The food here is nasty! I ordered a bacon burger and the meat was raw in the middle. I spoke with Adam the manager regarding the issue and to send me another burger, but he wasn't willing to serve me another one. He said, " oh that's not raw meat, it's just the blood in the middle." As others have mentioned the service here is painfully slow. We entered at 4 to a mostly empty restaurant but it still took 5 minutes for an employee to even acknowledge we were in the building, 3 of them walked by trying their best to avoid eye contact. Once seated we again had to wait but that gave me plenty of time to soak in the ambiance. I've never been in chills this messy used napkins and balled up sugar packets were all over the floor. The table two down from us was empty when we came in but never had its dishes bussed while we were there. The food was ok I've had better at other chili's but I've had worse. My order was wrong but since it was a burger I decided to just eat it rather then wait another 20 minutes. In early September my boyfriend and I went here for dinner. The service and food were great. We enjoyed playing the trivia game at the table. Last Saturday night a group of 6 of us returned. It was busy but we were seated right away. Our food came out timely and our server was attentive and nice. The prices are just right. There was a snaffoo and some of our tacos did not have avocado on them. We were told they were out but offered guacamole as a replacement. A few minutes after the guac was brought she returned with a plate of avocado! She apologized for the mix up. We thought it was funny. She gave us a complimentary dessert to share. It was huge. And when I informed Ilene (my server) that my table was ready to place our orders she literally screamed at me "RIGHT NOW IM SERVICING ANOTHER TABLE" the other customers in the restaurant looked over towards the commotion. We went to Chillis in Twin Falls Idaho today to get lunch. A Resturant we go to often. After we were seated we did not see a server for 20 min. I finally talked to the hostess and she got our waitress. After giving her our order it took another 20 min to get our drinks and chips and salsa. After waiting 20 more minutes and watching two people that came in after us get there food and have time to eat it. I walked into the bar and asked to talk to the manager. After waiting over an hour we finally talked to a manager. He didn't seem to have any idea what was going on. We had to cancel our order. And leave hungry. My wife and daughter have never left a restaurant before. This was the worst service I have ever had. You should not seat people if you can't serve them. I would first like to state that I previously went to this location approximately 6 months ago service was horrible and I repeat horrible but I thought today I will give them a second chance and the benefit of the doubt and apparently service status has remained the same. Unfortunately and I hate to use my raise as a factor but I believe by being an African American male attending this location has became quite a disturbance for them. Nothing I repeat nothing of my order was displayed to my table in fact when my order came as I was under the impression as well as they were under the impression that I would be dining in my order was placed to go. Amenities that is clearly on the menu was not placed in my to-go order. The general manager Tyler was highly unprofessional and which he kicked me out. I strongly recommend that no one supports this location . I am a great fan of Chili's as I always eat there in my hometown however it is definitely something internally wrong with this location and it needs to be investigated to the fullest. read more

This Chili's has to be the worse one I've have been to. I did have a special order of half order ribs with salt and pepper and changed my side to broccoli with cheese and bacon like the loaded fries appetizer. I've done this order at multiple chili's locations but this was the worse. My server was very nice; however I waited an hour for my half rack of ribs and loaded broccoli! The ribs had no flavor at all and was dry. The broccoli was the most terrible of all. They literally put raw broccoli on a plate (not the cast iron skillet like usual) and barely melted the cheese and just topped with bacon. I asked to have it cooked more which took about 20 more minutes. By the time the broccoli got back to me I had finished what I could eat of the ribs. The wait for food was horrible. I tried to complete a survey on the table kiosk but if you take to long to complete it just disappears and you are unable to complete. Sadly, I will not be going to this Chili's establishment. Trust the one star reviews from previous posts on here. This is by far the worst chili's I've eaten at. I ordered a half rack of ribs and brisket and took one bite of the brisket and spit it out. Old, hard and crunchy meat on an over salted piece of toast! The ribs were not good either but I picked through the fat and ate what i could. My gf had the potato soup and I ended up finishing that up for her so I didn't leave hungry. For $36 I expect edible food. read more

Stopped in for late lunch with a party of 4. Service was surprisingly fast. We were seated promptly. Food variety was good. Portions were generous. Food quality was middle of the road, but not to die for. I love their chips and salsa, but chips are pretty thin. The bacon potato soup was very tasty but was not something we ordered. Waited 12 minutes at table to even be acknowledged and then when she came, she seemed surprised/annoyed we wanted to order our food, not just drinks. Third try ... so disappointing. I am sure there are good Chili's restaurants, this is not one of them. In the bar area there are only six people. It is memorial day. Initial impression from the waitress was that it would be better that we had not showed up. It's just that feeling you get by the way the wait person behaves and speaks. On entering I chose a 2-top table along the wall. It had not been cleared but since I was using a walker due to a recent operation, that table would put my walker out of other people's way. The wait person did not clear the table but brought new utensils to the table. I thought I was going to have to ask her to clear the table before replacing the silverware. After the table was cleared and set, I ordered a 22 ounce beer. It was clear that the wait person was more interested in her friends at the bar then in attending to my order. I watched as she poured the beer and talked with her friends. And then she rounded the bar as if she was going to come to our table but she stopped ... turned away ... talked with her friends for a bit ... took a few steps toward our table ... then stopped went back ... talked with her friends a bit more and then finally brought the beer to the table. I ordered a Caribbean salad. What I was served was nothing like I remember in the past. This was the first time, salad dressing was oily and I found lots of raisins in the salad. I would suggest that the manager go online and Google Chili's grilled chicken Caribbean salad and follow that recipe. What is being served is ... sad! After the food was delivered, other than one ..."everything ok?" ... that was the last we heard from our wait person... except for the loud chatter she shared with her bar-friends. We pretty much checked ourselves out and left. The impression: we were simply unimportant. So that's it for Chili's in Twin Falls. It should be so much better... it just isn't. . read more

