A decent amount of people when we walked in. The restaurant was pretty cleaned. Artic drift drink was delicious! My mom's potato soup came lukewarm but they redid the soup for her. The nachos are huge! Tripped dipper is always a good go to. Steak was cooked perfectly. The steakhouse combo thing was good. Chipotle honey crisper are so delicious. Ribs cooked perfectly. The mac and cheese was a bit watery tho. Overall, had a good dinner

We were given a gift card so we took this opportunity to try out our local chilis. We ordered online, which was an easy process, and placed our to-go order. Within 10 minutes our food was done so we went to pick it up. Picking up our food was easy! There were designated to-go spots, and our food was bagged and waiting for us when we went in. The quality of the food was okay. I do feel like for what we paid, I'm unsure if the quality was worth that. The food was packaged in a way that looked like it got slightly tossed around, as both containers the sauces were spilling a bit. Had we not had the gift card, we probably wouldn't have come here, which is probably how it will continue. It was the best food we've ever had, but also wasn't the worst. It's possible that their dine-in is better quality compared to what you can when you get it to-go too. We likely won't go out of our way to come back here, but we can say we at least tried it!

Came here after a long day of weightlifting competition. I saw reviews weren't great, but we were hungry! I'm glad we did! Service was prompt and super fast! That alone was super appreciated at 8:30pm!! We gobbled down our first round of unlimited chips and salsa and they were super quick to replenish! I had a salad and it was good! No complaints from us!

this is probably the worst Chili's I've been to. We ordered to go online. The estimated time was from 8:19-8:24. We were supposed to get a text and we waited in the parking lot. It was 8:35 and still no text. I told my s/o to go inside to check. He went inside and said the workers kept walking past him not acknowledging him for 5 minutes. When someone finally came they grabbed our food and it had been sitting there. When I opened the food as soon as he got in the car; the food was cold. We received the text that our food was done, 10 minutes after we left. Do better!!!!!!

OK, I didn't go Chili's because I eat clean, but I was so tired of my other place that I go with My Husband so I said let's go to Chili's see if there's something new in the menu that I can eat well low and behold the salmon ancho chili meal with the most amazing mashed potatoes. They taste like your grandma made them and steamed broccoli game changer for me. Ancho chili salmon has a a tad with a kick but nothing that if ketchup is spicy to you you could still eat it the flavors I like chimichurri mixed with ancho sauce. It is so delicious and yummy and it kicks up the salmon up a couple of notches in a different direction. The steamed broccoli steamed perfectly, and I don't know what they put in those mashed potatoes. I would've never ordered it, but they accidentally put it on my plate and I'm a fan.. and if you sign up for the reward program every time you go you will get chips and salsa free. They will ask you if you are part of their reward program when they seat you. . Service is amazing. Everybody is welcoming. The place is always clean and inviting. We normally go early, so it's not loud in the restaurant and they give you huge glasses so they don't have to be at your table refilling your glass all the time. So if you haven't been to chilli's in a long time, you need to go check out their new menu you'll love it.

We ate here to celebrate my sister's birthday. The food was plenty. We all enjoyed what we had. Sizzling steak fajitas , etc. The only thing was, steaks were chewy. But, it's flavorful. They could have warmed up the tortilla chips a bit. The guacamole was also good. The place is clean, seats are comfortable. Service was good and our server took good care of us. I recommend this establishment.

This is amazing and the services here are the best

The chicken nachos and chorizo queso were great starters. I ordered the Ginger margarita based on the raving reviews by my co-workers, even though it was not a special. And, it did not disappoint! Our bartender was fantastic and kept all of our orders straight. The hostess walked us upstairs to our reserved table for 10. The view across the restaurant was grand, but lively atmosphere and the high ceilings contributed to the challenge of carrying on a conversation. I could only talk with those who were seated close by. Shane was our server for the night, engaged with us, and kept the drinks flowing. We ordered a number of Deluxe fajita platters with massive amounts of steak and chicken. Both meats were grilled and seasoned perfectly. Copious amounts of tortillas and the fajita fixins. I really enjoyed the charred jalapeño and mushrooms. I ordered the chicken Al Carbón tacos, and enjoyed the complementary flavors of the smoked onions and the salsa cremosa. With both of these great tasing dishes, I wished I had a larger stomach! NOTES Outside seating is available (for nicer weather) and there's plenty of parking. The only downside of the night? The food took a long time to get to our table.

