First time at this location I have always enjoyed this restaurant chain but this location must have new cooks the Cajun chicken Alfredo was so bland it seems as if the sauce was out of a can and the chicken seemed as if it was pre-cut and cooked. Swung through here for a bite to eat and avoid the Highway 78 and I-15 nightmare during rush hour. Our service was very good and the waitress amicable. Our dinners were brought out in a timely manner and the food was A-OK to us. Although it was the dinner hour and the place was filling up, we never felt pressured to hurry up and vacate our table for others. We were so very impressed with her willingness to jump in and help her team to ensure customers such as us were receiving the absolute best experience. This was probably the worst food I have had in a long time. The restaurant was dirty. I know this is going to sound strange but they ran out of napkins. How weird is that? The food was bland and weird. I ordered the chicken fajitas and the chicken was that weird precooked, processed chicken breast. Don't go here on a Friday night when you think you would get a good deal at happy hour and have a good time. Instead, go on a Thursday night. Here is why: I went with my friend on a Thursday night (it was late, around 10:30 PM) not many people in the restaurant as expected, when we came in the door they asked if we wanted the casual, quick happy hour seating. We sit down at a nice booth by the bar, order a happy hour margarita and get some free (yes, free) chips and salsa. Later we ordered some $5 wings. Now, since this was a good and inexpensive experience, I decided to go back with my friend the week later on a Friday this time. Beware, NEVER go on a Friday! It was crowded as hell (around 5 PM this time) had to wait 25 minutes to get a seat where we would be ignored. When when were seated the waitress warned us vaguely about something related to happy hour (mumbling gibberish). We asked her afterward if we could get some wings at happy hour price, she said yes as long as it was before 7. So I order a hamburger this time and some "happy hour" wings. Turns out when I got the bill the wings cost over $9.00 and the burger meal was only $8.00. Something sound wrong? I tell the waitress about it and she says she warned me and this and that.. so I simply ask for a discount or something to make me not feel like I lost all my money. She brings the manager out to talk to me and she says that "Happy hour is really only meant to bring people in here for drinks and we only offer happy hour at the bar area.." I said, "Well we weren't able to sit anywhere else, we weren't even offered to sit anywhere else". So finally she gives me a mere $2.00 off the bill. Gee, thanks. I've eaten here a few times. It was the first time I'd used the app to place a Togo order. I ordered the classic bacon burger with a side of their mac n cheese. The best part of my meal was the mac n cheese. It was full of flavor and the cheesiness just added to the consistency I expected. The burger itself was mediocre at best. The meat had no flavor and I couldn't taste anything except a slight hint of bacon. Hostess was nice, servers were nice the couple times we actually saw them. Food took a really long time and we got our appetizer only a couple minutes before our meals and we ordered those 15-20 mins after ordering the appetizer. Drinks from the bar took as long as the food. I will say the Titos drink is delicious. Like a little taste of Hawaii. I'm a server, I understand it gets busy and the kitchen gets backed up, but let your tables at least know what's going on so they aren't sitting there stewing over what's taking so long. read more

We love Chili's!! Great food, great customer service, clean tables. The Ancho Salmon is my favorite, so is the quesadilla explosion salad..the citrus balsamic dressing is bomb. Can't go wrong with this place. My kids always finish their food, maybe because that guarantees dessert! Lol the cookie skillet is sooooo good, the cookie is warm and soft topped with ice cream. You know i normally never complain about a place but i honestly logged into my yelp account JUST to write this review. BUT OH MY....first of all, when we got here the hostess checked us in and everything was good. Were okay with waiting but WE asked her for a booth. Guess what. We got a table but you know what. No problem. Its okay she probably forgot. So our waiter who was actually nice takes our order and we got everything pretty fast. THEN we notice no utensils . No big deal i can grab them myself. Which i did. Cause the waitress gave us ONE fork for all three of us. The other thing too was my husband went to use the restroom and YOU WILL NEVER GUESS WHAT. I come to this Chili's all the time with my girlfriends for drinks and dinner and we are always satisfied with the service and the quality of the food. Tonight I went to this location to have dinner with my boyfriend and we were blown away by our server, Mitchell. We wanted to sit in the bar area so we could take advantage of the happy hour. When we walked in, there were two empty booths in the bar area, but both of them had stuff on the tables from the previous guests. Almost immediately, Mitchell started clearing the table off so we could sit down without us saying a word to him. We were instantly impressed, and he continued to impress us throughout the night. He was extremely attentive, refilling our salsa without us having to ask. He was polite and very nice and we absolutely enjoyed our date night even more thanks to him! We will definitely be back soon hoping to sit in Mitchell's section again! The food was great, as usual! Free chips and salsa during happy hour! I got the classic sirloin with avocado off of the lighter choices menu (It's my go-to meal!) I go to Chilis often. It's convenient, quick, affordable and sit down. Happy hour is decent. Honestly it is one of those places where generally you get what is expected. This particular experience was above and beyond. A friend of mine and I sat in a booth in the bar (usually service is slower there). We were greeted right away by Erika a server. She was 150% phenomenal from that point on. As a former server I am rather picky. She was awesome! Friendly, quick, efficient, professional, and on top of all her tables with the same result.
