If you're into Great customer service- super fun and helpful server that might have exceeded our expectations well then you are in luck! And by luck we mean - ask for Kim and if you lucky she will be your meal butler for the next few hours- taking you on a drink and meal journey! But I suspect the next time we go she will move up or become a bartender cuz she's that good! She made some solid recommendations and she nailed each one of our orders with dips, sides and all! Thank you so much for making our Sunday Funday family night out so awesome- and loved using my Rewards for the Free chips and Salsa - we all loved that too

I have not been to a chilis in a long time but we were actually heading to canes close by when I saw chilis and was like let's go there for the deals they have . Pulled in and was a lot of parking so was nervous that it wasn't busy because it wasn't good . We were seated right away and our waitress , forgot her name had taken our drink orders right away . We opted for the 3 for meal deals and I really wasn't expecting all 3 of us to be really happy with what we got. We got burgers and soup and honestly we were all very shocked by how good it taste and how fresh and hot it was . Good flavors, great service and we left very happy. Guess we went on a good day but I'm thankful!

I'm a regular at this Chili's and usually get phenomenal service A little slow today Combination of a new server the restaurant being very busy and very few servers today Walked in and was seated at 4 o'clock Took a few minutes almost 10 for my server to come and say hello and another four or five to return to take my order Order taken Chips and salsa arrived. Follow shortly by my salad and my iced tea. Ice tea has been empty for a while Service stopped by to check on me so my iced tea is empty and over to refill it I've been eating at this restaurant for over two years and I've never had an empty iced tea so today was the first Normally I'm in and out in 30 minutes. Not today 32 minutes still waiting on my burger. My burger arrived My server came to check on me took my empty iced tea to refill it. I finished my burger. And then my iced tea arrived strong missing I had to grab another server to get a straw Overall, who is still delicious my server was nice professional, but I think too many tables. She was a little slow today. Overall, the food was a 10 the service was a six As I said earlier, I'm accustomed to getting excellent service at this location So now I just went to pay and the machine is frozen. It's spinning and spinning and spin My server is nowhere to be found Yes, I timed it 12 minutes without the spawn finally found my server so I can pay my credit card Definitely not a good experience. I've been here over an hour I've had visits where I've been in and out less than 30

It's been a long while since I've been to chilis, I came for an early dinner and got the triple dipper it was the same as I remember with the buffalo bites and the southwestern egg rolls and the mozzarella sticks haha the bar area was pretty slow on a Sunday around 3pm which was nice for a quick meal the waitress was very helpful and I even got the molten lava dessert which was so delicious! Overall an easy quick dinner experience

Whoa, we can charge our phones at Chilis!

We love Chili's. Our local Chili's restaurant has become a family staple. They never disappoint. Customer Service is always excellent. It's a fun place and they have a rotating cocktail of the month menu. The chips and salsa are abundant. We love the three for me menu, which is very reasonably priced. The booths are big and comfortable. They have plenty of seating for large groups as well as small tables for couples. It's a great place. On this particular occasion, we each ordered the old timer hamburger. My husband and I both agreed that it was one of the best burgers we have had in a very long time. The bun was perfectly soft and did not fall apart. The meat patty was cooked very well and the price was right! This is a great family restaurant.

Medium rare Ribeye- came too rare for my liking.