When I was pregnant, all I wanted was Mexican and Tex-Mex food. I could seriously eat it every day…read more So my husband and I came up here quite a bit when I was pregnant. However, since we've had my son, we're not in the area as much so we don't come as often, but we were at icon Park today and this seemed like the perfect place to take the rest of my family. It was an absolute hit! Grandma yelled at me for holding out on her! Why haven't you brought me here before? She had the agave chipotle queso chicken enchiladas. It was our servers recommendation and they were absolutely delicious. I had the birria appetizer and it was excellent. It was an appetizer, but it was so large. We couldn't eat it all and it could definitely be a meal if you wanted it to be. The absolute best thing is the kids menu. My son loves chips and queso so much. Queso dip is one of the sides you can get with the kids meal. How amazing is that? We go to some Mexican restaurants and I spend more on queso for this child than I do on a meal for him or even myself. He had the cheese quesadilla with queso and rice as sides. After lunch, I asked him if we could come back here and he said oh yes! My son ate most of his meal, but grandma and I both ended up taking to go boxes. I feel like the prices are pretty reasonable, especially the kids meal and for the portions they give you even for the adult meals. Our server was absolutely wonderful. She brought out fresh chips and salsa almost immediately, and as soon as our chips started to run low, she immediately replaced them. As soon as we ordered, I asked if she could bring my son's queso first and she gladly obliged. It was a very hot day and she kept our drinks full. We will definitely be back.

We ordered the carnitas tacos, fresh guacamole, three house tequila shots, and a beer. While the food was okay, the portions were surprisingly small (barely any meat or avocado or rice) and didn't come close to justifying the cost. The guacamole was fresh, but overall the meal felt overpriced from start to finish. The biggest shock was the bill. We spent $67 for just one entrée, three house tequila shots, and one beer, which is hard to justify given the portion sizes and overall quality. The house tequila shots alone were $12.50 each, which felt excessive for house liquor. Service was also disappointing. Even before the restaurant became busy, everything moved slowly. To make matters worse, our server accidentally mixed up our receipt and initially charged us for another table's food. It created a lot of unnecessary confusion, and what bothered me most was that the mistake was handled rather casually. There wasn't much urgency or concern despite it being a significant billing error. The restaurant itself has a nice, modern atmosphere with comfortable booths, so I'll give credit where it's due. Unfortunately, the ambiance wasn't enough to make up for the overpriced food, small portions, slow service, and billing issues. Overall, I left feeling like I paid far more than the experience was worth. There are plenty of Mexican restaurants in Orlando that offer larger portions, better service, and much better value for the money. I won't be returning.

Disclaimer: this review is for the lunch buffet only…read more I went with my family to try the $18.49 all you can eat lunch buffet. This was my first time experiencing a buffet for hispanic food and for this price point in Orlando, this is an amazing value deal. The server regularly brought us out silverware, napkins, and refilled our water. The place is decorated very fun and plays latin music which was lovely Not only was there an unlimited assortment of lunch foods, but an entire bar of fresh toppings for tacos (or rice bowls) and made to order desserts which were included for free! Not everything on the buffet line was the best but given the amount of options, price, and how good the great items are this is still worth a five star rating. I unfortunately did not take pictures of the food before I began devouring everything in sight to the point of near-collapse, but I will do a quick rundown of the buffet highlights: The best meats were the fajita steak, chicken, and shrimp made fresh in cast iron skillets, as well as the chicken lengua which was super flavorful and tender. The mexican rice, beans, fajitas, plantains, and street corn were also excellent. Fresh quesadillas, chips, and corn tortillas on standby with homemade queso and salsas. The flan and mini churros were the best I've ever had. Super rich, decadent Carmel flan. Mini churros hot and crisp on the outside, filled with a gooey soft milk chocolate center. They were delicious. Items that were disappointing: the tamales, mini chicken flautas, and beef chimichangas were just okay, lacking the seasoning and flavor that other dishes had. The beef barbacoa was not as tender or flavorful as the shredded chicken surprisingly. The mixed seafood was itself a mixed bag with some shrimps / scallops overcooked to much while others were perfectly cooked. The chicken mole and beef tri tip were room temperature despite sitting on hot plates. The tri tip also varied widely in doneness throughout the slices and not super tender. The rice pudding was pretty standard, and the tres leches cake was weird as they crumbled the cake into pieces before soaking it.

That should probably tell you something. I started with the chips and green chile queso, and it was fantastic. The kind of queso where you tell yourself you're just going to have a little, and then suddenly you're scraping the bottom of the bowl wondering where it all went. For tacos, I went with a breakfast taco and the Republican, Trashy Style. The Republican is a brisket taco, and I replaced the lettuce with queso because apparently I have decided that vegetables are optional when there is queso available. That turned out to be an excellent decision. The food here is just excellent. Fresh, tasty, and absolutely bursting with flavor. Everything I'm looking for when I go out to eat. And yes, I know this is a quick-serve restaurant. But sometimes quick serve gets a bad rap.
