anymore here. My friend calls their chicken, Chili's chicken - and that's not exactly a good thing, as my last experience I understood what she meant. Sorry Chili's - Just my experience. I frequent this Chili's location a lot to meet my mother or grandmother for lunch. We are always greeted and seated right away. My grandmother uses a walker and we always get friendly assistance from staff opening doors when we enter and leave the restaurant. Also, staff always moves the walker to a different location, out of the servers and patrons way, and they always bring it back without ever having to ask or wait a few minutes. Food and drinks are always delivered and refilled quickly. I rarely ever stray from my lunch order of the Chicken Caesar salad, but the honey lime dressing on the side instead of the Caesar dressing, and I always add avocado. The salad and avocado is always fresh and my order has never been screwed up despite how picky it might come off, yummy!
