    Renegade Sirloin and baked potato
    James A.

Great overall experience for two at LongHorn near Boston. We came for a very early dinner at this steakhouse in Raynham, stopping in explicitly because we hadn't been to any Longhorn in a very long time. The large parking lot was pretty empty, so a little worried about the level of staffing, which turned out to be unfounded. The seating inside reminded me of a steakhouse: a bit dark with comfortable booth seating on the sides, and a central bar in the middle. We were seated promptly by the hostess, and soon after our waitress came by to take our drink order. Complentary fresh bread with honey butter was also delivered at the same time, and it was very good, holding us over until our food came (no need for appetizer, here!). Both of us ordered the top sirloin steak dinner: a 6oz renegade ($15.49) and 8oz renegade ($18.49), each with two sides. Broccoli, french fries, baked potato were included, and the cup of lobster chowder had a $1.99 upcharge. In keeping with theme, the broccoli was still in 'steak' form: it was a big chunk of broccoli, with most of the stalk left. It needed the steak knife to cut. The baked potato was loaded with butter, sour cream, and chives. The fries were perfectly prepared: very crispy on the outside, moist on the inside... surprisingly not steak fries, but just as good. Remember that we are tourists, so take this with a grain of salt, but I thought the lobster chowder was the best representation of this dish I've had so far. Everything (value, food, and service) about the experience was excellent. No need for a doggy bag here. There were signs at our table, suggesting that we could pay our bill online. Since we were not in a hurry, we paid the normal way. We were really happy afterwards.

All of the food was overcooked. In the photo you'll see a steak that was supposed to be cooked medium. It came out well done. My steak was supposed to come out medium, it was well done. My sister in law got the steak tips and they were small bites of steak which were chewy and also well done when she ordered them medium rare. Everything else was good though. I suggest training staff how to cook the main ingredients!

Pittleful watery scoop of instant potatoes and gristle ridden ribeye.

Considered driving further to Texas Roadhouse and should have. 715pm and they are saying no baked potatoes! The couple at the bar was here even earlier and had the same answer. How do you not plan to have baked potatoes at a steakhouse? Dumbfounded... to add insult the small scoop of mashed potatoes were obviously instant and they were watery to boot! The bone in ribeye 20 oz. was a poor cut with too much gristle for a ribeye. I would not waste my money again on this location.

This isn't my first rodeo at The Horn. I have been here several times and it has been a good experience. Mind you this is not a "high-end" steakhouse but rather a place to go for a steak. These steaks are not Prime Grade steaks nor is it boasted on the menu as to what Grade they are, but I do reckon that they are Select or Choice at best. It goes Prime then Choice then Select then lower and lower until you hit the Ghetto Grade. So, if you get even a Filet Mignon or Ribeye at The Horn this does not mean it is necessarily greatest quality of cuts. It is food and it is steak... and you can't fake it... But prices are decent, and they make a pretty phat Longhorn Old Fashioned for like 11 bucks or thereabouts. The Horn is decorated very well with lots of Western-theme kitsch and a lot of quite pricey stuff like taxidermy and horse saddles and giclee paintings, etc. The service is good, friendly, but quite casual or unpretentious, if you will. It is a fun place to hang and chill. Our waiter, William (a.k.a., Billy the Kidd) was very good. My salad was an Elaine Benes-approved "Big Salad" served in a Big Bowl. It was fresh and wicked krisp and cold -yes, I like COLD salad. Our steaks and sides were good. You can upgrade to premium sides for more money. The bread served is 2 die 4 -hot n' fresh and yumski AF. They are open until 10 pm which is a plus. Not much to elaborate on, so I am not going to elaborate...

One of the Best meals that was cooked exactly the way I wanted my steaks! The service by Hannah was exceptionally perfect. The whole dining experience was truly a huge treat and was thrilled to have gone there since I signed up for their reward email and decided to use the FREE APPETIZER COUPON WHICH MADE A BONUS FOR ALL OF US!

Having been to many Longhorn Steakhouse' this Longhorn knows customer service. From the friendly greetings at the door to the awesome waitress who cared for us. Perfection was what we were served. Our steaks were cooked to a perfectly done medium rare and the other medium. The chicken was fresh and juicy. The side salad was fresh and vibrant. The kids tenders were made just right. The vegetables were Al'Dente. Asparagus was seasoned perfectly and the broccoli was delicious. The sweet potato was giant sized and loaded just right. Can't wait to visit this steakhouse again.

