First and last time I will do take out or eat at this restaurant. I realize all prices have gone up. But when a side salad is ordered and crushed in what would be a regular cup size soup take out container with the dressing container pushed in as well. The dressing container took up half the side container. The ordered contained 2 side salads. Which would equal a side salad at any other restaurant. Save your money. Not worth what was spend. My 6oz med-rare sirloin was done perfectly and seasoned well, loaded mashed potatoes were tasty, my only complaint would be the under-seasoned broccoli. Myself and my bff went to chilis because we have been seeing it all over tik tok and needed to try it. We were not disappointed! When we walked in at 8 pm there was a line out the door and we were quoted an hour wait. Which was shocking for 8 pm. However, we found 2 seats at the bar and snagged those! We saw lots of open high tops but they didn't offer those so we just avoided them. Our bartender was EXTREMELY attentive and was always filling up our drinks and asking how everything was. There was a "Karen" who came in yelling about not being able to sit at the high tops but the bartending staff handled it so professionally! The food was amazing. Everything I wanted it to be! We got the triple dipper and the cheese pill on the mozz sticks was INSANE. I had the Don Julio marg and it was so fresh and didn't taste like an overly sugared chain Resturant marg. It was delish! Here's my surprise pick of hamburger places! Even if it's only a surprise to me! But judging by the reviews it appears not many will agree with me. Three For Me - It's a home run in my book! My 1st surprise was the Chips and salsa. The chips were fresh and warm. The salsa tasted homemade and also fresh. Thoroughly enjoyed the app! Soft drink included, thank you. Now the burger. I wasn't expecting it to be so big. Before biting into it I lowered my expectations as to the quality and taste. I was cheerfully wrong on both accounts! We got there (party of 3) around 6pm on a Friday night. The wait was 30-40 minutes. The hostess wasn't very friendly. Then the manager came on the scene and things started moving. Our waitress arrived shortly after we were seated. She was very friendly! We told her we were on a time constraint and she was very accommodating. She memorized all of our food and drink orders and brought them out promptly. She continued to be very attentive and friendly for the remainder of our time there. Her name was EMILY! What the heck is up with the front doors here? Not sure if it's wind, or how construction went, but you have to put all your body strength into opening these. On a plus note good workout. Very nice staff here. It is busy on Friday nights, but so is everywhere else. Really good server! She was phenomenal. We had a decent sized party, plus some teens and she rocked it. Food isn't quite as good as I remember it. My belief is it's not the cooks, it's more likely than not corporate. Decent but not spectacular. They also could increase their drink menu choices. Last night we decided to stop by for dinner and try the new mega burger we heard about. I have to say that I have some mixed feelings about it. Price- $18 Mmm. I'll say somewhat reasonable if you are only going off the shear size of the burger alone but I found it disappointing that they were not as generous with the fries... just under a handful. Imagine a McDonald's jr fries. The fries should have matched the burger. Quality- Burger was big, double patties, bacon had a good texture not to crispy or chewy. We had to change the bottom bun due to the amount of grease it had soaked to the point the pickels were embedded in the sogginess. Overall ok. I hope they improve on their portion sizes in the future and try not to smash the burger to death resulting in a bath of grease. Lol read more

I think that's the fastest I've ever gotten drinks and an app. Food took about 40 minutes BUT it was Saturday night at 6pm and there where multiple large groups seated. I am writing this still in Chilis. It's been well over an hour and we ordered simple food. Mozzarella sticks, chips & queso+salsa,quac. The chips and salsa came out well before everything else because they "don't have mozzarella sticks right now". Meanwhile, we saw multiple tables get there's including a table who got here after us. After I waited to get the chips refilled because "they don't have any chips ready" we saw two tables get theres. They don't have any utensils available so I was given plastic ones. They must not have bowls either because my salsa was in a to-go cup. Now we're waiting for some to-go food, which we ordered almost 40 minutes ago. The table behind us got their food (same thing we ordered to-go) and they got here well after us. Not sure it can get worse than this, so i'll post it while we're still here. Don't recommend!! I'm honestly not surprised that this Chili's has such bad reviews. I ordered 2 meals and had them delivered. I ordered the Margarita Grilled Chicken the chicken had no grill marks on it. Just 3 unseasoned not fully cooked pieces of chicken that I had to recook, and the worst part of it all was that I found a piece of metal in my food. Lucky this was my meal and not my child's. I got a black bean veggie fajita. They broke up a veggie burger in it and didn't include the guacamole as I asked. It was terrible. My boyfriend got a chicken sandwich with fries. When I think of chain restaurants that specialize is Mexican food, Chili's is the first one that comes to mind. You can find all your favorite Mexican dishes on the menu, as well as your most popular bar food such as wings and burgers. Service has always been hit or miss at this location. Most of the time I've had good service, but a few times I came in I felt the staff was unorganized and unprofessional. My last visit I waited a good five minutes to be shown to a table because there wasn't anyone at the hostess stand. The food is what you would expect from a majority of the chain restaurants. Good, but not great. My last visit I started with chips and salsa and finished with the Mix and Match Fajitas. The chips and salsa weren't good at all. Very bland. This was extremely disappointing because several other restaurants serve them complimentary and taste much better. The Mix and Match Fajitas were delicious. Fresh, flavorful, and served with all the necessary accoutrements. The steak was a little chewy, but other than that, perfect. There are definitely better options for Mexican in the area, but Chili's is okay in my book. read more

I ordered chili's for me and my family through their website and it was pretty easy. In total I believe we had 4 entrees. There were some exclusion we wanted but couldn't do through the website so we called the store and was able to make the change the woman was very well spoken and made sure that our request was done. I believe we waited about 45 minutes to an hour which we felt was kind of long but they partner with door dash so that could have been where the wait came from. Overall the food was good but it was cold the kids side of fries were burnt and the drinks were not what was ordered. read more

DO NOT EAT here! I love Chillies I go to my local chillies at least once every 2 weeks if not more. I been to this location before and today was like my 3rd visit. The first 2 visits were not good but not this bad. We went today May 25 around 5PM and the waiter came to take our order, bought our drinks n chips out... ok. We were hoping the service was better than the last 2 times. We ate our chips (party of only 2) finished our chips. Waited for our food, chit chatting.... After about 20 min we started getting nervous the waiter Niko never came over, never checked on us while we watched him at the bar talk and laugh and be loud with coworkers... not a care in the world. We watched other ppl being seated and my husband noticed the couple seated in front of his view were just being served about 40 min in from when we were seated so had to be over 40 min for them as they had drinks and chips that were eaten... the couple behind us that were in my view sat just after us and were also getting anxious and ask us how long we were waiting we told them Niko hadn't even taken their order. when Niko the waiter notices them speaking to us he decides to come over and take the couples order this is about an hour in already he goes to the couple to take their order and the couple says no thank you we are leaving Niko says ok... We decide we are leaving too it's about an hour and 10 min in and Niko Never once came to acknowledge us, didn't come check on us not once, so we waived and said we are leaving and he just said ok bye.... We walked out to see the same couple who had walked out waiting for the manager and they asked us if we were leaving we said YES this is ridiculous the couple said now the manager doesn't even want to come out! This is the worst Chillies/Restaurant I have ever visited and I can guarantee you I will never go back to this location. Also, I should mention it was not too packed there was no wait we were seated quickly. No one waiting when we left either. Funnily enough I get home and my sister in law stops by and I told her my experience and she said oh no I had a similar experience and I would never go back there either..... YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!
