My family really enjoyed the atmosphere and service at Chili's! They especially loved the Sliders and Crispy Chicken on the Triple Dipper appetizer--both were a big hit. The white mac & cheese was also a favorite. Unfortunately, the only meatless and somewhat healthy option I could find was a side salad. I understand that Chili's isn't geared toward vegetarians, but I still enjoy dining out at places my family and friends love. I've had a gift card for chilis for a few years now.. so decided to use to. Let me start by saying I'm not a fan of chain restaurants so tend to avoid them. The positives: we were greeted warmly by the host and seated- very nice man made us feel welcome. Our waitress was prompt and the food came out quickly and hot. She came back a few times to check in on us. The kids meals were great values and my daughter liked her cheeseburger sliders. The negatives: the salt. Now this is why I avoid chain restaurants I know there isn't a "chef" in the back and things come premade and are cooked / reheated. I got the steak fajitas. So. Much. Salt. They came out sizzling with nice sides - but so. Much. Salt. I'd come back again just for the service but would try a salad or something. Great place to go with the kids. read more

Serranos. Habaneros. Jalapenos. These are all examples of Chilis. Good ones, at that. But this restaurant... not really a good example of a Chili. I'm not a fan of Chili's restaurant to be honest with you. They're not bad but they're not great. I used to like them more back in the days when I was in college and my roommate thought it was the best meal possible. I would usually get the Monterey Chicken or whatever it was called, which I got here, but I realize now it's just some fake Mexican dish (silly), and then the chocolate molten lava cake for dessert, which honestly, as far as cookie cutter prepackaged chain restaurant desserts go, was always damn good. It's been a long time since I've enjoyed a Chili's meal, and I didn't really like this one either. It was a lunch stop and I ended up saving half of the food for later, and by later I mean giving it to pets (I mean the pet) that I found in New York the next day (hi Sammi Puffle). Instead I went to try the local food truck (Smokey's Almost Famous Hot Dogs) and I enjoyed that hot dog about a thousand times more than this Monterey chicken. read more

Like any restaurant, it can be hit or miss but it's my 7 year old's favorite restaurant so we go way more than we'd like to. One thing we've learned with any Chili's is to double check take out before going home. So many times we get home and the kid's meal is not what was ordered and one of us has had to drive 15 minutes back to get the correct one. The free chips and salsa are always a hit, though we ask for the chips with no salt. We also get good coupons in the app and buy gift cards when they have a special. We recently dined in, first time since Covid, and Aly was our server. She was super pleasant and on top of everything. Drink low, she was there with a refill. She saw 7 year old inhaled the chips, and automatically brought more. She brought containers without being asked and checked on us multiple times. It's not hard to be a server but it's also not easy and she made it seem effortless. She is a true gem at this restaurant and I hope we get to see her again. The quesadilla salad is my new favorite item. It's similar to a taco salad with chicken and a quesadilla on the side. The quesadilla had just the right amount of cheeses bc it was perfectly crispy the salad was huge and fresh. Such a simple meal but it really was great. read more

I gotta say this Chili's is very much big time one of my go-to places in this area for a solid pig out and also for some low-priced toddies that contain a respectable amount of alcohol. My One and I have been here numerous times and our milieu is to get the chips and salsa which is to die for. The chips are wicked pissah being house-made and not too salty and nicely oily and the texture and krunch are exceptional and the mouth feel is wicked haptically pleasing. I usually opt for the Alex Burger which is a southwest thing featuring a half-pound patty and bacon and avocado and cheese and jalapenos and a spicy sauce and other stuff. This is a very greasy and yum-O situation and contains enough fat to get me through my day. I always get an extra patty (double), and this is quite a substantial burger and quite filling when in situ with the fries which have always been hot n' fresh. I would like to add that I am normally against getting burgers at restaurants because they are usually just way too pricey and are often depressing with their janky, crumbly buns and teenie patty and boring "whatever" toppings. This Alex Burger is absolutely wonderful and this entree pairs nicely with the 5-buck special toddy which is actually kinda boozy. Though this isn't the Ritz, I have found the service to be excellent with minimal gliches. I see that many peeps lambaste and hate on Chilis but I do say peep out this place and get the Alex Burger. Chili's is a quick meal place for us. We like the burgers, and the specials. The service is usually good.