The source of my displeasure is probably due to their apparent lack of staff. Our waiter was friendly and didn't seem bad at his job, but we waited a while for our food. Last Sunday I went to the Chili's in Twin Falls Idaho. "Happy Hour" is all day on Sundays, which means that the appetizers are supposed to be at a special price. Conveniently, they had just run out of the two appetizers that I had ordered. . .the Cheese Crisps and the Boneless Wings. Basically, the only special for "Happy Hour" for appetizers was their chips and whatever condiments you want to go with them. They charge around five dollars for their chips. Honey, you know that pretty much any Mexican restaurant in Idaho serves their chips and salsa for free as an appetizer. The server said that the person ordering these foods had not ordered enough and did not think that it was necessary. Perhaps they were hoping that I would order more expensive items from the regular menu. This would have been difficult, however, in that I was never given a full menu. (I was sitting in the bar lounge area and told to look up appetizer specials on their tableside kiosk. . . .but no actual physical menus were ever handed out.) I used to really like their flatbread as an appetizer, but of course this was taken off of their menu months ago. I decided to tell the server to just close out my tab for the drink that I had and that I won't be ordering anything else. I would recommend Chili's in Twin Falls for quiet, casual drinking in their bar area, but I would certainly not go there if you are hungry and crave real food options. read more

We usually, when dining in, receive great service, however their carry-out is awful. We try to give the benefit of the doubt, knowing full well that some of the food won't be as hot or fries as crispy, but every time we do carry out they either mess up our order (this time they forgot the sides of ranch we ordered as well as the chips and salsa, even after we asked to confirm the ranch was in our to-go bag and she confirmed), she also called us by the complete wrong name. I'm usually a fan of Chili's. I find the food to be fairly good quality for the price you pay. However, the experience I had at this Chili's location was the worst experience I've had at any of their restaurants. First of all, we ended up waiting at least 35 minutes for our food, after we ordered. Incredibly slow kitchen staff. Then, when our food finally came, both my and my father's steaks were very overcooked. I ordered it medium rare, and it came pretty close to well-done. My dad's was also well-done, and he ordered medium. The only saving grace was our waitress. She was very apologetic, and genuinely felt bad for us and wanted to do something about it. So, she asked a manager to come out to speak with us. The manager did come, after about 15 minutes of waiting for her, and all she asked was "how was your food?" We politely said it was ok. She said "good to hear" then left and asked the same question to another nearby table. Kudos to the waitress for working in such an incompetant environment. When we finally got our name on the waiting list, the Host told us it would be at least another 30 before we could be seated. I do not understand why it would take that long when there was at least 10 empty tables waiting for customers to be seated. It was very clear that the Host was not very experienced. My husband and I ordered Chili's to go. They told us to be there to pick it up in 25 minutes. We were there about 5 minutes early. We always check the food before taking it home. First they gave my husband a wrong side dish. So he had to wait for them to fix it. When he got home with the food and we opened it. It was cold and looked like it had been under the food warmer way to long. Our appetizer was Texas fries. They were cold and stuck together in a clump. I tried to use a plastic fork and it broke. Then they forgot my texas toast. My husband called to tell them this and the manager said, sorry there's nothing I can do about it. I will never eat in this restaurant again. We only had 45 minutes for lunch, we expected a lunch place to expect less than an hour for service. Just 2 off us ordered off of the Lunch special menu. In 30 minutes we finally got our soup; mine was OK, but my daughter's was not even warm. Now we are 40 minutes into our stay, I catch the waitress and let her know we need our orders to go. She was very apologetic, but still not in a hurry. On top of that, my daughters order was wrong and my flatbread tasted like a really bad frozen pizza. Never again will I do Chili's Twin Falls!!!! While stopping through About a week and a half ago, walked into chilis in which the staff was very kind, however where we were sat was very dirty with chips on the floor, and the seats were torn and taped up. We got our chips and salsa right away which was nice. We then ordered a guacamole burger, mango chile chicken, and a Caribbean salad. After waiting about 20 mins, we finally got our food.....the mango chile chicken was lukewarm, as well as the rice that came with it, the rice was also crunchy like it was undercooked. The Caribbean salad was somehow misunderstood and a house salad was brought to us instead.