We frequented Isaac's quite a bit too, as it was comfort seafood, but today, my fellow foodies, we found yet another great go-to place in Plymouth! TOP SHELF. Starter: raw bar... oysters on the half and shrimp. Ice cold and shucked exceptionally well! Good cocktail Sauce... makes them go down with ease! Lobster Bisque was nice and hot, evenly heated, full of meat and tastiness. Just as good as the bisque at Justin's Hearthside! IYKYK. She had the 10 ounce Center Cut Filet, asparagus and the honey baked carrots. No complaints; she was quite happy! I had the Seafood ala Vodka... I'm speechless. Seriously. So darn good. July 5th. We walked right in at 2:00 PM, could have dined indoors or out on the terrace, but we opted for a view of the harbor from the comfort of the beautifully renovated indoors. The facility is very clean, tables, floors, glasses, silverware, and etc. The staff were very friendly, funny, accommodating, and made some great recommendations too! The prices were right in line with other places on the waterfront; not tourist gouging. Overall, vastly more upscale than the dated Isaac's, we were dressed for church and we did not change. A must visit. Open year round, and we will certainly put this into our rotation! No negatives whatsoever.

What a great rep she is for this restaurant. Richard had clam chowder and I tried it. Superb! I had cooked lobster sushi. Tasty and presented nicely. For meals I had the salmon and couscous w/vegs: WOW! So delish, cooked just right. Very large servings for the prices, took half home. Richard had the scrod w/green beans and fingerling potatoes, all well seasoned. Best views of Plymouth Harbor are here, tastefully decorated interior. No more mirrors! Other than the prices for beef, prices are what one pays normally in most restaurants. People were dressed from casual to more dressy. They had a private room full of women having a great time plus a large banquet/overflow room. Outdoor deck dining available, too. My only complaint was with the air head next table over who could not think to turn the volume down/off on her phone. She/I jumped every time it rang. Old enough to know better, too.

We lucked into a last-minute Saturday reservation for four in the upstairs deck room, and the atmosphere was moody, romantic, and perfect for a nice night out. Everything was cooked and seasoned perfectly, and the portion sizes were much larger than we expected--we definitely could have ordered less and still left completely satisfied. What really stood out, though, was the service. Everyone we interacted with was warm, authentic, and genuinely helpful, making the whole experience feel welcoming without being over-the-top. Between the incredible food, beautiful waterfront views, and fantastic service, this is a must-visit steakhouse in Newport. We'd happily come back the next time we're in town.

We all got soups to start with: french onion soups and chowder. Gotta say, it was one of the best French onion soups I've had. Even the chowder was up there! Entrees were: filet mignon, salmon, 2 lb stuffed lobster, wedge salad with scallops, and pastrami sandwich...with a side of truffle fries and Mac N Cheese. My scallops were juicy and cooked perfectly with the perfect seasoning. I'm still thinking about them to this day. The 2lb stuffed lobster was literally stuffed with huge pieces of scallops and big shrimp! The side of Mac N Cheese can feed a family of four alone. I didn't try the other foods bc I was too busy enjoying mine and trying to finish it. Oh! Forgot we also shared the wagyu tartare which had great flavor but kinda chewy. Maybe the pieces should be diced smaller. We're already thinking about making plans to go back this week and Father's Day was just last Sunday. I'm so glad this is part of NRG bc we can redeem our rewards there! :)

We started off with drinks --gin dirty martini and a classic old fashion, both were perfectly made and crisp. Food: Appetizer-warm bread with butter was a nice starter. However I wish we got the escargot with bone marrow as we watched it being made it looked and smelled delicious. Entrees- we split a 27 oz ribeye and the scallops. The steak was a beautiful cut of meat, well marbled, cooked to perfection and seared so nicely. It was sooo tasty and seared with Malden salt. We are pretty snobby when it comes to steak and this was probably the best steak I've ever had out at a restaurant. The scallops similarly were cooked and seared perfectly and seasoned correctly. Laid on a bed of watercress and potato fondant it was the perfect delicate bite and contrasted nicely with the steak. We got the side of brussel sprouts with peanut Rayu which was a beautiful flavor bomb. I can't say enough about the food. Every single thing we ordered was seasoned and cooked perfectly. I find that to be a rarity in today's restaurant scene. I could not recommend this place more.
