Third time giving this place another chance where they let me down. Stopped by today on my way back from work to get a 3 for 10, I got chicken enchilada pasta and seemed like half of it was reheated. Some of the chicken was ice cold and half the pasta was barely warm. The chicken was so stringy, couldn't even take a bite. I even found a piece of burger meat inside the box as well. The garlic bread was like the bottom of a shoe it was so burnt. Not to mention the outside of my entire box and soup was drenched in dark brown sauce that was dried up, it was like it was put together by someone with there eyes closed. Called to get a refund because I didn't feel like driving all the way back after a long day at work, and now the refund will take 7-10 days. Cooks should take pride in their food knowing they have to serve to customers who pay for their food, not half cooked assed food. So disgusting. read more

Stopped here for dinner with my daughter I ordered chicken fajitas and she ordered spicy shrimp tacos. We got our drinks. Her ginger ale had a black floaty in it had to return. My fajitas came and all the sides (guacamole sour cream etc were frozen solid) my daughter tacos were also really cold almost like everything was frozen at one time and didn't thaw out. Chili's is my go to chain restaurant of choice. The location is generally very good. Often, the space is quiet and low-key for a chain. As a fairly regular guest, I always look forward to the waitresses. Always happy to help and willing to go out of their way, many of the waitresses want the best for your meal. One young lady in particular, Taylor, has been my waitress on numerous occasions. The fun and comforting atmosphere she brings to the table is contagious and consistently has me coming back. Horribly understaffed. We stood at the door for a good 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged our existence. Then we sat in a wet booth while it dried. Had to ask for a straw for a drink. Waited 10 minutes with our appetizer getting cold just for a cup of blue cheese. Our server seems really nice, but this restaurant is doing him no favors at all. I actually feel bad for him because the way it seems, Chilis isn't too concerned for their customer's experience. The food is pretty good though. In all the years I have dined at this location, I have never had a bad meal until tonight. My hubby likes Chili's but I haven't been feeling them lately as I noticed a difference in the restaurant. Tonight's experience was a turn off. There were probably 75 patrons in th restaurant. We, along with a party of four waited ten minutes to be seated because no one was around to seat us. When finally seated our waiter took our order for drinks and ONE appetizer and our meal. 30 minutes later the food came out but no appetizer. The waiter "forgot." My husband asked or the appetizer (chili) to go. I warned him to make sure it was the right appetizer and to our surprise, it was hot. I ordered the spicy shrimp tacos which I have ordered many times before. The black beans were warm, the rice was semi warm and the tacos were ice cold. After searching for the waiter he finally came over and I gave him my plate and told him why I no longer wanted my meal. He aplogized and adjusted the bill. Waited another ten minutes for him to come get the bill so that we could leave. He showed up when we were going to take the bill over to the bar area to pay for our meal. The wait-staff spent alot of time in the back socializing. My husband could see them from where he was seated. This establishment is also looking shabby and there was trash all over the floor. There were tables in the back that had not been cleared AND trash on the floor in that area too. A large party was seated across from us before we left. The waitress pushed tables together but didn't sweep the floor. Long story short, if you want a HOT meal, don't go toChili's ! If eating ice cold food is your thing, then this is def the place for you ! Although I must admit the presentation of my tacos was good. I would've chomped them down if they were hot. The waiter did offer me a free dessert twice but I declined because WHY would I want dessert when I hadn't eaten dinner yet ?! 5/31/2015 I don't know how much more disappointed I could be with today's meal. I arrived here around 12 and didn't leave until 1:50, and it was definitely not because I had a good time. We were seated promptly, which I'll give credit to the hostess, but then it took 15 minutes for our waitress to come over, and no it was not busy. First of all, if you are a waitress you should at least be able to fake a smile, let alone being nice. The girl taking care of us did not once smile, introduce herself, or was in the slightest bit happy. It felt more like we were barging in on her day. (Which she's at work, so really she shouldn't mind) We finally got our food, except it was not delivered to our table. It was given to the table next to us. When they realized it wasn't their food they told the waitress, even though we were sitting right behind her saying it was our order. She brought the plates to the table, but one of the patrons at the other table had already touched my food. And she still tried to serve it to me. As a former waitress myself, that's just something you don't do. It's a rule of thumb, and common sense. So while waiting for my new food, my fiance and his mother began to eat their food. Which hers was fine, but they got the entirety of my fiancés order wrong. The broccoli was dry and rubbery, his steak was medium well, he asked for medium rare, and she brought the wrong side to the table. (he ordered extra broocoli, she brought mashed potatoes, which looked like they'd been sitting out) I finally got my burger and it was pretty decent. Not overcooked or undercooked. When we were finished she came back over and we were looking at deserts and we asked her to bring over more drinks and a box, well that took about 15 minutes and when she came back over she didn't have the box with her... Desert was pretty good, we ordered the molten cake. Then waited another 15 minutes for her to come back over with the check. The food was alright which is why the review has one star, but the service was absolutely appalling and just not handled the way a waitstaff should conduct themselves. I had to go into the kitchen to get a manager after 40 minutes of waiting for just our drinks. The service is very slow here because the menu is too big. This is the worst restaurant I've been to probably in the last 10 years. The managers are not assertive with their staff. They're just useless pushovers (too nice). When we did get our food more than an hour after being seated, it was room temperature and bland. You'll get a better and faster meal out of the dumpster at the McD's across the street. read more

