Great view, good service, an interesting menu, but the food is okay. This is a very large restaurant with multiple outdoor patios and a big indoor seating area, which appear to serve large numbers of people. Maybe that's why the food seems industrial.

We were visiting from out of town and decided to stop in for dinner. Overall, our experience was extremely poor and the food quality did not warrant the menu prices. If you're looking for meal in Twin Falls, absolutely go somewhere else. It took over 1.5 hours for us to receive our food, even though the restaurant was not very full, and our server basically abandoned us partway through service where we had to go seek them out to get our drinks refilled. When the food finally did come out, it was very bland, not well cooked, and extraordinarily disappointing. I probably wouldn't complain except that you can see in the photo attached just how overpriced and mediocre the food is here. Additionally, we also had items and drinks brought to our table multiple times that we did not order. Clearly something is not working right at this restaurant and you should avoid until they figure it out.

I'll start with the restaurant itself. It's gorgeous. Warm, and inviting fireplace, lots of stone work inside, and paintings to entertain the kids while we eat. The service was good, not great. Things ran slow, and the place was empty except for a few bar patrons. The waitress did her job, but there was no real sense of enjoyment. The food was beautiful to look at, but really unappetizing for me. I ordered the chicken skillet dish and the chicken was thick and moist and not the type of meat I enjoy. I really enjoyed the little Elvis decoration up front.

The service was fantastic. The food was delicious. The views were amazing. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and gave some great family friendly places to visit in the area. Our server, Bella, was exceptional! Traveling with toddlers isn't easy and she made our experience relaxing and enjoyable. Thank you to Bella and the staff of Redhawk taking care of us tonight!! We will be returning.

We drove up from Utah to visit Shoshone Falls and we chose this place based on its ratings and the menu. The service was really too notch; our server Diana made sure our drinks were always full, and gave us to go glasses as well. The food was delicious - I had the smoked chicken and watermelon salad and the crowd favorite at our table was the pretzel appetizer. The pretzels were a bit crispy on the outside and soft and pillowy inside. We also sat on the upper patio and enjoyed the view. Anywhere on the patio has a fantastic view. If the weather's nice make sure you sit out there!

As you walk into the front door, you see right away the beautiful structure and layout of the restaurant. The food was delicious, and the portions were good sizes. Dennis K. (Server) did a great job and provided excellent customer service. The view of the Snake River is incredible, and the outside seating has a front-row view. A most stop in Twin Falls, ID.

Location couldn't be better. The restaurant has a perfect view of the canyon. We sat in the outdoor patio- which is pretty large. There is a walking path right below the patio. It was a little chilly, but staff lit up the gas fireplaces and it got cozy in no time. Staff was super nice and accommodating. Drinks were just ok, I had the Passionrita. It wasn't super strong, but it was nice and refreshing. Food was good too, we had the Mac n cheese for the kids- they have two kinds Kraft and four cheese. the Mac n cheese bites were really good. The burgers were good too, well cooked and seasoned. It was nice having dinner here after a lot of driving.

The view from the back patio is enough to make you happy you stopped in. But this place had plenty more to offer. Our server was very enthusiastic and friendly. He had great recommendations and thoughts on the menu items. He was also very attentive to all of his tables. The food was great! I had the shepherd's pie which was a tiny bit potato heavy but that's the way I like it. Great combination of flavors and texture. If you're in town looking for a great dinner with a spectacular view, this is the perfect place! You might even get to watch someone base-jump off of the bridge/cliff like we did.

I had a really good experience with the steak here. It came out hot and smelled amazing, and it was tender with just the right amount of fat. The mashed potatoes were creamy and well seasoned too. Service was warm and quick to refill drinks. The place had a nice calm vibe that made it easy to enjoy the meal.

Beautiful views of the canyon, river and golf course! We had the burgers and fries and they were excellent. Service was good, not very fast with seating even though the restaurant wasn't busy at 3:00 in the afternoon. Very dog friendly with nice treats.

Amazing! The view, amazing. The Food and selection, amazing. Service, amazing. This place sits on the canyon right over Centennial Park, the golf course, and there is a grand view of the Perrine Bridge. After we caught our breath from taking in the views we ordered table bread and enjoyed. Steak and frites for me and Chicken Tortellini for Sierra, both dishes were excellent. Seasoned well with great cook and textures on both. We ate on the patio but came in through the dining room / bar and found it to be upscale and spotless clean.

I got the steak and pepper skillet and the meat tasted old and reheated it was grey. The gravy in it was just microwaved thick slurry and the mushrooms, some were cold and raw and some were cooked. The onions in it were just a soft sloppy mush that were overcooked. My mother got the grilled salmon that looked nothing short of a prison meal. The beans looked canned. My girlfriend got a sirloin steak which was the only thing that was cooked made to order that entire night. We tried the 10$ burger deal too and was all just straight water that looked like it was boiled. The pie even tasted old like it had freezer burn and was absolutely stiff. I definitely can see this place being bankrupt in a couple of years.

In fairness I don't think there were enough on to take care of everyone. The food was ok, nothing special. The pancakes were not great. Good enough to eat but not something we would come back for. Then as we were eating a person at our table found a hair in her food. We waved someone over and they exchanged it. However no one came over to apologize (like a manager) and no one even offered anything such as comping that meal. In the end it was open on a Sunday but that was all it really had going for it!

First time here at Koto, in town on business, wanted a nice lunch, not some chain restaurant stuff,…read morerecommend by a stranger. Nice rustic simple inside, brewery too, had a decent selection, so, nice atmosphere, I can see it would be very busy on the weekends. Menu isn't extensive, but doesn't need to be, pub food, but some very interesting selections. My colleague and I started with the Curry fries, that we're excellent, very flavorful and the right amount of spice. I had a simple burger with chips, however, it was prepared very well, great presentation and quality, it was very good, really enjoyed it. My colleague had a Teriyaki Bowl, but again, very great presentation, a nice effort put into it, some great ingredients and he thoroughly enjoyed it. Our server was Morea, she was very pleasant, sincere, and professional, very genuine and made the experience even better. I highly recommend Koto, friendly, clean and appealing atmosphere, nice thought put into the food, my compliments to the chef, will definitely be back again!

Once again, the service was abominably slow. Friendly, but so slow as to be off-putting. The food was good, though our fries were stone cold and tough. We wanted to send them back but it took so long to get them the first time that we just gave up and didn't eat them. I honestly can't understand how this place is so popular with the locals. I guess the slow service would be forgivable if the beer were good, but honestly it is absolutely the worst beer I've ever had at a craft brewery. We tried three varieties, and all were insipid and over-hopped. We tried the cider (from another brewer) and left it unfinished on the table. We will not be going back.

One person…read morerecommended a spot next door, but the woman checking me in quietly leaned in and said, "Go to Milner's Gate. It's better food." That was enough for me. From the name, I expected a standard pub feel. Instead, the space is open, modern, and clearly put together with care. I sat at the bar as a solo diner and asked what I should order. The bartender asked how hungry I was and told me to get the ramen. I hesitated, thinking I might need something else alongside it, but I'm glad I listened. The Beef Short Rib Ramen Bowl delivered. The short ribs were tender and rich, the broth savory with depth from garlic, ginger, and chili. The jammy egg was perfect, and the pickled Fresno peppers balanced the bowl well. One bowl was more than enough. I also had a couple cocktails, and they were spot on. This is a place I would absolutely come back to and bring people with me. If you're in Idaho Falls and want something that goes beyond standard brewery fare, Milner's Gate is worth it.
