Dined Friday at 4pm. After visiting Shoshone Falls & Perrine Bridge we had dinner here. Haven't ate at Chili's in years. We sat at the bar because that's the only place their are plug ins for chargers. We were greeted right away by bartender Bobby. He was friendly and attentive. We had a really good experience at this Chili's location the other day. We stopped in to make a to-go order and we were really impressed by the staff. They opened the door for us and the young lady who took our order was super friendly and helpful. There was a really nice vibe inside. It didn't take too long for our order to be ready either which was great. The packaging on the food was excellent. Where we live, our takeout always comes in these bulky plastic containers and here they used paper products that were still very sturdy and did the job without creating all the waste. I really appreciated that. The food itself was also very good, with the exception of the chips. Where we live, the chips are super light and delicate, and at this location the chips seemed more like a bag of tortilla chips you would buy in a grocery store. However, that was the only disappointment. As I said, the food was really good and seasoned much better than we typically get it. I would definitely recommend this particular Chili's, but maybe pass on the chips and salsa and get the chicken enchilada soup as an app instead. read more

We stopped in Twin Falls to rest from our road trip and was delighted to see a Chilis since we're from Texas. We ordered DoorDash and when we received our order to our dismay this is what we saw. Two measly chicken crispers that were hard, cold and low par. We didn't even eat them. If you've ever ordered from Chilis you know the egg rolls are supposed to be sliced in half but ours were whole, I guess someone got lazy. The guacamole and chips were the best part of our order which says enough. This is by far the worst Chilis we have ever ordered from and had we read the reviews prior I could have seen why. When I called to let them know, the gal I talked to said she could get a couple of coupons from the manager if I wanted - which would mean another 10 miles driving - no thanks! (Beverage, side and entree) After living in Oklahoma & Texas for 20+ years, I miss the lack of this restaurant now that I am living in the Seattle area. I sat at the bar and enjoyed fast attentive service throughout my lunch. The portion of margarita chicken was huge and I opted to leave a portion of the beans, rice and tortilla chips on my plate. I generally enjoy Chilis in other locations. I especially love the chips and salsa. I have eaten at this location plenty of times, enough to know that it has gone far down hill. They recently tried to revive it a little with a "renovation". The atmosphere really isn't better looking. This location feels dirty. The bathrooms are awful. Service over the years has been up and down but the last couple of times have been worse than ever. My family of 5 visited this week. We walked in around 3 pm. The restaurant was mostly dead. There were probably 5 other tables with guests. We were all seated, left with menus and never spoken to again. I saw a total of 6 employees, besides the hostess, during the 15 minutes we gave them to engage with us. None of them said hello, or looked in our direction. They all spent time cleaning tables, bringing food, taking orders and talking with each other. Absolutely no acknowledgment that we were there. I would have settled for I'll be right with you but we didn't even get that. Needless to say that we left and won't be returning to this Chilis. read more

The staff did a good job of setting us at a table with little traffic. The food was delish as usual. I'd have to say I probably had the worst experience here than any other restaurant I've ever been to. I consider myself an easy going guy, and it takes a lot to be really disappointed. A lot of my reviews are positive and I can be understanding of a lot of mistakes. However, this place exceeded my patience. It took about 45 minutes for the three of us to get our main dish. The appetizer took a while as well. In addition, we had asked for a refill of chips and water and it took a long time. You might think they were busy, but there were very few people there at that time. We could see the waitress in a booth chatting with various customers (possibly) and rarely coming over to check on us. So even after waiting just to get ahold of our waitress we had to wait even longer to get what we asked for. By the time I got my main dish, it was cold, but my friend's food was hot. I had a pasta dish and it was clear that the sauce had congealed. I did report this to a manager and they did cook me a new hot meal and credited me the cost and offered a complimentary dessert. But we didn't want to wait any longer for after being there for an hour and a half. Even after we had talked to the manager there was significant delay in getting drinks, chip refills, and just asking for the check. I was frustrated and being credited the meal didn't make up for the extended wait that continued to occur even after talking to the manager. I hope they are able to correct this with training, but I have to mark them poorly for now. read more

Wow I was kind of surprised to log in to give this Chiliis a harsh review to find a 2 star average over the 50 reviews. It would seem we were not alone. First off we went in at 3:00 in a Sunday afternoon for a late lunch. The restaurant was basically empty as would be expected. The hostess was nice seated us. Our server was nice and took our order. Then the waiting game began. 5 of us, mixed food items. It took about 40 min to get our food. Then most of it had to go back. Cold fries, over cooked steak, cold tortillas on tacos. Etc etc. Later while we waited for a new steak and fries. Also very slow. When asked why things were so slow. Our server simply said. I just take out the food. When the steak showed up hand delivered by the manager. No apologies were offered and no explanation of why things were so slow or wrong. Clearly the problem is systemic and started from the top down. Come on corporate time for a new manager and some vibrant training. Not going back till we see a "under new management" sign. read more

It has been awhile since we've been to a Chili's, we (four of us) ordered the Cajun shrimp and Cajun chicken pasta and it was a blob of cheese, we asked the waitress and told her that this is not a Cajun past and she really didn't care. I gave it a 3 1/2 stars rather than 4. We waited about 10-15 minutes in the bar area (during happy hour to get their half off drink specials. There were 2 other tables as well). We asked for drinks- and as he walked away we asked for appetizers. About 10 minutes later- we pulled a separate waitress aside an asked for appetizers. Within 3 minutes we had them. She also brought us water- as our waiter was ignoring us. We arrived at at 5:30 and we got drinks and appetizers at 6:30. By 7:50 we had our main meals (we got the 2 for 22.00 deal). I am a huge fan of Chili's and I have been in some great locations and bad. This experience was "meh". We waited for awhile to even be seated. Long enough that the person in line behind us, said "This doesn't bode well." It made me laugh. Once seated our food took longer than normal to be brought to the table. We only ordered fried food to speed up our trip. But, that didn't work. The fries were almost cold, chicken tenders were good, and we weren't checked on enough to get refills on our drinks. My family and i ate here this afternoon. I ordered the spicy shrimp tacos. When I took a bite I found a giant piece of plastic in my meal. They brought out new ones that had maybe 4 pieces of shrimp in them and had barely anything in them. To add insult to injury, they then charged us full price for the meal. I would have been fine had I recieved a simple apology from a manager or even the server. They also brought all of our food out at different times and by the time my son got his food, everyone else had finished their meal. We entered at 4 to a mostly empty restaurant but it still took 5 minutes for an employee to even acknowledge we were in the building, 3 of them walked by trying their best to avoid eye contact. Once seated we again had to wait but that gave me plenty of time to soak in the ambiance. I've never been in chills this messy used napkins and balled up sugar packets were all over the floor. The table two down from us was empty when we came in but never had its dishes bussed while we were there. The food was ok I've had better at other chili's but I've had worse.