Came to this Chilis location after the Raynham Flea Market due to its prime location. My Girlfriend, my roommate, and myself waited 10 minutes at the door. The restaurant had guests, but it looked as if no one was working except from the bartender. After finally being seated, we were left alone for 20 minutes before the hostess finally admitted that our waitress was busy. She took our beverage orders (all Arnold palmers), and after another 15 minute wait, they came. Basically tasted like water and ice with brown food coloring for effect. After another half hour with no sign of the waitress, we decided to leave. Do not come to this location. You will receive terrible service. Disappointed that our waitress never even showed her face. We came here b/c it was the closest restaurant to our hotel. My folks complained about the food for days afterward. That's how bad it was. The service was eh although he was really attentive in refilling our drinks. I had a sirloin which was dry and though I asked for it to be medium it was more medium well-well done-ish. My aunt's fish was overly crispy and small. My mom's salmon was dry. And my brother's ribs were crispy?? Are ribs suppose to be crispy?? The only okay thing was my dad's rib eye steak. My buddy and I go here almost every Friday afternoon. We made friends with one waitress there and always request her when we go. We get excellent service and she makes sure food is how we order it. Came in around 10pm. They were closing in about an hour. But still the staff was very curtious and the food came out piping hot! The cook even brought the food out personally. I had the steak and shrimp fajittas. Wich were great. My only compliant is that the meat portions are a bit on the small side and there is a lot of filler with vegtables. I order a mango margarita and the bartender litterally made one of the best margaritas i ever had! Overall plesant experince. Would rate higher if not for the small meat portions. read more

This is by far the worst run Chilis I have ever been to. We live 10 min away from this Raynham one and we usually drive the extra 25 min to Somerset. The management team should all be fired. This is based on not 1 or 2 visits but multiple chances and always disappointed. One time I requested a manager and the waitress came over and said that the manager refused to come out???? Seriously!!! Do yourself a favor and go to Somerset. The team there is very attentive and if there is an issue a manager always comes over WITHOUT being asked. read more

This entire chain has gone down hill at rapid speed in the last several years. Both local locations are filthy. The staff is rude and curt. The chicken enchilada soup is never right. It's either burnt, cold, or unavailable. They also changed their way of making or seasoning fajitas and it's terrible. The old way was so much better. Also they need to train their bartenders better. The service and the quality is subpar to any other chillis I have ever been to through New England. I never complain, but I have even called the management here to not complain but to explain that their food was under quality to the rest of the chillis chain and saying please take your food and order the same plate at bridgewater chillis and you will see the difference. We were starving so we made a quick stop here figuring "how could we go wrong at Chili's". Biggggggg mistake! It might've been the grossest food I've ever been served. Just had the most horrific dining experience of my life. (not joking!!!!!) Out to eat with my boyfriend for his birthday accompanied by all his friends and the food takes TWO HOURS to come out as we watch multiple tables get sat, served, eat and leave before we even get our food. A manager didn't even come over to apologize which was extremely concerning. I work for a restaurant and this would N E V E R FLY!!!!! Was it because we are all college aged kids and seemed fine initially?? Who knows wtf they thought up to justify this horrendous wait time without a manager's apology... I hope it was worth pissing off nine, 20- something year olds that are always hungry, paying customers who faithfully return and prioritizing the steady tables of two/three tops turning around us while we waited. And waited. And waited. I hope it was worth losing all of our business from here on out. Anyways.... I eventually got her myself and expressed how angry this made us and all she did was blame her employees and claim that "I've been in this business for 29 years, I should know, etc." If you knew like you claimed to.... you would take 30 seconds to visit the table and attempt to make us as happy as possible considering the BAFFLING ticket time. I've only worked in a restaurant for ONE year versus her 29 years and watching my managers handle even a twenty minute ticket with grace really upped my standards while dining out personally. If she even acknowledged our existence, I'd of been less aggravated but not a WORD. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL...TWO HOURS.. When the food finally arrives, meat requested to be cooked medium rare was served BEYOND well done and hardly edible.. One of our friend's burgers was charred, almost carcinogenic to the appearance and the bread was hard as a rock. Literally could not even break it apart in his hands.. Stopped eating 1/4 of the way through in fear of losing a tooth. And on top of that... One of our friend's entrees never even made it to the table.. Only to find out they never even made it. She then again blamed it on the server instead of taking initiative and assuming responsibility as a leader.. Some manager. I told her initially I wasn't complaining for a shake down for free meals. I wanted us be treated like welcomed guests and as human beings, especially considering it was someone's birthday and the one day they can call their own to spend out with friends and loved ones.. But after stating there was "no excuse" for the shit show and then blaming the fact that they were understaffed, dishwasher broke, excuse after excuse, I was pissed. I told her after that, there was no way this is acceptable and we wanted to be compensated. She then claims that she took some of the entrees off a bill and would give us a free dessert, but last time I checked, we all equally waited two hours for food. Why should one guest have to pay but not the others? We tipped the waiter VERY well and apologized for the fact that we very well understood that most of this disaster was beyond his control and that we were never once mad at him. Also stated to him that he should never be dragged through the mud by his own manager. He got a hefty tip and they got a walkout ticket. (I will never stop harassing corporate if I come to find he had to pay a DIME towards that bill.) After two and a half hours with garbage food, there was no way I was leaving a dime on the table unless it was for the mistreated wait staff.. Strikes a nerve with me because I am a waitress myself. I am blessed with incredible management and was shocked this was happening to workers in another establishment. Someone he should be looking upto for guidance but shit talks him and ruins his reputation instead. Shame on this establishment! WE WILL NEVER RETURN. I hope you neglect to return as well. read more