We were going to a concert Saturday evening and decided to get some dinner before heading to the venue. It had been at least 6 years since we went to a chili's and decided to give it a try since theres one a couple blocks from us. We arrived around 5pm, and there was absolutely no parking in their main parking lot. We ended up parking by Staples, but other couples were doing the same, so this must be the norm especially for that time frame on a weekend. Upon entering, it looked just as how I remembered it. It was clean looking from what I could see at the entrance. We were then greeted with a smile by the hostess. I let her know it's just the 2 of us, and she let us know we can have a seat at a table or pick any spot at the bar. Since we were slightly on a time crunch, we opted for the bar which wasn't busy at all. She did mention it was happy hour and I told her thank you so much for letting me know! Haha After choosing our seats, we quickly were greeted by the bartender who instantly was a ray of light! She welcomed us and gave us our menus. I asked what was on happy hour, and she let me know there wasn't any happy hour on the weekend and that she will let the hostess know. That was totally okay, mistakes happen and I saw there was a deal for lemon drops at $6 anyway! I opted for that option and my boyfriend ordered a Michelobe ultra. She was SO quick, and got our drinks to us fast. We then placed an order for the trio appetizer and got the southwest rolls along with the honey Chipotle mozzarella sticks and buffalo mozzarella sticks. When they came out I was so excited! Both had good flavor but the buffalo definitely was my winner and had the best cheese pull where the honey Chipotle was a little on the dry side with the cheese solidified inside. We still enjoyed them and quickly ordered our meal after we finished them. I ordered the Ribeye medium rare with loaded mash potatoes and broccoli, and my boyfriend ordered the smash burger with fries. Both orders came out super fast, which was wonderful. My boyfriend enjoyed his burger, but unfortunately, my steak was MUCH more on the rare side. I ended up just taking it home so I can just heat it up to cook a little more the next day. What saved this visit was our bartender because she was absolutely on point and wonderful to talk to. I'd definitely come back to check this spot out again, but next time around, I'll probably order something other than steak.

    Love their chips and salsa!!

Here we are again friends meeting and enjoy every one's company. This time our server's name is Tanya. Let me tell you something. There were 10 of us versus just Tanya to take all our orders. And on top of that, we all decided separate checks would be a lot better with less confusion. The place is still as beautiful as the first time I came!!

We went here with family and friends and honestly had such a great time. We were seated right away and our server, Jeanette, was amazing. She kept drinks filled without us even noticing, was so sweet to my 8-year-old, and had that perfect balance of checking in without hovering. Huge kudos to her! The food came out fast and everything was spot-on. I had a salad and, of course, chips and salsa (those warm chips are my weakness). Around the table, people ordered ribs, cheeseburger sliders, chicken tenders--l, you name it,and everyone was happy. People love to bag on Chili's, but honestly? I really like it. Sometimes comfort food done well just hits the spot.

We had lunch here on a Wednesday afternoon. Both my husband and I ordered burgers, Big QP and Oldtimer w/ Cheese, from the 3 for Me section, with salad as the starter/appetizer. Big smash burgers! It's a deal in price and burger size compared to fast food chain combo meals. $26 after tax and before tip. I'm full and ready for a nap. Our server, Dom (Dominic), was on top of things. Asking if we were ok with all components of the burger. Good thing he asked. I didn't want onion. Checking in on us a couple of times. Onion DID come on my burger. Chopped, not rings so I didn't notice until 3-4 bites in. It's all good. I took most of it out. My request is listed on the ticket so it's either the cook's error or another patron got my burger and I got theirs. No biggie. Other staff was great too. One server, one runner, and the hostess. They assisted in bringing out drinks, salads, main meal, and opened the door on our exit.

We come here often with the grands. Lately, some of our visits have been hit or miss but this time it was a huge hit. Amber was our server and we sat in the bar. She greeted us and was friendly and smiled. She offered us menus and beverages and silverware, and she gave us time to look things over in the past. We've had trouble with all the courses coming out at the same time so by the time you get to the main course, everything is cold but when we ordered our meal, we asked that she put the main course in in about 10 minutes so we could enjoy our salad. She actually agreed and said they do serve the food too quickly! Our salads were brought out timely. They looked wonderful. They tasted good. We had soda refills and our main courses brought out about 15 minutes later we had a chance to visit and to laugh and a drink lots of soda. All the hot stuff was hot. All the cold stuff was cold. The burger was amazing. I asked for extra pickles everything was perfect. Amanda checked on us often. She seemed to run her section very professionally. I was very impressed with her people skills. This visit was definitely a hit.

