Steak was tender and perfectly cooked. Broccoli was also good. My favorite was the baked potato soup. It was hearty and hot and scrumptious. I could make a meal of it. The children actually was crispy as advertised. Service was friendly but inattentive. Starters came after the entrees. I had to request sugar twice. I had to request a spoon to stir the iced tea. I've been coming to this Chilis for so long and it never disappoints. For this visit, we got the Triple Dipper with Big Mouth Bites, Mozzarella Sticks and Honey Chipotle Crispers and this was shared between two people. We also got the endless chips and salsa and although these two things are technically appetizers, they're very filling and sooooo delicious!!! The street style corn is a must!! It's very flavorful and the cilantro adds a great taste. To drink, I got a shirley temple and it was delicious! Perfect amount of grenadine and I was extra happy that they gave me cherries. The service was amazing!! Our waitress was very attentive and met all of our needs. The ambiance was very relaxed and the only reason I have 4/5 stars is because the building is sort of outdated and could use a little remodeling. My friend got a gift card for Chili's. So we headed over here yesterday for an early dinner. Funny how we both chose the light grilled chicken salad. Funny how this salad was such a distasteful treat in both of our opinions. First of all, the salad consists of a plate of bagged lettuce, topped with plain chunks of chicken breast, and three slices of avocado and a ton of greasy corn chips. Of course, there's dressing and a picante sauce, which we both requested on the side. as you can tell from the picture half of my lettuce was rotten for $15. You would think they could throw in a couple of other ingredients, but that is not the case. My girlfriend also asked the waitress if she could speak with the manager after waiting 20 minutes we never got a manager and had to request the bill. Added myself to the waitlist. First in like and I would be sat by 6:40-6:50, it's 7:11 and still waiting. When I arrived with my party the host had no clue what was going on, she was biting her cuticles. I informed her we were on the waitlist and checking in. She informed me that they had no tables but she could add me to the waitlist. I thanked her and informed her I was on the waitlist already, she became frustrated and stated she could add me to the waitlist and I showed her we were already in the waitlist. She rolled her eyes and stated I just saw you're on the waitlist. We have now been waiting over 20 minutes and she sat a larger party on a high table. It is Chili's. If you haven't ever been to a Chili's they serve Tex-Mex BBQ style food similar to Applebee's with a bit more of a Southwest flavor. That out of the way this location has some issues with its service. This is the closest Chili's to our house, and we often debate whether we want to drive across town to not have to deal with the service issues. On top of the service the parking is an issue here as well. Outside of that the food is what you expect from this chain, and they are friendly, but if you want quick this is not your stop. read more

Originally was going to leave 2 stars but manager made it better! What's the point of having a waitlist when the hostess tells you it's going to be a long wait. But the restaurant is pretty dead. I understand sections being closed off but, multiple open tables in areas where people are seated and there is a long wait?! My waitlist says I am number 1 in line but, the hostess seems to be rude and could careless what position someone is in for the waitlist. There seems to be plenty of waiters/waitresses for the areas that are open so I don't know why we are still waiting so long?! We showed up here for Father's Day and it wasn't as busy as we were expecting. Our server was very attentive and made sure we never had an empty glass. We had the chicken Caesar salad, bacon Burger, and of course the fajitas. The Burger was cooked medium well and was still extremely juicy and flavorful. I have come to this place a few times now, and unfortunately, I found some aspect of the experience, (i.e. the accuracy of my orders, the quality of their service) bad each time around. While I got the fiesta chicken, they gave me the street corn (which costs $1 more), rather than the regular corn. OK, I said, this happens, no harm no foul. The second time I came here, I ordered a burger, corn, and coleslaw. The burger was not cooked like I had ordered it, and the coleslaw was running all over the container that they gave me. It was disgusting. In addition to that, they accidentally gave me alcohol instead of my iced tea. Not sure what was going on there. When I asked them to redo the burger, they took 20 minutes, and didn't do anything to rectify it, like refund me. I said OK, it is a Friday night, and during a pandemic. I may try again. The third time around, I ordered curbside delivery. I ordered the cajun chicken w/pasta, cheesecake, and a drink. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting for more than a 30 minutes for my food. When I realized how long it was, I called them up and was informed that my meal was ready and waiting for me, and that I needed to go inside to pick it up. I asked them what the point of curbside delivery was, and explained that I didn't have a mask. It was then, that I lost my patience, and demanded a refund. Fool me once, shame on you. Called to make a reservation and was put on the list with an hour wait by the hostess Elise. When we arrived I checked in with Elise to let her know we were there and would be waiting outside. Elise stated it would be at least another 30 minutes like she stated on the phone. I told her I understood but just wanted to let her know we were here. After waiting another 45 minutes I went in to check the status of our reservation. Elise informed me they were unable to seat anyone at this time as the kitchen had shut down to catch up. I then asked why we were not informed prior as we had let her know we would be waiting outside. Elise just said that the kitchen was shut down and they would not be seating anyone. I have never heard of a restraint shutting down their kitchen and refusing to seat guests with little to no care for their customers. Elisa had a horrible attitude and lack of customer care. Is there a lack of good management or just poor hiring decisions for a customer focus? Pretty typical of a chain restaurant, I wasn't too busy the service was OK could've been a little faster saying that there weren't many people in the restaurant at the time. I ordered the spicy chipotle chicken crispers I must say they were very tasty I'm happy to say that they gave me a side of the sauce that way I can smother my chicken crispers the way I like them. My friends and i went to Chilis yesterday, we arrived at 6:15pm. Apparently it there was no seating so they sat us on the bar side, which was fine with us. As we sat down our server came over (older white male) right from the start he was rude, inconsiderate, and in my eyes a racist. The reason im saying he was racist is because Im Black and my friends are white. He was only being rude to me and treated me differently. Ordering was slow, food came out at different times, drinks and "bottomless" appetizers were left unfilled and with bottoms showing, respectively. Worse was that the ribs were basically bones held together with a bare minimum of meat. "Bony meat crisps" is a more appropriate name that "baby back ribs". My wife had the soup and salad. The soup was more melted cheese, which is cool if you like that. But three of us had indigestion after eating. At least the Oreo Lava Cake was a bit redeeming. read more

I had high hopes bringing my family here for dinner. I visited before but with co-workers during lunch. When we walked in, there was no one to greet us. After 2 employees walked past us, we were finally greeted by the host. The restaurant was half full. So I expected pretty prompt service. I don't have exact time but it seemed longer than usual for our waiter to come introduce himself. He was kind. The food was ok. Nothing spectacular but better than a fast food place. A tad salty for my personal taste buds. The restaurant is dirty! I realized this halfway through my meal. The menus and tables were sticky. The "fancy" tablet on the table had food splattered all around. I noticed the kitchen coming back from the restroom and shut my mouth trying to avoid throwing up in my mouth.
