Not generally a fan of Chili's, wife enjoys it and we were out of town meeting people, so I went with it. Food was ok for what Chili's is, but the service was horrible and that is why marks so low. 20 plus minutes for one of our parties coffee. had to ask for silverware. all plates still on table when done, makes it hard to converse with family, espicially when meeting up with folks from out of state. find somewhere else if in richmond, IN read more

I travel and visit Chilis all over, and they are consistently good. This experience was not good. It was slow and after the lunch rush but yet it took 20 before anyone acknowledged me after I was seated. I requested a burger with a salad dressing cup of chili to put on the burger--the waitress tilted and called the manager over. He says "we don't do offer this option--I don't even know how to charge you for it, but (now the condescending tone kicks in) just this once I will give it to you without charging you." Really! Over 2 oz of chili? I have ordered this combination dozens of times at Chilis all over the country without anyone squawking at me like this. We usually eat at Chili's a couple times a year at the Richmond, IN location. The food is decent and the service is quick. One of us almost always gets the Caribbean Salad because she says it is the best in town. I try different things, the last time tried the margarita grilled chicken for the first time. It comes with black beans, rice and tortilla strips as well as pico de gallo. I would rate this particular item as excellent with enough to fill a hungry appetite. I have tried the cajun pasta but I have been spoiled by real cajun cooking in New Orleans so I have to rate it as only average. Also have had the fajita trio which is a large portion but would rate it at a 3.5 on a five point scale. There selection of beers is limited with the only one I would select is the Samuel Adams beer. We last ate there in late December 2011 and they have these interesting little machines at the tables where you can play games and also pay the bill. Most of the games are extra cost. Yes we will eat there again within the next year. The prices are average for this type of restaurant and the wait is usually not long if there is a wait. read more

Sometimes I have a great experience here and other times it's terrible. I love their onion straws with jalepeno's, it's tasty. It's just not consistent. Sometimes the service is super fast and friendly and other times it's very slow. I would eat there more if I could count on it being good, but it's a gamble. read more

We ate at chili's yesterday and was very disappointed. My husband's steak was so tuff it was difficult to cut, and he left half on it in his plate. He just couldn't eat it. The broccoli was cold. We've eaten at chili's in the past and had a nice dinner. That was not the case this time. Our meal cost $53.00....total waste of our hard earn money and ruined our evening. I enjoy having my lunch or dinner at Chili's then walking across the way to the mall to walk off some of the calories. I enjoy the selections and helpful staff as well. Ever need help deciding what to order? Well, they're not always helpful because so much is good there but they give it their best shot! It is a relaxing atmosphere that you can enjoy by yourself but family friendly for the times you want to go with a crowd. My top menu choices are the pick 3 appetizer where I get Boneless Buffalo Wings, Southwest Eggrolls and Spinach & Artichoke Dip, Cajun Chicken Pasta, or if I'm having trouble deciding I'll get the Combo dinner so I can choose 2 of my favorites, such as the Salmon or Grilled Shrimp and Margarita Chicken. Don't forget to add a Margarita or another favorite bar beverage and if you aren't full just yet.........Chocolate Molten Lava cake is fantastic to end the Chili's experience!! read more

After a long 2 days of driving I came to this chilis location to get a meal and a drink and as soon as I showed the server my ID she said because I was under the age of 25 she had to show her manager. The uneducated manager and bartender decided not to sell me alcohol because my AZ ID said "not for federal identification". I didn't know you guys were an airport or a federal building! We frequent this Chili's location 4 - 5 times per month and never had a problem until last night. To start off we ordered our drinks. Took them 15 minutes to get two drinks. Then, my order was wrong. The waitress corrected the order and the food was good as always. My girlfriend never eats the whole meal and like always asked for a take home box. The waitress left with her plate that had several pieces of chicken left. I notified the waitress of the mistake and they brought out a to go box with onion chips. We told them the box was for the chicken and they gave us the option of them making a fresh batch or taking it off the bill. We chose to remove it from the bill. We ordered two more drinks. The manager comes to our table and tells us no more drinks that we had been there for an hour and half and need to leave. She told us she was just looking out for us. Huh? this is her job? Our Uber driver was not there drinking with us. I am really not sure how she was looking out for us. Will not return to the Richmond location. read more

When my family can't decide where to go we always end up at Chili's, it always our go to place. we usually take in the 2 for $20 menu. Love their chips and salsa. I recommend the chicken bacon ranch quesadillas, monterey chicken or chipotle chicken crispers. Good food, good prices read more

We have never had a bad experience at chili's. The food is always delicious and prompt and you couldn't ask for better service. The atmosphere is friendly and inviting. Chili's is a great place that the whole family can enjoy. The prices are just right even if you are on a budget. Entrees are so big that 3 people can share and split the price. Every time I've visited my local chili's restaurant, I'm greeted in a very fashionable manor, I'm seated right away, and receive all my dining needs as requested, refills when needed, butter or extra condiments when needed, the waitresses are great and i always tip good.