What can I say... Chili's is Chili's, lol. It's not a five-star restaurant, but it definitely serves its purpose. We decided to celebrate Father's Day here, and honestly, it was a solid choice. No wait -- we got seated right away, which was a nice surprise. Our server was great: friendly, quick, and on top of everything. I ordered the Bacon Ranch Burger -- super moist and flavorful, and the bacon was nice and crisp (just how it should be). Also had the $6 Summer Spritz Marg... and yep, it was delicious. Can't beat that price either. Overall, it was a nice, easy dinner with good food and good vibes. No complaints

    It's happening right now!!! Lol

This Chillis location is by far the best I've ever had! The food is always well prepared! The ambiance is always refreshing with locals, the service is fast and friendly! Ps: their Mac and cheese is delicious! I like it plain ( white cheese), or you may order it fully loaded lol

It was pretty slow for not being very busy and what appeared to be overstuffed. The chips and queso were very good. The Tijuana panther taco was sopping wet and I could only finish half of it because it was so messy and hard to eat without asking for a fork and knife. My husband's picadillo taco is where it was at. It was tangy from the pickled jalapenos, meat was beautifully seasoned, and tortilla dry enough to hold. The brisket taco was overstuffed and messy as well. I appreciate packing them full, but when they're served rolled it makes a handheld food item completely inedible by hand. The employee working the register was delightful and I'd go back just for her.

The staff were super nice and attentive, constantly coming by our table to check if we needed more water, tortillas, or anything else we might want. Even with how busy it was, they still made sure everyone was taken care of, which I really appreciated. The restaurant was packed, and it actually surprised me because I don't usually see that many people at restaurants in Riverside. The energy inside felt lively but still comfortable. One of my favorite parts was the fresh tortillas. They come out hot and fresh from the oven, and you can literally watch them being made right in front of you, which made it even better. And the best part is they're free. We ordered the carne fajitas and chile relleno. The fajitas were incredible, the meat was juicy, tender, and packed with flavor, with that perfect smoky sear that comes from being cooked fresh on a hot skillet. Everything came out sizzling and stayed flavorful with every bite. The chile relleno was also really good, with a nice balance of savory and slightly creamy filling that paired well with the sauce. It was actually my first time trying fajitas, and I can confidently say I'll be ordering them again the next time I come back. I definitely plan on returning while I'm still at UCR to make up for all the years I didn't know this place existed.

How did HomeState, a restaurant celebrated for bringing an authentic taste of Texas to Southern…read moreCalifornia, become so beloved in a city synonymous with the LA street taco? Most people would point to its outstanding tacos, built on pillowy, made-from-scratch flour tortillas and comforting Austin-style Tex-Mex fillings. HomeState emphasizes slow-cooked meats, warm hospitality, and the welcoming food culture that Texas is known for. They are also well known for their perfectly seasoned eggs, making their breakfast tacos especially popular. I ordered two of their Anytime (Daytime) Tacos: the Picadillo (grass-fed ground beef, potatoes, carrots, cabbage slaw, and pickled jalapeños) and the Chicken (organic achiote-marinated chicken, cabbage slaw, and guacamole). The achiote-marinated chicken was exceptionally tender, juicy, and well-seasoned. The achiote gave the meat its signature deep-orange hue and subtle earthy flavor, while the generous portions of creamy guacamole and crisp cabbage slaw added freshness and a satisfying crunch. The Picadillo taco was equally impressive. The combination of seasoned ground beef, tender potatoes, sweet carrots, crunchy cabbage slaw, and tangy pickled jalapeños created a delicious balance of flavors and textures. A few generous dabs of HomeState's housemade hot sauces elevated it even further. The seasoned beef paired with the red salsa reminded me of a Taco Bell Burrito Supreme--but made with fresher, higher-quality ingredients, more texture, and a welcome kick from the jalapeños, all without the sour cream. These tacos do not hold together for very long, but that is largely because the fillings are so juicy and generously portioned. It was a trade-off I was more than willing to accept. The undisputed star of the meal, however, was the fresh flour tortillas. They lived up to every expectation--pillowy soft, perfectly thick, buttery, and incredibly fresh. They were not just a vessel for the fillings; they were the defining element of the entire meal and easily the highlight of my visit. To wash everything down, I ordered the hibiscus limeade. The refreshing blend of steeped hibiscus, fresh lime juice, and agave syrup struck a perfect balance between tart and sweet, making it an ideal companion to the rich tacos. Traditional LA street tacos will always define the city's taco culture, but HomeState has carved out its own loyal following by embracing something entirely different. When you are craving Austin-style Tex-Mex and some of the freshest, fluffiest flour tortillas you will find anywhere in Los Angeles, HomeState absolutely delivers. 4.5 stars
