I would love to give them a higher score, but when we go, it takes 40 to 45 minutes to be seated. They have tons of empty seats, but they close half of the restaurant seating and only utilize the other half. San Bernardino's Chili's is the one who does this. We have to go to Fontana or Redlands Chili's when we want Chili's. This is the third time we have tried to eat here, and half of the restaurant is closed for seating. I had ordered some mozzarella sticks and they didn't come out too warm. The assistant manager and our waitress Arianna were so amazing. She was such a sweet girl !! They made sure we were satisfied with our meal and they did everything possible to make sure we didn't leave without our food being done to our liking. Upon ARRIVAL, a staff member saw us walk in and disregarded our EXISTENCE. We sat for 10minutes waiting to be addressed. Another family then arrives. We all wait 5-10more minutes and then the server took down their information before mine. After she had made eye contact with me when I initially arrived. Went out today for drinks, pretty disappointing. Service of 2, but when it came time for round 2 of drinks our server forgot about us I believe, the manager or shift leader came by and asked what our drink order was, and then never came back with drinks. Our server then comes after 20 minutes and says hey folks what would you like.... mind you he supposedly took our round 2 order, I said you took our order and pretty sure y'all forgot to put it in... now my wife ordered a margarita but was brought a whiskey old fashioned, at this point we just drank our 2nd round and paid the bill and left. Maybe one server should have more help if overwhelmed for lunch service. Very disappointed I was going to ask for a manager but at this point if we can't get drinks for 2 correct what's the point in letting them know. Poor service, dirty bar arrived and it was fairly busy but not slammed. We sat at the bar. The counter was dirty. We asked for a cloth to clean and was told by the bartender that she can't reach. Probably one of the worst Chili's I have been to. One of the people in our party ordered the steak and it was over done and the other person who was in our party their steak was cooked perfectly. Other than that the food was fine. Our biggest issue was the server. The server was so hard to locate every time we needed something. If he came around once to check up on us that was alot. Then when we were ready to pay our check. We had the biggest issue. The card reader on the machine didn't work. Then it was 3 separate orders and on mine he messed up. I got the 3 for $10 deal and had a coupon for free chips & salsa. So when he brought me my check everything in the 3 for $10 deal was separately charged for. I told him that yet he kept saying that when he took off the chips and salsa everything would be fixed. Needless to say it wasn't. Well it took me four times saying the same thing over and over for him to finally being me the correct check. Every time he did this he just gave one lame excuse after another. There was in own drinks and cold appetizers... however after leaving a review on their actual website.
