Took my mom there for her 72nd birthday today. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. The staff came out and sang happy birthday to my mom which made her day. I know most places do that if you ask but the staff here seemed happy to make an older person birthday special. So thank you to all the staff. Chili's gets one star for good service, BUT the food is HORRIBLY DISGUSTING. Oh and the kiosk never works when you want to pay instead of waiting for the server to bring your check. If your looking for good customer service and bland, flavorless, overcooked food then this is the place for you. If not then I'd suggest you go across the parking lot to FRIDAY'S. It's a safer bet. This is my favorite restaurant in the Brass Mill Commons. This place has great deals like 3 for 10. You get unlimited drinks, starter and then your meal. The meal ended up being $13 because of taxes but thats not bad. The fries are great (you get a lot by the way), burger's are great well done or medium rare. Chili is amazing as well. read more

I've been to 12-15 Chili's over the years and all have a very similar service mentality-quick casual, chips/salsa with your first drink, fast/friendly attentive service and good food...except this one. I came in for a lunch. Uncleared bar, slow inattentive service (I typically sit at the bar for faster service - didn't happen). Asked for chips, never got em; ordered right away and still sitting here (30 minutes in) and no soup and salad yet...really? Others around me have come in, ordered, received their food and here I sit (I'm the guy with steam coming out of his ears). Me and three friends came to chilis for an early dinner and we're EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED AND DISAPPOINTED. We all ordered two for $22 options and drinks. Three of us ordered steak and one had fajitas. Our sides were mac and cheese, green beans, and mashed potatoes. One had her steak medium rare and the other two medium. The orders were mixed up and two steaks were rare. One so rare it was inedible and the sides were absolutely disgusting. There were chunks of bread crumbs in my mac and cheese that were stale, hard, and crusty. The food took over an hour to come and was cold. Honestly everything we ordered was gross and we told the waiter despite him being a good waiter the food was horrible. He did not offer a discount or a comp for the bad food. I then asked to have one of the rare steaks cooked further in order to enjoy some aspect of dinner and when it came back it was still rare. I uploaded a picture to show it. Our overall experience was horrible and I will not be returning. The kitchen seemed overwhelmed and the servers or bus boys were extremely rude outside of our waiter tony. The food here keeps getting worse and worse. The wait for it is long and it always comes to you cold. The quality as well isn't as good as it used to be. Apparently there wasn't enough help at TGIF tonight 5:45. Had to wait quite some time for the hostess to come up to the front, then she stood at her podium for a good 5 min before she would even recognize we where standing there. She finally seats us at a bar booth. Look the menu over half a dozen times and the waitress never comes out to even tell us she'll be with us in a minute. Maybe we where asking to much being that it was raining and sleeting out and there was only a woman and her young son in the whole place finishing there meal. Our waitress Christie was so sweet! Very knowledgeable about the menu and different promotions going on, like the ribs being 30% bigger, and the shaken margaritas! We were already a member at MyChilis so we signed into the table kiosk to receive FREE chips and salsa. The salsa was kind of thin, but hey, it was free! My husband ordered the "Boss Burger", It was HUGE! And it was cooked perfectly. I had the Crispy Chicken Crispers, I didn't even know they had two kinds until the waitress asked. This is probably one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a restaurant. Went there on a Friday night 3/2/18 Ordered two burgers to go. One of the burgers was completely Uncooked. Didn't notice until I got home. So of course I went back to chili's and returned it looking at the burger made my stomach turn in disgust that they would serve that to a customer. Of course the manager was no where to be found until about 20 min later. After the fact that the kid I had placed the order with had already clocked out. Consistency is a problem at this place. It's a hit or miss...Mostly a miss. I was just there this past week to use up some soon to be expired holiday cards I received and ended up ordering the same thing two days in a row. I really dont like Chili's. When i was younger (under 18) sure..this place was the place to be at on a Friday night...but now...hmm yeah...not so much. 1) You cant eat healthy here. But anything after 3pm on Friday or pretty much any time on Saturday and Sunday...not so much. 3) There is no difference between this, TGIF and Ruby Tuesday...No difference...they taste the same...and they have the same kind of crowd. Every so often a chain restaurant is a nice guilty pleasure to indulge in, I'll admit. My wife and I enjoy chili's for the fajitas, a great meal included on the 2 for $25 menu which also offers an appetizer and dessert. When my wife and I walked in we sat with our friend but were still waiting on another. We ordered drinks with chips & salsa to start. Our other friend didn't arrive until after we were seated for about 20 minutes and the server was very nice and didn't seem to mind at all. We ordered our food shortly after and then had a couple of the monthly margaritas which were great. Food was good and every was fine until the bill. Our server explained that the check is presented on the tablet at the table, and also said to double check the total since sometimes the 2 for 25 menu item prices aren't billed accurately on the tablets. When my wife looked over our portion of the bill after closing out our friends' tabs, our bill came to $58 and change before tax when it should have been 40 since we had the 2 for 25 meal and 3 of the $5 monthly margaritas. We brought this to our servers attention and she said that she would fix it and grabbed our card before we were able to view an accurate itemized copy since she didn't have it on her. We should have asked to view an updated copy because our card was charged 48, which wasn't the correct total even after adding in tax. Aside from that the service and food was good so we didn't bother asking for a refund for a few dollars. Usually I'm satisfied with my experience at this Chilis but they've proved today that they can't handle a crowd more than 2. My family of 6 had a sucky experience. Most of the group ordered burgers and one a steak. The steak was raw despite the fact that it was sent back to be re-cooked and all the burgers were pink when noone ordered theirs cooked rare. This Chili's is the worst! I have not been here once without them messing up our order or waiting an extremely long time for our food. Getting takeout, expect to wait at least a half hour past the pickup time they give you and be sure to inspect your bag for missing items! Maybe because today was a holiday (Labor Day). It took a while to be seated and attended to. I ordered the classic ribeye, mashed potatoes and shrimp. The ribeye was a whole different color and texture. It tasted spongy and squishy. The shrimp was very small and spicy and the mashed potatoes were bland. I always order this and never had a problem before. I came to this location for the first time and this was my experience. I won't be coming back here again. In the past couple of months I have been here twice. The first time was with a large group of people after church on Sunday. There was about 20 of us, ranging in age from 18-29. The restaurant was not that busy, it took an hour to get drinks and our orders taken. At that point I talked to the manager and politely explained the situation. He was kind enough to give us 50% off our bill. The whole lunch experience took 4 hours and the food wasn't that great. After this experience I didn't think I would be back but I figured I would give it another try. So I went on an afternoon with my boyfriend and ordered the ribs. This time the whole experience didn't take long, approx and hour. But the ribs were really dry. Also, I ordered a mango drink and it didn't taste like mango, it tasted like mint. When the waitress asked how everything was in the middle of our dinning experience, I said, "I don't really like this drink, I'm sorry." She said "OK, do you want something else?" and I said, "I'll just stick to my water, thanks though." She almost took it personal that I didn't like the drink and was very rude and impersonal the rest of the time we were there. As you can tell from the ratings, there is a problem here and the management needs to get on Yelp and address these issues. My wife and I recently stopped here for lunch and as we have eaten at numerous Chili's locations all over the country. Generally, they are consistent from location to location in terms of food quality and level of service. Personally, I will overlook a mediocre meal but not poor customer service. The restaurant was not at all busy, but our lunch took over 20 minutes to be served and when it arrived it was cold and had to be sent back. Waitstaff was indifferent at best there were long lapses between serving and check. My take on this location is that the staff is not properly trained nor is management attentive to correcting any of the problems mentioned in these reviews.
