The so called big QP
Steven L.

I ordered the big QP burger, not so big. Comes with FF. Every tables have a bottle of empty ketchup only. Before my order came to me I asked for more ketchup. I received my food and no ketchup. I pushed my food to the side and waited. Five minutes later they gave me the ketchup. Taste wise it was ok. All other factors for food and beverage not up to standards of a good restaurant! This was my second time in this restaurant and I will not return for a third!

Bottom of my bottomless chips

Sub par chilis in Binghamton NY. Could see the bottom of my bottomless chips. Love myself an Alex Santa Fe burger which came lukewarm with salt less fries. Waitress was very nice though.

I ordered Chili's from this location using DoorDash on Sunday, 4/26 at 6:55 pm. When my 2 meat barbecue meal finally got to me, it was cold; this probably isn't the fault of Chili's though- in fact, I kind of expected it with how long DoorDash took to deliver the meal. I do however take issue with Chili's on the sorry state that my brisket was in. At first when I opened the plastic packaging, I didn't even see any brisket. After some digging, I found it hiding under a slice of garlic bread and laughed out loud; it was petrified, stringy, and shredded- not at all like pictured on the menu. I had expected a couple of tender slices, but was given a small portion of what looked like freeze dried pulled pork. Its my belief that Chili's ran out of brisket for the day, so they found a gross burnt end that they were going to throw out, stuck it in my to-go container, and hid this tiny shame under a slice of garlic bread. I will most likely eat at this location when they open back up for dining, but I will not order take out from them again.

We had an amazing time at this location! An awesome waitress! Delicious food! Just a great overall experience! Don't mind the picture of the triple dipper. My bf and I already taken a bite. The waitress even gave us a beverage to go and packed up our left overs for us! We loved her! Thank you chilis!

Santa Fe Crispers Salad

These bad reviews are pretty confusing to me... I've been to this Chili's 3 or 4 times since it opened and I've always looked forward to coming back. The building is in good condition and in my opinion it has pretty good ambiance for a place in Vestal. The servers have always been personable to me and wait times were never an issue - I've always been seated as soon as I walked in and the food has been brought out in a timely manner. And the food has been good (although I can't compare it to other Chilis' as this is the only one I've been to) but everything I've tried has been exciting and tasted great, although they do have a tendency to really slather on the sauce which might be a turn off for some. Th e one complaint I have is from the last time I visited - I got the Santa Fe Crispers salad, and the menu description reads: "Pico, avocado, cilantro, tortilla strips, and a drizzle of spicy Santa Fe sauce", and below there's an option below for "with spicy grilled chicken". Assuming that the normal version of the salad came with only what it said on the menu, as one does, I ordered it, thinking it was vegetarian, but when it came out, it had fried chicken on it. Turns out this is what it normally comes with even though there's no mention of chicken on the menu. Not really a problem with this location as much as a problem with the franchise and menu, but still really annoyed me. If you're going to have meat on a salad, you have to be clear about it coming with meat, it shouldn't be a surprise when I get it.

This is exactly how the server put it on our table. Mashed potatoes missing (total wait time 1h 10 minutes)

Searching for a local spot in Binghamton, I stumbled upon the Lost Dog Cafe on the Internet. The…read morereviews boasted quality food in an eccentric atmosphere. This lovely lounge did not disappoint. When I walked through the old doors, I entered a unique atmosphere with a mix of old timey and retro punk vibes. Since I was on my own, I asked for a table for one, fully aware that my heart was set on a bar stool. The bar spot turned out to be perfect for people-watching and a Yuzo Peach Collins. Served in the perfect glass, the Collins was definitely a balance of flavors. Since the vodka rigatoni is what peaked my curiosity, that is what I ordered. It was phenomenal. I decided to go with the "old-school" version at the encouragement of my server, which included Cayenne pepper. It came out perfectly spiced and piping hot. I also decided to start with a Caesar salad. The lettuce was super cold and crisp, and the dressing was served on the side so I could moderate it for myself. Log Dog Cafe is just what the doctor ordered after long day of touring campus. If you want an authentic experience with a positive vibe, pop in the check it out!

We came towards the end of the lunch rush (1-2PM?) and were seated immediately. The ambiance is hip and buzzy, with lots of colorful decor. The menu had some very tempting options, even for vegetarians. We started with the buffalo brussel sprouts, a stroke of genius. I'd never thought about dousing this tasty veggie in hot sauce and blue cheese, but it makes sense. This was a very tasty app, and the sprouts were roasted perfectly with crispy outer skins which provided the crunch needed for a good buffalo dish. The special that day was some kind of french dip sandwich which one of my dining companions got. Another one got a cajun catfish sandwich and graciously offered me a bite. It was flavorful. For my main, I got the spring roll bowl and decided to add tofu. It had noodles, peanuts, a sweet thai chili sauce, and lots of veggies. It was MASSIVE. Prices are a little high but the portions definitely made it worth it. I could have taken half home as leftovers if I'd wanted. The restaurant also has a coffee bar which we decided last minute to partake in instead of venturing out into the rain to find a different cafe. This was such a convenient option because we didn't have to fight to find parking or brave the weather to go to a second location. I did a pistachio latte. Someone else at my table got a Mexican hot chocolate. I treated myself to the homemade whipped cream. The coffee hit the spot. Throughout the whole experience the staff was wonderful. Our food came out quickly, and the servers were very friendly and joking with us. I'd come back if I was in the area.

It's your basic sports bar definitely more than enough TV's to cover whatever sport you'd want to watch. We ordered pretzel bites with beer cheese the pretzels were very salty but warm and in my opinion better without the cheese it definitely is more like nacho cheese rather than beer cheese but it's not bad just nothing to write home about. I got the Caprese Fried Chicken sandwich and it was pretty good and the fries in my opinion are the real show stopper crispy but not burnt the perfect fry homemade I believe too. My girlfriend got the Chicken Philly in a wrap and she enjoyed it. We had a new server training with Julianna and he was great very attentive asked if I wanted a refill when my drink was gone. We ordered pickle fries and the all you can eat shrimp, boneless wings, and riblets. The server didn't bring the drink over until we got our food after like 20 minutes and she brought the pickles which were supposed to be an appetizer out with the food. The pickles were burnt and clumped together. When we told the server she said " I didn't even want to bring them out because they looked so bad but the cooks said if you say anything they'll make another order" honestly I was kinda floored you'd even say that. Anyone in food service knows the golden rule is you don't serve what you wouldn't eat. The manager did come over but it felt more like she was trying to justify it rather than take accountability but it was comped. The time in between each order was twice the amount of time it should've been and it wasn't busy but it was clear they were struggling overall I probably won't come back especially with the abundance of options in this area.
