Waited too long to get seated. Nobody acknowledged us upon entering. We just stood there! Waited 15 minutes for drinks that were not made right. They ran out of glasses and the place was empty. After seeing an awful 2-star review, I had to write something positive about this Chili's location. Perhaps others have had poor experiences, but every time I go here, I have NEVER had a bad experience. Within the last 3 months, I have placed 6 take-out orders and dined inside the restaurant 3 times. When I dined inside the restaurant, I must say that all servers I had were incredibly attentive and nice. Drink orders are taken promptly (within 3-5 minutes of sitting down) and appetizers follow out soon after within 5 minutes. The servers would then always take our main course orders when the appetizers came out. The food (I ordered the Bacon-Ranch Quesadillas) took no more than 20 minutes to come out - and may I add that the food was never, ever cold or hard as if it was sitting under a heat lamp. Dessert is also a must when I dine at Chili's. The Chocolate Chip Cookie Skillet is delicious! All times I have ordered take-out, I would walk right in, and a sign would always be sitting there to see the bartender for my order. He/She would then run back to the kitchen, and within 3 minutes, my order was ready to go in a bag and boxes. I always tip them for prompt and friendly service. Also worth mentioning that my take-out orders have never had any mistakes. Going through the awful reviews left for this place, I will tell you this -- be aware of people's reviews based on wait times. People tend to exaggerate a 10 minutes wait into a 20 mintute wait, or a 20 minute wait into a 40 minute wait. They always seem to double it to make the restaurant look bad. Don't be afraid to dine at this Chili's, and if there is a problem, ask to see a manager. After dining at over 5 Chili's locations across the U.S. and eating at their restaurants well over 30 times in my life, I can honestly say that I have never had a poor experience with them. I will start by saying it has downgraded the quality of food and service. You probably will not get food poisoning. There may be items missing from your order that is stated to be included on line (variations due to the pandemic?). When I order a burger that states it should be pink inside, I expect at most it should be technically it should be 159F inside, and not look like someone hacked it up on the grill, threw it at the wall and slid it onto the bun. When I order the Santa Fe Crispers salad I expect the chicken to be fried and fresh out of the fryer and not coagulated and pulpy like chicken from the fridge. They mixed the drizzle and the ranch in the same container and omitted the cilantro. Their version of pico is a diced 1/8 of a tomato into accented cubes about 3mm thick. The tortilla strips were just fine. The cuisine lacks the customer direction, there are children who cook better than this (literally). There were no fries as stated on line, the salsa was not exactly fresh made and had some congealment, and tasted a bit off from their norm. However the chicken crisper salad didn't say they put onion in it on line so I guess maybe they threw in a little extra? read more

We were surprised every appetizer and food items are marked with the salt shaker icon indicating the item exceeds the daily recommended salt allowance. I thought it might be a mistake since even all small appetizers has the icon shown. There were not kidding! Every item we ordered from appetizers to dinner items were all extra salty. There is no way to make them less salty. The Buffalo cauliflower was so salty it tasted bitter. The fact they have the salt icon for each item means they already know their food is way too salty. Mind you one single appetizer has more salt than what an adult should take for the whole day! For people who has high blood pressure this is terrible. Even for normal people this is bad food and this demonstrated a disregard for the welfare of their customers. Applebee's food is far better than Chilli's. I will never return to any Chilli's. Food quality is bad. Our server is very nice. We left her a good tip but the food will not bring us back. read more

Well I've been there a few times before, and I can honestly say that I was quite disappointed. The was Empty as can be so we got seated right away, waitress came right over and asked what kind of drinks we wanted, not getting a chance to look at the drink menu. So I order an El Niño margarita. A few minutes pass and some customers came in to dine. And I remind you the place is empty as can be, the hostess decides to seat them directly next to us.(First problem). The most current trip... parking lot was in rough shape, the parking was also bad-lacking adequate spaces on a slow day, the greeter wasn't smiling or the slightest bit pleasant, the waitress didn't acknowledge us for 20 minutes until I complained, the order was messed up when it did arrive after another very extended wait, and the place was dirty/messy. We tried this place over four times before our last terrible visit, just to allow for growing pains, but it just isn't getting better. The issue at this one as is usually the issue at Chilis is service. We ordered 3 meals, and 2 out of 3 came out wrong in some way. My sons meal was supposed to have corn, they gave him oranges. My wife's meal was supposed to come with fries, she got chips & salsa. The waitress took forever to come by and refill waters. Given the undeserved 2-star average rating, its almost pointless to review further, but some things need to be said. And I, or we, kinda like Chili's in general. Ordered medium rare Chili's original burger, received what I can only describe as the most well done inedible piece of burnt (not exaggerated) beef I've ever seen. It had been smashed down like a pancake, exceeding the bun size by almost