The order was the dinner for two included main course, appetizer , 2 sides and 1 desert to split. For $25 it was a good price for $25 delivered it was a great price and we didn't even have to leave the house. Fast service, great meal and good price. Chili's gets more and more overpriced every time I go in there. Seriously. It's getting a little out of hand. Especially when I can turn the corner, hit any other corporate giant and find basically the exact same menu for three or four dollars cheaper. My advice would be this: Unless you are going in for Chili's ribs (which I've never had, but heard a super good)- don't go to Chili's. You're better off making food at home, anyway. If you're in TC, and want to find a good place to eat, drive downtown, find Bubba's, and have one of the burgers, or the flaming potato pizzeta. Or, drive to Poppycock's or TraVino, or anywhere other than this place, because really, you're just not getting you money's worth here. read more

After having the chilis in Grand Rapids I realized this is the best chilis I have ever been to. Our waiter was awesome. The margarita was amazing. Chicken strips were fresh, juicy and not overly greasy and the cheese curds were the best I ever had. read more

Got to the restaurant to pick up my order & sat there for over 20 minutes (with my food sitting on the shelf beside me) before I was able to flag someone down to get my order. Best part about my dinner was the coffee, which was never refilled until I stopped another server and asked for some. Overpriced for medicore food and service. The fried pickles are terrible. If i could rate it zero i would. I love chilis, i travel a lot, its my go to, on the road. I was at the bar, some terrible chick from Montana bar tending. Twice refilling my beer, stopped and fixed cocktails by other customers, before pouring me a draft beer. I ordered nachos with chicken and guac to go. This is what i received . $12 for this crap. Terrible, i will go somewhere else the next 6 months i am here. Last week, i had great service and normal chilis quality. Too many people standing around. We go to Chili's often with our family of 5 and the service is great and the food is even better! Given that we don't normally go when they are busy our waters are always filled and the food doesn't take too long. If you look at the back of the menu there is a 2 meals for $25 that comes with appetizer, meals, and a desert, which is a good deal to us. Therefore Chili's is a good deal, has good service, great food, for great prices. read more

I've been to Chili's from the East Coast to the West Coast & in between. Tonight I visited the Chili's in Traverse City. It wasn't very busy, maybe 6 tables seated in the whole restaurant. Our server was nice but seemed a bit overwhelmed. I had a free queso so we ordered that & it came to the table luke warm! Yuk! But we decided to just eat it anyway until I found a piece of chicken in it! I told our server. She apologized, said she'd get us a new one & take it off our bill. It was free so...nothing to take off the bill. We got the second skillet of queso, again barely warm. It was also really grainy & gloppy probably cause it wasn't heated properly. We didn't eat any of it! By this time my water glass had been empty for about 15 mins. By the time our food came we were shivering because of the freezing temp. Heard another table complain about how cold it was too!! Our food came & I finally got my water cup refilled. My burger obviously didn't just come off the grill. It looked like it had been sitting on the grill for a while, dry not juicy. We asked for to go containers for our food & we left. Our server was nice but the whole place just seemed understaffed & there was no desire to put out quality food. I wouldn't recommend going to this Chili's. read more

Service was good until we got our food. The chicken crispers felt like rubber and they didn't look right. Got broccoli as a side with the steak. The broccoli didn't smell right, I know broccoli usually doesn't smell great but this wasn't right. It was also barely cooked. Cut a piece of broccoli in half and there was mold inside. When we told the waiter he responded with "there's no mold in that broccoli" and walked away. He sent the manager over and she gave us a different side instead and comped that meal. This was very nice of the manager and she didn't have to do that. We had a problem with the waiter after the broccoli situation. He never came back to the table once after that. We were all drinking alcohol, didn't ask once if we needed a refill, didn't ask if any of us needed a box. Didn't even bring us our check. We had to ask the manager for a box. Now today 3/4 of the people I went with are sick. 10/10 would not recommend Traverse City Chili's‍ read more

Came here last night to pick up a takeout order. Was greeted with a quick side glance of "what can I do for you" while the bartender continued to stare at the computer. Upon leaving was handed my food without so much as a "thank you". Got home to find out my guacamole appetizer didn't include chips and the lid on the black beans had not been on all the way so they were spilled everywhere. We went in at 8:30 pm on a Friday night. The restaurant didn't have many people in it. We waited long periods of time for our server, drinks, appetizer and dinner. Spent most of the night waiting. The table next to us also had problems as the manager was delivering food and they were comped a free desert for their mishap. Our server wouldn't write down our order and forgot several things. No salt on our margaritas and he forgot our corn. Server blamed the bartender for no salt on the glasses and said, "I'll make sure there is salt on the next round". What if I only wanted one? The second one came with salt but no lime or ice! The server blamed the cook for no corn. We requested additional shells for fajitas and they didn't come until I waived another employee down however by then the food was cold. If he would have written it down he could have checked to make sure we had everything at the same time. No accountability or apology only diverting blame on others. There was no follow up to see if we wanted desert or additional drinks, only a new person dropping off the bill. A lost opportunity for additional revenue. Crappy service, food and attitude! It should NOT have taken an hour to get our food! So disappointed!!! What happened to customer service and quality of food? I hate even giving this a one star as it deserves a negative! read more

today's experience at chili's was not good or acceptable we understand that they are short staffed but still having bad service when it not very busy, hair in out food, cobwebs on the window sills, dirty floors and dusty surfaces, just not acceptable. we had so many dirty dishes on our table, we had to wait 5 minutes for 2 straws and we had to ask another server with a arm sling for some silverware. not sure if we're ever coming back. read more

I don't know why I keep going back to this place. One time I went here with my fiancé and had ordered a chicken Caesar salad. When the waitress brought it out the romaine leaves were brown! I couldn't believe that she thought it was ok to bring it out to me like that. I told her about it and she said they'd gladly make me a new one which took 20 minutes and by that time my fiancé was almost done with his meal so I told her I won't be needing it anymore. Fast forward 8 months we decide to give it another try. My fiancé got a ribs entree when the ribs came out it tasted like it was microwaved. There were parts that were hot and cold we made the waiter aware of this and all he said was yes we microwaved it but didn't offer to reheat it or anything. My wife and I went to the Traverse City location today for lunch. The food was very good but, the place is run down and filthy. Dust and cob webs hanging all over, the tops of the lights over the tables were absolutely gross. The walls of the booths were gross and the tables are grouted tile and there is years of crud in the grout. We won't be back and I'm surprised the place is still in business just from the cleanliness. The wait staff was very nice and attentive and as mentioned the food was great. I hope the back of the house pays more attention to cleanliness then the front does. read more

Best kids menu in town, according to my 7 year old son! The kids meal includes a drink which makes it a great deal compared to other local restaurants we have been to. The whole menu has a variety of items to choose from. You could get a burger, ribs, salad, tacos or even enchiladas. Best salsa and best chips I've ever had, anywhere. read more

My husband and I have been out to dinner at Chili's twice...The first time was the BOMB! the second time it was a little rough, but that wont stop us from getting our eat on! Matt (the manager) was very helpful and kind. We will recommend Chili's to anyone! We love the baby back ribs! read more
