Look, we work 12. -15 hours a day and wanted something quick and to chill. So we came here around 9:30 Sat down. Drinks were fast, got the endless chips, and my wife order a cup of soup that was 3/4 way filled I got the sizzling fajitas combo all 3 I knew something was not rite when the waitress snuck up on me and was there with my food, no sizzle for the noise and no heat for the sizzle, so onions were not cooked, I tried a piece of chicken, ice cold, so I'm turned of now, I sent it back, told the waitress it was cold and the chicken was cold. Round 2. She returns, still no sizzle, says to me be careful it's hot, No. It's not hot it's warm now, no sizzling onions. And it sucked, No asking if it was better by the manager, or from the waitress for that matter, I took the food home paid my bill and I'm cooking it on my stove. The employees are super nice & make you feel welcome, the food is more than average and the drinks are great. I personally recommend it if you want to have a nice time and eat nice food on a budget. I was pleasantly surprised walking in the restaurant it looked cleaner than my previous visit when we walked out because it was so dirty. However, upon my parents wishes we walked in for lunch today. Waitress was blah. Did not mention any lunch drink specials. So when my mom order a cocktail and received two we wish we would have known. I order the Regular Patron margarita and did not know I could have order the special at only 7 bucks. My Caesar salad was so bad I had to return it. Chicken cold and lettuce wilted. Also, the size was ridiculous. My dad's burger did not come with the correct basic lettuce and tomato plus the fries were the smallest burnt end pieces and the amount was pathetic. I eat at different Chili's quite often and this is by far one of the worst. I hadn't been to this one in awhile so I was surprised at how filthy it was. Your shoes stick to the floor and don't even ask about the rest rooms! The food was ok though my chicken was on the dry side. There aren't many restaurants to choose from in the area so we usually end up at Chili's. The food and service are decent but just about what you would expect at a chain of this type. I've heard reports of slow service but haven't experienced that myself. Servers have always been friendly and efficient when I as there. Unfortunately it seems like a restaurant will open only to closed a few months later in this area. Chili's is hanging in there so there must be a reason! read more

Sitting inside this Chili's and am not able to check in. Says too far away. go figure! The side salad would be a lot better if they would use a combination of lettuces instead of just plain old iceberg. Mushroom Swiss burger is good as well as the fries. Wait staff friendly and prompt. The worst dinning experience I've ever had!!! And although it was easy to blame the server the management team should have taken some responsibility and helped our server. She was clearly struggling no one bussed her tables NO ONE helped her!!! As the hostesses just stood there and watch everything unfold & managers walked by several times!!! As a manager if you see your team struggling you should step in... he could have easily bussed her section in less than 3 mins but instead reprimanded her right in front of us (totally unprofessional). On top of the food took forever to come out!!! Not the servers fault they forgot my daughters food and my moms food!!! Who's fault is that if the manager is the one who brought out the food!?!?! We ordered our food curb pickup, worse food that I've had by far! I ordered crispy chicken strips, fries, corn on the cob and chicken enchilada soup. The children was far from being crispy it was limp with no seasoning. The fries seems to be cooked in dirty oil because you can taste it. I could not eat them and they left a bad oily taste in the back of my throat, felt that for hours! Only positive thing that I can add is that the soup was hot and pretty good. Okay here it goes my husband just got out of North Bay Hospital on Friday 6/17/2016 to be able to spend Father's Day with his daughters, but on Sunday 6/19/2016 my husband wasn't feeling good to go to the restaurant so we ordered Takeout! He likes Medium Rare Hamburgers and I like well done! One of his daughters ordered a Steak Medium Rare! We, my husband and l both ordered the the slider hamburgers (I think Chili's calls them "Big Mouth Bites") my husband ordered Medium Rare and I ordered Well Done! However, what we both got were Burnt! Even the Buns were burnt! The Fries were soggy and old! Really Chili's, On Father's Day? You can't prepare a proper burger? Anyway, my husband was only able to eat 1! I suffered through 2 of the burgers! We were going to complain on the same day, but I ended up calling for an ambulance, because my husband I found out at the hospital had Very Low Blood Pressure! He was admitted into that hospital last night! His daughter could only eat about 1/4 of her steak, because even though it was cooked right, it tasted funny to her! Today 6/20/2016 I cut up the food and gave it to the dogs! I'm going to try to call Chili's to complain! We'll see how that works! Wish me luck since we got the food yesterday!!!! read more

I don't know if there was a mistake preparing everything I had that time (doubt it) or if they need to review the quality control in the kitchen (much more likely). Went here on September 1 about 5:30 pm, use to be a good spot for the Fajitas, fajitas were terrible today, chicken and shrimp had no taste!. The fajitas use to be the only thing I ordered, but now will never take the chance in ordering them again. It was also 2 for 1 drinks today which I didn't know at first and had 2 beers bought out at the same time as if I am going to drink them both at the same time.
