The food and service were great as usual, so I'll get right to my warning to all customers regarding an unexpected charge on your bill that will need to be searched for. While waiting for our server to arrive, we tried to initiate a game on the computer pad present on the table. We tried but were unable to do so before our server arrived to take our order. While waiting for our order, we did try again but did not actually play any games. At the end of the meal when paying our check electronically via the same computer pad, I noticed the check total seemed a bit high. Using the "Check details" button, I examined the pricing and noticed a $2.99 "game fee" had been unknowingly added to our tab. When I questioned our server regarding this "game fee", she asked if we played a game. We responded that we did attempt to, but there was a definite lack of any advanced notification regarding any fee. She in turn referenced a memory of some very small print as notification (which could not be located anywhere in the software). She then stated "Well, the old system used to tell you", followed by nervous laughter. To her credit, she did offer to remove the surprise fee which we accepted. An assistant manager also happened to approach our table at which time I discussed the fee (and the lack of notification) with him. His response referenced the "new system" doesn't alert customers to this charge followed by nervous laughter and a noticeably abrupt departure from our table, presumably to evade any further questioning about an uncomfortable topic. I find it very odd this surprise charge is common knowledge to staff, but no notification is offered anywhere to customers that it will happen without the customer's knowledge or consent. Advice to the store: Don't laugh when a customer catches you padding their bill as this will only serve generate negative opinions about the staff and the location's business practices, both of which allow this to go on and does not warn customers. It would be great if you could express to ownership the desire to have customers treated better. Unless something has a visibly published price attached to it, your customers are going to logically assume it to be free. read more

I ordered a burger with fries the burger was like soaking wet as if it had been dipped in water, and I ordered a kids meal for my friends son the cheese pizza with fires and he had some sort of allergic reaction to the pizza. Me and my wife go to Chili's quite a bit. Enough we always get free chips and salsa in the bar. My wife ordered for us while I was a few minutes behind. In stead of our usual she got us the full rack of ribs to share. I have NEVER seen ribs with less meat on them, anytime, anywhere. It was an embarrassment for Chili's. Had a burger here a while back and enjoyed it. Ordered a meal to go tonight, planned on splitting it with my wife, so I ordered a "Full Rack" of ribs. When I opened it , I was extremely disappointed. The "full rack " was 7 inches in length. Well they never actually say what it came from, maybe a raccoon? Almost $50 delivered, pitiful, won't trust them again for delivery or take out. Just sad. At this point we didn't know who our server was and our beer was still sitting at the bar, came to our table warm. So then we waited for our food which also took forever ( THE RESTAURANT WAS NOT CROWDED OR PACKED) and food comes undone!! Little sliders still red in the middle, wings taste like watery rubber and Texas cheese fries look like they were sitting waiting for the rest of the food so came out cold and gross. I've been to this Chilis many times now. The in person experience is fine, the food is good, service is good, but every time we've ever ordered to go (either curbside or doordash) something is wrong with our order. This time, I ordered curbside. First of all, there are only 3 curbside spaces and all 3 of them were full of cars that didn't even have people in them. There were no other available spots, so I circled around for about 5 minutes. Finally, a couple pulled out from one of the curbside spots and I was able to park. I waited for almost 10 minutes and no one came out to bring me my order. I finally just decided to go in to pick it up because at this point it was way past the time my order was supposed to be ready. I had to wait another 5 minutes at the pickup counter for my order until someone came to help me. Turns out, my order was sitting right inside the kitchen the whole time. When I got home (I live less than 10 min away) my order was cold and the drink cup I received was a mess with stuff all over it. Well drinks are $3. Margaritas only $5! That also comes with a shaker so you can keep refilling. Our waiter failed to tell us that adding flavor costs extra. Other than that the food is great! The margarita flatbread is a must try, absolutely delicious. The guacamole is fresh and also comes with salsa. Good size portion which is also a bonus. Overall great happy hour deals. When you revamped the menu a year ago it was great . We went 2 times and everything was fantastic.. Fajitas were tasty and fulfilling and the burger was thick all around. The last 2 times we went and today especially were horrible. You served me my fajitas in the shape of a bacon strip (skinny) on my fajita skillet and the bowl of beans half full. One teaspoon of sour cream, guacamole and sprinkle of cheese is what was on the metal boat for a 3 serving skillet ?!. The burger has also changed back again and is way smaller, the bacon was wimpy. What happened? Cost ? Service was horrible too. All we kept hearing amongst tables was " I'm sorry " and people complaining and people yelling in the kitchen.
