My family and I stopped here for dinner on our way home from a fun evening and we were very disappointed from the moment we walked in and should have turned around and left. The hostess did very little to welcome us and when speaking with us regarding our party size she never looked up at us. When seated our waiter Jake was friendly and attentive. My children ordered the kids pizza; one pepperoni and one cheese. They both arrived quickly and we soon figured out why. The kids pizzas are frozen and assumed to be heated in a microwave. My oldest son's pepperoni pizza was STILL FROZEN in the middle when he bit into it. Not until a few bites in did we ask him if it was hot and he said, no it's actually cold. When I felt it, it was frozen but the cheese appeared melted. We sent it back and Jake apologized. The pizza was replaced and the new one was hot. I made a comment to my husband that I hope our oldest son doesn't get sick from the frozen pizza. Well, at 2:40 am I was woken up by my oldest who had thrown up in his room and continued to throw up and have diarrhea the rest of the night and into the morning. All pizza. Just had lunch here and when our food was brought we realized that they put cheese on the burgers and we had said plain burger no cheese we asked the server about it and what she did was blue some air out of her mouth and rolled her eye, with an attitude. very unprofessional so she grabs my daughter's burger and takes it to the back brings them back throws it on the table and says no cheese...then I mentioned both burgers were wrong she only took care of one. I proceeded to speak to a manager. he was also as rude as she was didn't take care of anything. After a few minutes he came over my table and said he would be giving us 35% off my check for the inconvenience and for the disrespectful waitress. I replied to him I never asked for a discount I will pay for the other three meals but not mine because mine is wrong then he said oh no you're going to get 35% off but he decided to leave my whole meal which was $20 on there took off 35% off the whole check but never deducted my meal so in the end he gave me a $6 discount I asked them to remove my meal and add the 35% on top of the other one the remaining balance which was the three other meals that I purchased and he said no he took the discount off and my total went from $60 to $75. These people here don't care about customers all they care about is myself he went to state that he sent that employee home because of her misappropriate conduct but on our way out we bumped into her again and she smiled and just turned around. will never come back here again don't recommend this place to anybody I never write reviews only if they are extremely bad be aware of this Chili's should have stick to the one I always go to with great service in rancho Cucamonga. I would love to give them a higher score, but when we go, it takes 40 to 45 minutes to be seated. They have tons of empty seats, but they close half of the restaurant seating and only utilize the other half. San Bernardino's Chili's is the one who does this. We have to go to Fontana or Redlands Chili's when we want Chili's. This is the third time we have tried to eat here, and half of the restaurant is closed for seating. Tried Chilis for the first time and our waitress CHRISTINA really made us regret that decision. Worse service I have probably ever had. She decided to never check on us, give us faces the whole time, and basically ignore me when I asked her for the check. Completely unprofessional. Service of 2, but when it came time for round 2 of drinks our server forgot about us I believe, the manager or shift leader came by and asked what our drink order was, and then never came back with drinks. Probably one of the worst Chili's I have been to. One of the people in our party ordered the steak and it was over done and the other person who was in our party their steak was cooked perfectly. Other than that the food was fine. Our biggest issue was the server. The server was so hard to locate every time we needed something. If he came around once to check up on us that was alot. Then when we were ready to pay our check. We had the biggest issue. The card reader on the machine didn't work. Then it was 3 separate orders and on mine he messed up. I got the 3 for $10 deal and had a coupon for free chips & salsa. So when he brought me my check everything in the 3 for $10 deal was separately charged for. I told him that yet he kept saying that when he took off the chips and salsa everything would be fixed. Needless to say it wasn't. Well it took me four times saying the same thing over and over for him to finally being me the correct check. Every time he did this he just gave one lame excuse after another.