double. I'd call it a ":crispy burger". A server dropped it off, and to the waitress' credit, when she arrived back at the table, immediately saw the burger-chip and apologized. I asked her to advise the manager, assuming he or she would come to our table. Nope. Extraordinarily unprofessional. When we received our check, the burger was "comp'd". LOL, it was returned, not replaced, and not complimentary! Usually, there is only one issue at any given restaurant, but I need to also say the the wife's grilled turkey burger may have been grilled at some point, but definitely nuked to rubber before being served. First of all we were not greeted when we walked for about five min we should've turned around right then but we patiently waited even though they were not busy. After we were seethed we were greeted by our server who took our drink orders they didn't arrive for at least 15 min and were disgusting when they did arrive. The server did not seem to care we were not happy with our drinks until it came time for the survey at the end. Once the food finally arrived now remind you it was pretty dead the whole time and we ordered tacos because they were out of quesadillas and something about the oven didn't work. Tonight we waited over an hour for our food with a 11 month old who was extremely hungry and cranky, they never brought out at least fries for her to munch on. The cheese was moldy when we finally did get our food, then when I spoke with the manager he was unpleasant and didnt offer a refund. When we tried to pay our bill the waiter disappeared for 20 minutes because we paid in cash so we went up front and waited for someone to notice us and they had to go find our waiter again so we could pay our bill. We went because it was a new restraunt in our area and we like mexican we ordered drinks. It took a while then we ordered dinner i got the 2 for 22$ with my dad which included an appetizer and 2 entrees we got chips and salsa and 2 diffrent entrees when the waiter brought us our drinks the one soda tasted like carbonated water and when he brought us our appetizer he said I hope you dont want any more salsa because thats all we have! Great service every time I go! Which is about once a week. Their southwestern mac&cheese is delicious, as well as their chicken alfredo. They're my go-to foods I never get sick of. They honestly deserve no stars for this visit but you have to choose at least one. My boyfriend and I stopped in for a bite to eat after a hockey game on a Saturday night around 9:45. The sign on the door said they are open until midnight. There were a handful of people there having dinners. We waited for five minutes then the hostess came over and said would we sit in the bar area at a high top table. We said no thanks we would like to sit at a regular table well did her tone change. She got very annoyed and mumbled follow me. She sat us in an area that had about six tables full of people, so what was the problem? We waited for over ten minutes before a waiter came over to take our drink order, we knew what we wanted to eat so we placed our entire order then. We ordered queso for an app and then each got their famous chicken crisper meals. Mine was the honey chipotle and his was the fiery spicy crispers. Heres where things take a turn for the worst. The waiter brings the chips out with salsa...chips are greasy...really how do you mess up chips?! He says they are defrosting your queso and heating it up! Queso comes out I'm not even kidding you its brown and burnt... Looks like dog food from a can. My boyfriend takes a bite and says you dont want to eat that. Our food comes out 1. Fries are ice cold 2. Corn is soggy, cold and not seasoned 3. My chicken is rubbery and doesnt look cooked 4. His chicken is soo oversauced his mouth starting getting really overheated and he had to guzzle cups of water. ( I get it he ordered spicy but they put too much on) The waiter comes over and asks how things are and I say not good. He sends the manager over and I explained what the issues were. Here was their solution: they brought two dishes of hot fries, took the queso off the bill, gave us a ten dollar gift card and offered us free dessert. I'll give them credit for trying to fix the situation but the food never should have been this disgusting. My advice is if you are lookng for a late night bite/ dinner dont go here. Honestly they made us feel like we were a big inconvenience when their kitchen was still open and should have been able to produce good food. STAY AWAY! GO NEXT DOOR TO RED ROBIN OR ANY OTHER CHAIN at least until this Chili's has positive reviews of a friendlier staff. Food was good, but our server made my family and me feel unwanted. Our blonde haired, buff server with a belly (looks to be around 30 years-old) acted like he does steroids because he seemed impatient and angry. We watched him with other customers be just as curt. First, he brought my daughter a glass with food stuck on it, which we returned, then he brought 2 different flavored iced teas which were also returned because they were so bad tasting. When he was taking our order, my wife and I were looking down at our menus trying to decide on what to get, when we looked up to give our orders he was walking away. So, we had to wait for him to come back. He made us feel rushed the whole time. The place was mostly empty at 4pm on Labor day, why was he rushing us? There were other waiters around. He never asked if we wanted dessert...just gave us the check. Gave him cash and he asked "do you want change?" and we said yes, so he rushed off again and brought back less than what was owed to us. So, I left him less tip. We will NOT return to this Chili's again because of this ass. I hope upper levels of management read these comments and right the ship. We have enjoyed other Chili's on the east coast, hopefully this one will move up to their level.
