We were greeted immediately and our server was very prompt and nice. The interior is pretty basic chain restaurant- you know what you're getting. Our seats were ripped and in need of repair, but not uncomfortable. We ordered the white queso and chips, and split a 3 item bbq tray. Queso was decent - reminded me of velveeta. Need to eat it quick or it gets a skin. Tray was also good. We got chicken tenders, brisket quesadillas, and ribs. It came with fries that were good but overly salted, toast which was yummy and mexican street corn that definitely isn't mexican street corn Overall, a decent visit for a chain restaurant. One thing I didn't like - when originally seated, the booth was right next to large mirrors. I don't know about you but I don't really wanna see myself eating the whole time. We asked to move

Honestly been to surrounding chilis and always been disappointed with the quality of food. I usually just go for the cheap drinks to watch the games. First time going into the Smyrna Chilis location and it was clean for what i seen. Sat at the bar with my fiancé and service was good and attentive. We ordered the smokehouse combo, some beers and a triple dipper appetizer. Everything came in a timely matter. Surprisingly everything, but the ribs was, cooked well and delicious. Certainly far better than the Murfreesboro locations in my opinion. If i were to be in town again, I'd definitely go again. -Ultimate Smokehouse combo- Crispy nashville hot chicken crispers, half order of dry rub BBQ ribs, chicken bacon ranch quesadillas, street corn and fries. Enjoyed the flavor of the nashville hot chicken crispers. Not super sweet and had a small amount of heat. I was recommended the dry rub ribs with sauce on the side by the bartender. Unflavorful dry rub, and pretty dry rib as well. The bbq sauce helped it , but couldn't save it unfortunately. Maybe the sauced one would be better next time. The quesadillas were very good and filling. Street corn was full of flavor. And last the fries were cooked/seasoned well! -Triple dipper- Big mouth bites, fried mozzarella, southwestern eggrolls. The fried mozzarella had an amazing cheese pull! Fried very well. Big mouth bites were actually juicy, not dry like most bite sized burgers. And the southwestern eggrolls, did not disappoint! I was surprised how good these items were.

Well done crunchy patties. These were supposed to be medium.

Beyond disappointed! I ordered a double burger and fries, to go. I picked it up, and received the text that my food was ready after I picked it up. The burger was cooked well done but I ordered it with pink showing. It was so done that it crunched when I bit into it... not kidding. The one tomato on the burger was near 50% smaller than the size of the burger, it was cooked, and soggy. The lettuce was wilted and cooked as well. There was nothing enjoyable about this double burger, and the fries were not hot either. Chili's Smyrna, you earned this one star.

We were doing a bit of real estate research today and happened to be near the town of Smyrna. We decided to get some lunch and we thought we would try Chili's. It was a Sunday at about 12:15 PM and the place was not too busy, however things got busier quickly. We were seated immediately and our waitress was very nice. We started off with two bloody Mary cocktails and they were very good. They had nice flavor and just enough Vodka to cheer us up. I wasn't all that hungry so I poked around their menu a bit before deciding on my order. I chose Shrimp tacos and my wife ordered a Southwest Chicken salad. We were served relatively quickly by a kitchen food runner. I appreciate that because your food doesn't sit on a shelf waiting for your server to notice it. Our first impression was......wow! The presentation of both dishes was excellent. Everything looked fresh and both the salad and the tacos were loaded with delicious ingredients. I was very surprised because I was not expecting everything to look so good. My wife loved her salad and she said it was quite delicious. My tacos were excellent also. Like I said, everything was very fresh, the shrimp was flavored well and very tasty. All of the other taco ingredients were very tasty too. The food.....excellent. That was our very first trip to Chili's and after that experience, it won't be the last. I am not all that easy to please. In my opinion they did an excellent job. Our thanks to the chef, our server and the management for a job well done.

We originally were sat at a smaller four-person table right by the roll up windows towards the front of the restaurant, and the draft was so intense, we were freezing even with jackets on. We asked to be seated somewhere else, which they did (although that spot wasn't much better), and placed another couple at the original table. Within minutes they had the same issue... bundling up, switching seats around, etc. our waitress seemed on the younger side, and maybe even new. But she appeared visibly confused with just about every request we had. Her response was usually "uhhhh..... okay" followed by us getting wrong drinks/food. The food overall was decent. The chicken tenders were juicy and crispy and the ranch was great. Their fries were delicious. It likely wouldn't be my first choice in picking a place to eat, but I do believe it deserves a second chance. I'll be going back when it's warmer to hopefully have a different experience.

This cheesesteak is everything it's supposed to be--thinly sliced steak, perfectly seasoned, cooked right on the flat-top until it's tender with just the right amount of crisp. The American cheese melts into the meat, not just sitting on top but wrapping every bite in that creamy, salty goodness that makes a true Philly cheesesteak legendary. The roll matters, and this one delivers: soft on the inside, slightly crusty on the outside, sturdy enough to hold all that juicy steak without falling apart. The texture was dense, dry, and crumbly--more like cornbread than the soft, fluffy, melt-in-your-mouth pancakes I was expecting. They lacked the moist, buttery richness I personally look for in a great pancake. To be fair, that may be their intended style, but it wasn't what I had hoped for. The staff was accommodating, and I exchanged the pancakes for scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, and seasoned potatoes. That plate was much more enjoyable. The eggs were fluffy, the potatoes were nicely seasoned with a good crisp on the outside, and the turkey sausage was a solid choice. I also sampled the Turkey Sausage Biscuits & Gravy. The dish was comforting and satisfying, but it could have benefited from a little more seasoning. A touch more sage in the sausage would have added the savory depth that makes biscuits and gravy truly memorable. One of the highlights of the meal was the fresh juice selection. The Morning Meditation was refreshing with a bright blend of orange, lemon, turmeric, ginger, beet, and agave. The lavender drink was equally delicious, light, floral, and refreshing without being overpowering. If you're visiting First Watch, I highly recommend trying one of their fresh juices. Overall, while the Lemon Ricotta Pancakes missed the mark for me, the fresh juices, eggs, potatoes, and turkey sausage made for a pleasant brunch experience. I'd gladly return and explore more of their savory breakfast offerings.