We have been here a few times and its been ok, not great but go in a pinch. This last time will be the the last. W decided to eat at the bar. We got to listen to the bartender and other staff complain to each other that she was the only bartender making drinks. Great.. but wait she was making drinks, but she didn't have to take any orders at the bar because she had help. ok.. the help was really not much help as she had to ask us at least twice what we ordered. They forgot my drink, then I finally got it. My food was Ice cold. By now I just ate it as I was starving. My husband had nachos with jalapenos on top. Too bad he ordered it without jalapenos. My wife ordered the new beef short rib enchilada and sent it back. The enchilada had no filling, the shell was hard as if stale and the dish lacked the salsa it was pictured with. My first time visiting the Raynham location. We most often go to the West Bridgewater site a few times a year, but our visits have dropped off considerably. It was a Sunday evening. The place was dead except for the bar/lounge. We were seated promptly. Our server promptly took our drink and then food order in a reasonable amount of time. We planned to go to a movie afterward so she was accommodating in bringing to go containers and letting us pay the bill a few minutes in advance of finishg our food. Prices were ok, the server was pleasant and prompt (she wasn't busy, I think she only had one other party besides us). The atmosphere in the dining room at this location definitely leaves something to be desired compared to other Chili's I've been to. They could use a makeover. Bright lights, meh tables, merely a couple of steps up from eating in at McD's or BK. If you go to the Raynham site I'd recommend sitting in the lounge area. We each ordered a margarita. Not "bad," but the flavors were bland. This is not unique to this location. Have experienced the same at the West Bridgewater site. Has Chili's changed their drink mixes over the past 5 years and/or training with their bartenders? I remember years ago when the summmer drinks, frozen and otherwise, were simply delicious. Now they are just ok/meh at best. If it's a tasty drink, you'd be inclined to order a second one. The food? It came out on time. It was hot enough. But several faithful favorites from the past didn't seem up to par. In particular, the cheese queso dip appetizer had a strange spicy taste. Have they changed the recipe or is it a cook on duty issue? Hard to say. Normally that thing is gone within minutes of arrival to the table. We managed to eat less than half and lost interest. The other food was merely average at best, not as good as it used to be. We ate it because we were hungry. We had a gift certificates and I haven't been to Chili's in about a year. I wouldn't hurry to go back, and not to this particullar location. Someone needs to work on quality control on the food, or revisit some of their recipes. Quality of food and drink has gone down hill. And this location needs a face lift. Don't bring a date to this location. There are better choices. read more

Take out orders are continuously wrong. I don't get it. I place an on line order. How can you screw that up. It's in writing. I ordered the steak with grilled avocado with garlic tomatoes and salad; its on your menu. I get steak with old broccoli, and rice that is under cooked. That's it; no salad, no avocado, no garlic tomatoes. I ordered dessert. You offer 4 but somehow managed to screw that up as well. This is the 5th or 6th time you've screwed up a take out order. Get it together. If this was a sit down meal, you'd have to remake it. Do u just not care because it's takeout? Also, we used the $10 gift that we received when I bought a gift card at Christmas time. Your employee told my husband he couldn't use it because it was not a card. He had to tell her how to process it. I suggest better training or maybe better pay so that the employees actually care about the product they produce.