Don't go to this location, very unprofessional. You order and have a food allergy, they bring out you order with your allergy on it. When you say something they take it to the back they take that item off the plate and bring you back to exact same thing, so whatever residue liquid from your food allergy will be all over your food. They do not care. You can call and talk to Brian Ackroyd the director of operations for the restaurant chain, he will tell you what you want to hear on the phone just to get you off the phone and make empty promises that will not be kept and he won't even follow up to make sure they are kept, so doesn't matter who you complain to her how high up the chain you go just know that if you have a problem with Chili's, nothing will be done. I have been coming to this Chillis in Raynham for years. Recently I met Manny Arruda the Culinary Manager and was greeted with a smile and a pleasant demeaner. He is such a hard worker. I had a problem with my debit card and couldnt get my app on my phone cause my phone died and he looked everywhere for a charger for me. He went above and beyond to ease my stress. Pick up order. Parked to the side to wait and my young adult daughter was going to check out the flea market while we waited. a man approached us and got out of his vehicle, started screaming that he would have me towed and he did not care if I was a chilis customer. I offered to show him my digital receipt he didn't want to see it and didn't care. He said he was the owner. When I called the manager he confirmed it was the landlord in the parking lot screaming at and harassing customers. Told me to park in the to go spot and wait. I parked across the street. When my order was ready I drove and parked in the to go spot and the landlord drove by me which again was aggressive for absolutely no reason. I got my stuff and I will never be back. we spent about $100, and it was a very uncomfortable and terrify experience. I have let corporate know because I think they should know they are renting a place that a landlord harasses their customers. there were a couple of men who parked and went to the flea market and he said nothing to them and they did not get towed. First of all,the waitress asked if we wanted chips and salsa ,we said yes. The salsa looked like it was watered down. When we got the bill we were charged $6.00 and they used to be free. I ordered the double burger with fries. The fries came out barely room temperature so I asked the waitress for another order because of that. She came back in what was under 30 seconds with fries which were barely warm. I then asked for the manager and when he came over he said " I'm sorry but what do you want me to do "? "I can get you a dessert if you want". I did not as I just wanted to bring the matter of the temperature of the fries to his attention. My son also got lunch and a beer which was not cold he couldn't eat his lunch as it was not good either. It was the first and last visit to this Chili's and as far as I am concerned never again to any Chili's. Having worked in the restaurant business for 10+ years I know first hand how frustrating this can be, and the attitude we would normally receive. Anyway, this review isn't about the food, it's about the service. Our waitress Taylor was so kind. Never once did she seem annoyed or frustrated, she was patient and attentive as if it was the start of her shift. She smiled and made sure we had what we needed, from beginning to end. My friend left his new RX glasses at the table and she went as far as to walk them out to us in the parking lot. Her genuine actions truly made an impact. After what has been a nightmare week for me and my family, seeing the true kindness shine through this young lady gave me hope. read more

Food is as expected for a middle-tier chain restaurant. The big issue with this particular location is their ability to not get takeout orders correct. I have tried to get takeout multiple times and all but once was there an issue. Sometimes they "didn't get" the order when placed on their website. Sometimes they were missing items in the order. When only 3 things are ordered I find it unacceptable to forget 33% of the order. I understand mistakes are sometimes made, but three of four of my takeout orders have had issues. read more

This place is a big disappointment, compared to other local lunch places all within half a mile of here. I used to go here on my lunch break, as I work in the Business Park down the road. The price is right for the food, you can get a good lunch deal for $7-$10..that is, if you actually get seated right away and get served quickly. I can say I've been here at least 15 times before I wrote this review, and this is only getting 2 stars. Out of the many times I've been here, I've waited for approx 3-5 mins at the door waiting to be seated, when I saw multiple waitresses walking around ignoring the door. But on a few occasions, I have had waitresses actually hold the door open for me while I walk in and when I leave. Some times, I get seated right way, and when I do get seated, I always tell them that I am on an hour lunch break. Sometimes, the waitress understands..but other times, I'm rushing out the door to make it back to work in time. The point I am trying to make here, is that nothing is consistent but the food. I get the lunch portions so I think everything I've eaten it's typical semi-fast food meal, so I can't say much about the meals. But the service, there needs to be some consistency. When I go there, (which is still do because if the convenience) , I would like to be able to know what to expect each time. Clearly, the management is not paying attention to how the customer interaction is being done, and this is important along with the meal. read more

I come here pretty often with my bff and her 3 year old daughter. We always have a great time trying out their new specialty margaritas and enjoy the 2 dinners for $20. Can't beat it! I'm being overly fair giving them 4 stars, because I enjoy myself whenever I'm there. However, there is one waitress/busgirl that is the worst. She is forever slamming plates, and making snarls at the 3 year old in our group. I don't know her name - she has a dark brown pony tail and not much else about her is noticeable besides her grouchy disposition. The food: I order the half rack of baby back ribs and literally lick the shiner rock bbq off my fingers when I'm done. I don't usually want french fries with my meal and they easily accommodated me by allowing me to switch them out for a seasoned corn-on-the-cob. The children's menu is great, our 3 year old loves it - but the Mac 'N Cheese leaves something to be desired - is this reheated/microwaved? It appears to be out-of-the-box Kraft Mac 'N Cheese made the day before, refrigerated, and heated to serve. read more
