Chili's was clearly the place to be on a Friday night--it was busy, but service was surprisingly quick and efficient. It had that classic Chili's energy with all the TVs around, it's a great spot to catch a game (we caught a baseball game). I finally tried the Triple Dipper and became obsessed with the Honey Chipotle flavor. Pro tip: if you're at Chili's, you have to get a margarita--it's basically a must. I order mine blended. Food-we came here after a Sunday morning dance workout. Tbh I wasn't really expecting much as the chilis by my home in Chula Vista was mid. The food here is stellar American food. The food was fresh and we ate it all up. I got the smokehouse combo and it was super bomb to your moms. Service -the customer service was stellar from the moment the two hosts open the doors, welcoming us to the restaurant. Christian was excellent and friendly. He offered suggestions and made ordering easy. We ultimately felt welcomed. Ambiance-the vibe was awesome. As I write this review, we're listening to Hall & Oates. I can't really put my finger on the vibe inside this place, but it is so awesome that I love it here the employees the music. This is only my 2nd time coming to Chili's but I was influenced from TT to get the triple dipper. I got the mozzarella sticks, honey chipotle chicken crispers and sliders! They were all very good! The mozzarella sticks are my favorite. Cheese pull 10000% satisfied! If you sign up for their rewards, you can get free chips and salsa. I also came between 3-6pm which is their happy hour. Happy hour only applies at the tables around the bar area. I got the triple trifecta cocktail! Overall, I'm looking forward to coming here again because they have really good and affordable deals! The food was great as always. The crispers were juice and flavorful. The Texas cheese fries were top notch and didn't disappoint. The mango lemonade was a little more on the lemon side so the mix probably just needed a little tweaking. Our server Kaitlyn was great. She interacted with us in a way that showed she valued us a customers. She was helpful with the drink issue and graciously replaced it without problem. I came here on my lunch break and was pleasantly surprised by how cheap their lunch menu is. For $15 you get a drink, meal, and chips and salsa. I ordered the Chipotle Fresh Mex Bowl. It comes with grilled chicken, pico de gallo, shredded lettuce, Mexican rice, corn salsa, guacamole, shredded cheese, tortilla strips, cilantro, drizzled with chipotle pesto, and house-made ranch. Great for sport fans, after work professionals and even family budget friendly. Decided to come for happy hour. There's plenty of parking in this plaza which is a plus. They have a few cool specials: -When football is on, happy hour is honored. -$10 lunch specials where you pick 3 items -margaritas of the month are only $6 -bottomless chips and salsa -Happy hour wings daily with Sat and Sun all day We got: -bottomless chips and salsa: It's for a fee but the chips are so thin, light and crispy! Chips are addicting but the salsa tastes like Pace. -8 piece wings: We got Buffalo flavor. I thought they were large and lightly breaded with great flavor. My fiancé had Hooter's the day before and he disagrees with me. -Triple dipper: We picked southwestern egg rolls which is always a must, big mouth bites which are sliders, and Nashville hot chicken crispers which are tenders. Well I am highly impressed, our dinner was delicious hot when served and we got it quickly. Our waitress was very attentive & we always had our drinks refilled never had to ask for one. Plus you can't beat the 3 for 10 deals, great price for a family of four. My only complaint would be the bathrooms need more attention for cleaning. read more

Went with my girls for happy hour, the drinks were actually really good..not strong but good...could get stronger but then again it is happy hour, our server was very polite and fast though she got my girlfriends drink but it did the job so we didn't really saying anything. Food is ok...chicken tenders were a bit dry... the nacho cheese well for one it's just all cheese, I would suggest not to get the nachos but the burgers were fire! And I can't forget the lava cake!! Had the worst experience at this Chili's tonight first, it took forever to get our drinks half of the people at the table had already finished their drinks before some of ours came then I ordered a hamburger asked for it to be just slightly pink in the middle it came raw. They took it back made another one that one came raw then instead of making it right they just threw it in the microwave and when I got it back still a little raw and the bun was burning hot dripping grease and soggy. My loaded mashed potatoes were tasty, they ran out of broccoli so subbed it for grilled asparagus, they were okay. For a what is probably for just a limited time, Chili's has done the unbelievable during the Age of Inflation...for $11 you can get a hearty burger and fries, soup and salad, and soft drink. I also paid an extra $2.50 for a Bud Light instead of the soda cause Bud Light was so daring in having a transgender endorsement and lost millions, maybe billions, because of it. I opted for the Baked Potato Soup appetizer...which was quite large, thick, and filling considering the price. I expected a little itty bitty cup, but got decent sized bowl. The bacon cheeseburger was FANTASTIC! I think this special deal was going to be a smaller burger, but the thing was huge, juicy, meaty, and moist with nice crispy bacon. This location is right off Highway 8 with easy access back on Highway 8 East/West & Highway 15!! Located near Home Depot, Starbucks and Soapy Joes... Have been to this location a handful of times, first time today at the actual bar rea. We were celebrating a friend and came in this time for a "quick" drink. To our luck, with a line out the door we walk in to empty seats at the bar - enough for the 5 of us! Wohoo! Other times, depending in when you come here the wait can vary, but if you are not picky get quicker service at the bar area (first come first served). This Chilis is setup just like most locations, this location is clean and staff has always been friendly no matter how busy or slow. The food quality I've come to expect has not wavered. I have been getting takeout for family gatherings here for years. Today, when I ordered a family favorite -- 32 chicken wings with celery, carrots and ranch dressing for $38 -- I was shocked to see the price had gone up to $50! This is not a 10 percent increase. This is a 31 percent increase. It is now DOUBLE THE COST of what it was in summer 2022. I cancelled my order and went elsewhere. $90 lost for Chili's, at least. I sympathize with restaurants, but this was a kick in the stomach, and certainly does not bode well for any decision the chain running this restaurant makes going forward. Boo. read more

I ordered mine without the bun and should have stopped eating it halfway through, but it was so good that I ate the whole thing and then just only ate a few fries (which I took home). Our server was in training and I wish I would have got her name because she did an excellent job. I had mentioned when we placed our order that we were gonna place an order to go and that came out pretty quickly after we paid our check. It was still nice and hot when we got home, he said his double burger was juicy and delicious and he tore it up. We would definitely be going back. All of our food only came out to $47.
