Our crew had an amazing experience with wonderful service for a birthday celebration! Despite our extremely large group, no food order was forgotten and everything came out pretty quickly. Chili's is such an underrated eating experience. I got the pick 3 deal: an appetizer, entree, and drink for something like 12.99. The server was so sweet too! She told me the marg of the month was included in the pick 3 deal! That makes this deal even better. Food is solid american-style bar food. Also the portions are huge, can definitely get at least 2 meals out of one entree. I really enjoyed my chicken sandwich, it was fresh, super crispy and had a good seasoning on it. First time at this location, and masks are requested. We were escorted at our seats, and our waiter came to take our order. I had steak and shrimp fajitas, no pico or guacamole. I don't eat much rice, so I requested mashed potatoes. They were cold and not great. I didn't eat them. I ate the majority of the shrimp and steak. I ordered a sweet corn as well. My husband had the Turkey club, and fries. He also ordered a beer. He also had a side salad, with his meal. We ordered at the beginning the salsa and chips. I showed the waiter that it was free and he said ok. My husband paid for the meal and didn't see we were charged. Once I got home, I was reading my email and saw the receipt. The Chili's chain seems to have not changed in many years, from the decor inside to their wonderful chips and salsa. I usually don't rave about a chain restaurant, especially a Mexican American one, BUT I love their super thin chips, and the salsa is so smooth with a little bit of spice. I also ordered their Guacamole which was a huge portion that the whole table shared. There were chunks of Avocado within the creamy, well flavored mix. We also ordered a children meal for my grandson, and I feel that they have a very healthy menu with many fruit and veggie options. The kids grilled chicken was not salty or spicy, and it was cut into kid sized finger portions, and the mandarin oranges were plentiful and not soaked in syrup. Our service was excellent, and they have a tablet on the table for credit card payment as well as other uses for the tablet. Feeling nostalgic today we decided to go to Chili's after years if not going. I was craving a Presidente Strawberry Margarita and some skillet queso with Chips. If I could give it no stars or negative stars I would idk why I gave this place another try looking at the most recent reviews, not only did we have to ask for refills on our drinks , our appetizers didn't come with half of the toppings that were supposed to be on it , the smoke house combo came out like it was made that morning and they just tossed it in the microwave to warm it up, the fajitas steak, chicken and shrimp were so over done they were rubbery, so I asked them to take my smoke house combo off our bill and bring me white queso, guacamole and salsa and chips that took 20 minutes and the sent out 2 beef and cheese queso and salsa and the waiter that took the order brought it out and was shocked it was wrong , so now I'm annoyed I ask for both smokehouse combo and the dip trio with chips to be taken off my bill and I would like the check he said if your paying with your card use the machine on the table and you can ring out there bit now I have 2 checks one for what we did eat, and one for what they took off but if I don't pay both it won't let me ring out , so I asked for a manager, he has to find the waiter to figure out what he did to the bills and then brings me a paper receipt no pen , then I finally get my waiter to get me a pen and he has to go find a pen needless to say we will never be back this place is run by teenagers and restaurants was overall not well kept many chairs are broken ,floors are very dirty and in desperate need of deep clean and the were nats or flies everywhere! read more

Overall, a really solid Chili's. This is a great place to grab some food and drinks before or after a Bucs or USF game. That being said, it does get busy so make sure to get there early if you want to grab a seat. I've been here quite a few times, they do have good happy hour specials but I find their BOGO margaritas to be too sugary and have little to no alcohol. I prefer the Presidente Margarita, which can sometimes be served in a plastic cup if they run out of glasses. For food, we usually get the 2 for $25, with Awesome Blossom Petals, Honey Chipotle Crispers and cheesecake. Last time we got the Triple Dipper with the Big Mouth Bites, Honey Chipotle Crispers, and Crispy Cheddar Bites. Food is always pretty good and typical of what you'd expect from a Chili's. Service has always been great as well. Sometimes they do get really busy, so the servers get a little overwhelmed, but they try their best.
