I really enjoyed my dinner at this Chili's. I went with my kids and my best friend, and everyone loved the food. My best friend even mentioned that their steak was better than some steaks they've had at pricier restaurants. The prices are fair and the food is consistently good. I personally love their Cajun chicken pasta, so good! We were there for about an hour, and everything came out quickly. Our waitress was very kind, and the managers stopped by three times to check on us and make sure everything tasted good. I really appreciated how attentive they were. First off, you can't go wrong with the 3 for Me deal getting you an app, drink and entre. The chips and salsa are the best in my opinion and endless. And the chicken crispers? I'm drooling just thinking about them. They are my favorite and I like getting them plain and adding the honey chipotle sauce on the side with some ranch to dip in that way they aren't soggy and stay crispy! I recently started trying to break out of my comfort zone and tried some of their other menu items. The Triple Dipper is a must and you can choose 3 items. I like the crispers, Big mouth bites and the mozz sticks. My last time here I ordered the Chipotle Chicken Fresh Mex Bowl. It was really good, but to be honest the portion size at the cost of $16 is pretty steep. As refreshing as it was, the portion was very underwhelming, so I won't be getting that again BUT if you want a healthier option that tastes good, I would recommend trying it. Their burgers are also good. The smash burger is a great price in the 3 for Me and has good taste. The portion size of the crispy chicken sandwich is HUGE, but the sandwich itself was a little lacking, but that was my experience. Chilis also has some great drink specials. $6 is a steal! I placed a pickup order for my child, who's absolutely obsessed with the Triple Dipper. While we've visited other Chili's locations before, this was my first time at the Upland restaurant. Right when I walked in, the place smelled amazing, and the cashier was very welcoming and friendly. However, once I got home and opened the container, I was disappointed to see how heavily seasoned the mozzarella sticks were. It was honestly overwhelming, I had to scrape some of it off because it seemed excessive and potentially upsetting for my child's stomach. Food was ok. Service was not very good. Our waitress took forever to come by for our initial drink order. She checked on us once during the entire meal. My drink was empty during most of the visit and never was asked to refill. We asked for a box to take left overs home. Waited 10 minutes... then saw her with a rag in hand and chatting it up with another employee so we just got up and left. Service at a restaurant, even at a Chili's should be at the very minimum, decent. He seemed nice, but isn't suited for the pace if fast casual dining I like to give credit where it is due, and our food was served hot, just out of of order or forgotten altogether. The kitchen takes orders from the servers. Tonight, our appetizers did not come out until we spoke up, and guess what came out 10 seconds later - our entrees. Have been to this Chilis in Upland many times since they opened. We have always had great service and great food. Tonight we went a little late. It was 9:37 and they close at 10:00. I asked if we could still order. my husband said we knew what we wanted. the girl kept saying I can seat you but its last call so you cant gets drinks or order food etc. I asked why would we be seated if we could not order dinner. She just kept repeating because its last call. I understand it was later but if they close at 10:00 they need to put a sign or tell you when you walk in they are already closed. She just kept saying she would seat us but would not be able to order. I have never had an experience like this. I don't normally post reviews because I believe everybody and every business has bad days but this really should be addressed. I did call and talk to a gentleman there because I was so shocked that this happened. He just said he would talk to the 3 girls there because they must not understand. He said she should have seated us and took our order but you cant order drinks or order appetizers after last call which we were not asking for. And he said last call is 15 minutes before they close. It was 20 minutes. And we wonder why all these business are going out of business. We need better customer service. Not sure I will ever go back to that Chili's. read more

Was here to watch the Dodgers and Cubs baseball game. Well, so much for the Dodgers game today, we got bombed. However, the service here today from Miranda my usual bartender/waitress was outstanding as usual! She is always so attentive and such a kind person. This restaurant is always lean when I am here! I love the location and the beautiful view of the mountains when you look to the north outside! Today I had the chips and salsa, Cesar salad, and Spicy Shrimp Tacos with Southwest Sauce and black beans on the side. Love how there was avocado and cabbage on the tacos. All tasted so awesome! This chili's location is my go to spot I come here multiple times a week. I first got here sat in the bar area. No one noticed me for about 7 mins the server asked me if I've been helped I said no. I tried to give him my drink & food order he said I'll get the bartender. Took an additional 8 mins for her to come due to her talking with customers at the bar. I never received a menu luckily I knew what I wanted already. When the bartender finally made it to me I gave her my order. 2 gentlemen walked in separately and were greeted and given menu's . I customer requested refill and got it instantly. I had to wait until another table put in a drink order by now 17 mins has passed and I still didn't have the drink I ordered or my food. My chips and sauce were the first thing that came out. I was still waiting for my drink the bartender was refilling bars for customers at the bar so I walked over and asked her how long it would be until my drink would arrive? Her response was I'll bring it to you. Then she walked over with my drink and the guys drink that arrived 10 mins after me. The bartender has checked on every table but mine to ask if I need anything else? I might need to go to a new Chili's from this day forward because watching ppl get immediate service when they walk and it took forever for someone to acknowledge my presence and give me the same customer service as everyone else read more

The runner appeared to be under the influence. The manager had not a care in the world especially concerning this restaurant.
