Helped us figure out our Free Kids Meal from my email. Suggestion: sign up for their emails for deals like free kids meal or free desserts that are offered quite often. Or just settle for their yummy free chips and salsa at every visit (btw cannot be combined with other offers). Price: 4 stars. Recently I've been getting their 3 for $10 deal. Great value! A drink, a starter like salad, and choose from a selected list of entrees like their crispy chicken strips (with a side of ranch or buffalo dipping sauce) which comes with fries and corn on the cob. Not my usual location but was in the area, ordered my usual triple dipper the sauces including the ranch were only filled half way , our server never asked us if we wanted refills or to ask we needed anything else. The crispers we ordered, were supposed to be Nashville Hot and it looks like they mixed honey chipotle and the hot sauce together :/ very unpleasant experience and will not be coming back. read more

Multiple tries and well.... Went a few nights ago we had a table of 3. Waiter had 3 tables it wasn't busy. We'd ask for drinks he'd say okay never return, asked another person walking by she said ok she'd be right back, never came back. This was my worst experience here and it is 100% likely that I will not return. We visited 03/20 and let's start off with the wait. We were advised wait time was about 20-30 mins. 20-30 mins turned into an hour and a half because they were waiting for one specific party to leave. I then asked if we can be seated separate as we were okay with that (there was 9 of us) she said that wouldn't work. Anyways fast forward. We order our food and our cheese sauces were cold not even a bit warm how they usually are. I Actually have been surprised by the food and drinks at chili's. This location has been my favorite. Can't go wrong with the Buffalo wings and fries. Margaritas are the bomb. Bartender guy is cool. Went here with my family on 6/8/24. Walked in and the restaurant smelled like burnt oil. Service was bad. Food wasn't good, son got sick that night. Got over charged on the bill, if you go here check your bill for unwanted changes. Very bad experience. Won't be back read more

Came here for our anniversary and experienced the worst service. Waiter wasn't attentive, waited over 15 min for a drink refill that never came. Checked on other tables and even seated new ones and never approached us asking if we needed anything and had trouble trying to flag them down. The servers were so friendly and provided such good service. The food was surprisingly well made and came out pretty quickly. It's a great place to get a quick bite to eat with some friends and just have a chill time. The ambiance helped greatly with the laid back, but energized dining experience. I am never one for reviews but checking in at 6pm being told 45 minutes to an hour it I kept checking the tracker and for 45 minutes it said we were 1st in line when a party of six one less than us gets sit before us at 745 I go up to speak with a manager wait another 15 minutes and when I asked why they were sat before us if they have the same amount and the tracker said we were first the hostess says with a condescending attitude that she wasn't aware they needed a high chair just as we did i don't have an issue waiting but I have an issue when they are going out of order what is the point of the tracker or giving a wait time if you are not going to go by it. I never eat at Chili's as I'm more of a fast food person, but I had a bunch of change I wanted to get rid of so I went to a Coinstar machine that doesn't charge you if you get a gift card instead of cash for your coins and Chili's was one of the choices, so I decided to pick up some food. I ordered their 3 for $10 meal and my selections were chili for the appetizer, the bacon burger for the entree and grilled asparagus for the side. Way too much food for one person, at least for me. I split it with my dad and we could barely finish it. It was all pretty good except for the chili which was way too salty. I even had most of the asparagus left over to have as a snack later when I can wrap it in bacon and fry it in butter. That's pretty much the only way I will eat a vegetable. The food was ready when I got there and the cashier recognized that my drink was wrong and replaced it before I even got a look at it. Good customer service and mostly good food. We normally order our food to go. Today we decided to go sit inside. The wait was about 15 minutes and we were seated in the bar area. Waited for about 25 minutes and no one has come to our table to even get our drink order. Husband had to ask the hostess if he could send out server over. The server ends up being the bartender who was across from us and even looked at us sitting there several times! She takes our order. Ticket time is slow! Food finally comes out and my grilled chicken salad has NO Chicken! Had to waved down our server again to send the salad back. Husband needed a refill on his drink and she said she said she would bring it right over. Never did! My salad comes out and now I need more silverware because they took my fork with the wrong salad. I've been to this Chili's a couple times and I'm not one to always carry my purse with me however I'm well over 21. I didn't have my ID with me on a date night but I had a picture of it on my phone. I've been here multiple times and like Most places take this form of ID anyway because like I said I look way over 21 anyway. Well tonight they refused to accept the picture on my ID because "it's the law to have the ID present"- according to the manager. Who by the way is quite rude. I mean I know I should maybe be thankful for them implying that I'm younger or look younger, but honestly it was quite annoying that I couldn't enjoy a night out with friends because they wouldn't just accept the photo form I had. We have been going to this Chili's and sitting in the bar area for many years. My husband likes to watch sports while there. Typically, the service is meh as the bar staff is very social with the regulars, and getting service is a trial in patience. Not last night! We had the good fortune to have Hector as our server. He was attentive and buzzed around taking care of all of his customers. We were greeted by Devon, and we let her know we had done the pre-check in on Yelp, and she was eager to make sure my special needs for a table with booth/2 chairs. Our waiter was Nathan, and he was super helpful and brought everything quickly. Some of our drinks even arrived before we had finished ordering. Everyone was tied into the the same ear pieces. We started with a huge basket of very light and crispy tortilla chips, a mild, but not chunky salsa, and two big scoops of chunky guacamole. Baby back ribs were a bit dry, order with extra sauce on the side. It came with a few cool sides, they offer street corn, we opted for regular corn, and they sprinkled pepper all over. So ask for no pepper if you don't like it. The broccoli was perfectly steamed. The asparagus was hard and stringy on the bottom. I had that with a nice sandwich on a roll with a juicy chicken breast, well done bacon, sliced, fresh avocado was really plain, the cilantro Mayonnaise added a bit of flavor. I also tried drizzling ranch on it and dipping it in extra BBQ sauce. My Dad orders the Ancho Salmon every time. Good size filet, moist and he liked the sauce. My Mom got 3 of appetizer sampler, choice of 10 different kinds, the slider was beef, couldn't taste the cheese. We found some giftcards and my wife and I decided to cash them in on a date night. The food is delicious. But you can get good food anywhere. The servers make the difference. We've been here before, but it's been awhile. The last few times our favorite servers were gone. We thought they had left, and honestly, the replacements just weren't as good-not worth the drive at least. So tonight we came in and there was Brian. One of pur favorites.
