We brought our grandson here for his graduation dinner as this is where he wanted to go. We had quite a few of the family members there, a few missing. But we were greeted when we entered by some very happy employees. As we receded, our drink orders were taken immediately, and we were given menus and by the time our drinks arrived, we were ready to place our orders. We must've waited less than 10 minutes and our food arrived. Our waiter was excellent. None of our glasses were ever empty and he always came by and checked on us. He was a very nice brown man who took good care of us. The food was excellent. The service was superb and atmosphere was full of sports TVs and the games going very enjoyable. If you haven't tried Chili's yet, you should give them a try. Great food at a decent price. read more

I've been here a few times and it was ok every time. Last night stopped in to watch sports and have dinner. Sat at the bar, and after a few minutes the bartender came over. I ordered a soda, and I got a look that told me she felt she wasn't going to make anything off of me. (I am very generous) I waited for my drink and a menu while she chatted, cleaned other areas, made others drinks, then disappeared into the kitchen. I got up and left. Our waitress seemed to be in a rush asking for our drinks before we sat down , and consistently checking to see if we were ready. After ordering our food came out fast and swiftly. This is a nice Chili's. It looks the same as all I have seen & of course the same menu. It was a long frustrating day & it was a great place to end my day, before heading home. The bartendress was nice, funny, on top of everything & outgoing. The customers were mostly regulars & they were also friendly. I did have the bacon cheddar fries & they were perfect. They were served in a small cast iron skillet. There were great crispy fries, melted cheese, bacon crumbles, chives, jalapeno peppers & ranch sauce to did them in. I felt quite comfortable & enjoyed myself & was able to destress. What's a girl to do? I have one major complaint: they use those damn styrofoam containers, that ruin the planet!! The place is great. In my experience, the wait time is relatively short, and the servers are typically very polite. The ambiance is very nice; nice lighting, nice aesthetics, etc. The food is very good! The only complaint I have on that regard is when ordering to-go, if you order fries and steak, they will usually put the fries in the same container as the steak. It makes them soggy and steak-y. Had dinner here last night. Party of six. Our service wasn't bad. My cup did spend some time empty. But she did bring refills every time she visited. Had three refills total. I ordered the salmon, which was very well cooked. Moist on the inside. Paid the extra dollar for the asparagus and was happy I did. The salmon was quite small. About the same a dollar bill folded square. The broccoli was over cooked - and without texture. I don't think I had any avocado sauce. If there was any, the amount was so small as to be undetectable. The asparagus was fantastic though. Appropriately cooked. Well seasoned. One of the other six ordered the salmon as well. She (a small female) felt like her piece of salmon (though tasty) was too small as well. She has a light thin line of bland avocado sauce. Neither of us got the queso sauce. Thank goodness the salmon was moist. How hard is it to at least include the items your menu promises will be there? For 16$, I was incredibly disappointed. Next time I'll go across the street to the Italian competitor. Their salmon is incredible. I would have only given one star (for the asparagus), but the waitress earned the second one for you. What we saw of her, she was very friendly and went out of her way to be nice and take care of us. We just didn't see much of her. If overpriced food, bad service and overly small portions are what this chain represents, then I'll be surprised if they stay open. Go somewhere else. Anywhere else. read more

Carry out at this location continues to be a hot mess. They frequently forget to put your entire order in the bag I should know better and check every time. I ordered a chicken sandwich with fries and paid for an additional 4 ounces of ranch. The chicken sandwich did not have any ranch out in at all and the 4 ounces of ranch that I paid for was not in the bag. I pulled back in went inside. Let the gentleman there know that the ranch that I paid for was not in the bag. He insisted that I have my receipt which was in the bag in the car. I was not gonna go back out to the car to get my receipt. I asked him if he could just pull it up on the screen a literally this happened two minutes earlier he pulled it up and saw that I had paid for it and begrudgingly went to the back and got me a 4 ounces of ranch. Ordered take-out a few days ago. Two burger meals, both w fries. Was told 20-25 minutes. Perfect! I received a call 3 minutes later saying our burgers, "Are ready." Fortunately, I live within walking distance. I was there within 5 minutes and we were eating within 3 minutes of picking up dinner. The burgers were luke-warm at best and the fries were cold. Nobody, not even the wind, came in before us and when we get to the hostess stand? I've eaten here everyday this week and the bartender was phenomenal, a true five star. The food was good and my nightly to-go order was exactly as I ordered with plasticware, extra napkins and extra sides I'd requested. I planned on leaving a five star review but 10 minutes before I left the GM came to me as said "Excuse me, there's no vaping in the restaurant". I told him I wasn't and he asked to see my hands which I showed him and guess what, no vape. I don't smoke, don't vape and don't appreciate being accused of doing something I wasn't. We go to this Chili's a lot, especially when we have company from out of town. The salads are good. The chicken sandwiches are great. Sometimes their guacamole and sides are inconsistent. Ex. Guacamole is runny sometimes and the broccoli is sometimes mushy but sometimes raw. Corn on the cob is sometimes crisp and good and then sometimes mushy and soft like it's been sitting in water for a long time. My aunt her boyfriend came in to eat, and later that evening they were sick! She was vomiting and had diarrhea, and the same for him! They hadn't eaten any other food that day... I spoke with a manager just a forewarned and no apologies just said nobody else has gotten sick! Way to go chilies way to go! It's a chain, I'm tired from the road and not feeling creative so I'll keep this one short. Besides I didn't drink so I can't compare the mojitos to the WESTLAND mall location. This Chili's appears to be the center of nightlife in Port Richey, as I saw two very attractive, puma / cougar-ish women come in for a beer while I was having dinner and staying a while, nursing a beer. They were dressed in what would be club attire in Miami, and stayed till close to midnight. The eye candy alone is worth one extra star! As far as the food, I started the chips and salsa that were complementary due to an offer on another social media check-in site. Compared to most chain places, the salsa at Chili's does tend to have a little extra kick. Iced tea refills were great after a slow start, and I like the fact that they give you the option of sweetened raspberry iced tea. The sweet bbq sauce makes the ribs delicious in my book as well. Cheesecake was OK for dessert, but it would be nice if Chili's expanded their dessert selection to have apple pies. Still, it was a decent scene, and close to my hotel (and various other hotels on US 19). Certainly a good lunch spot! read more

I took mom out to dinner at Chili's in New Port Richey. It's been some time since I've been to this particular location and they've done a complete renovation to the inside. It looks nice. The service was quick and efficient and mom and I enjoyed our dinners. Mom had just had dental surgery so she was stuck eating their chili, which she said was tasty and warm. Myself, I had their chicken quesedilla salad, one of my stand bys and it seemed to be missing something, but I couldn't put my finger one it. All in all, it's a solid place. read more

Im adding a photo of our mean. On the left, the plate without the pickels is the kids burger meal. It is $4.99 and it includes a drink. The one with the pickles is the adult lunch combo. It has whats on the plate a very very very small bowl of salad and thats it for $7.00. My drink was not included which meant i paid about $8.00 for my meal. The salad i got is not worth the $4.00 difference. I brought up the meals being the same size and she said yes they are. I could tell by the look she gave me she was not going to understand if i broke down the pricing. Add this with the 35 min wait time to get the food and it adds up to this review.
