300th review!!! I like to note the good first before giving my criticisms: great service and an excellent environment. The mood was great, the tea smelt good, and the place definitely felt like a cozy hangout. The creamy taro milk tea itself was quite good, it was frothy and I like the unique aspect about that, once the sweetness levels were right. It was refreshing to have on a super hot day. Being from Cali, I'm used to really good boba, but then again I think that this place is fine given the lack of options in Orlando this is an fine spot. There were a few things that bothered me. First, they let me try out the sweetness of the tea, which I asked for 50%. It was wayyy too sweet, so I asked for 25%. For some reason, it was about the same sweetness as 50%, not sure why but it feels like they don't have a standard for measurements with it. It seemed arbitrary.Anyways, I rolled with the less sweet option than 25 but not zero and they made it in a mug like it's for an ABG Thor. Second, I found the boba balls to be rather hard and stale. I'm not sure what's up with that, and just to make sure that I wasn't dreaming a immediately when I returned to Cali a few days later, I got some Boba back home and found the balls were way softer than this place. Other than that, the last thing to note is the high price. $7+ tip was a lot for boba, especially considering that I spend about half that amount in Cali for the same thing and rent there is usually insane. Overall, give it a visit still. It's a 3.5 out of 5 for me. I think it's good to see boba places in areas like Orlando where it's few and far between but keep your expectations more real when coming here. read more

I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS TEA BAR! I'll just start off by saying that the owner, Jenn, is the sweetest. She is very passionate and truly believes in the teas she serves, and it shows. She personally came up to my boyfriend and I to converse and got to know us - we felt like we were talking to an friend, not an owner. She explained the concept of what we put in our body matters and leaving a smaller carbon foot print. Therefore, this tea bar is very environmentally conscious and only has real ingredients, loose tea leaves (NO POWDER), and fresh fruits because she believes that if she wouldn't give it to her kids, then she wouldn't serve it to her customers either. Everything was made fresh and with real tea leaves from Taiwan. The taste of the teas did not disappoint, you can taste the different between Bubble & Co's teas and the powdered boba teas that you'd normally get at other boba locations. You can taste the real tea and how fresh it is. We got tried the House Bubble Milk Tea and the Mixed Jewel Jasmine Milk Tea. I normally order Jasmine Milk Tea at tea locations, and this tea bar lived up to my expectations. My fav. Honestly, I was reluctant to order the tea with tapioca balls because at most places, the tapioca balls are basically a plastic texture and I sometimes get tummy aches from them after. But here, the tapioca balls are made fresh every 4 hours, so they are the perfect combination of softness and chewiness, MY TASTE BUDS AND MY TUMMY APPROVES! This was the first time that I've had a Bubble Waffle, and it did not disappoint. We got the Bubble Waffle w/ Hazelnut Spread - it was warm, with a good slight crunch on the outside and soft on the inside. I would say that with Ice Cream, it would have been better. So I'll be getting it with Ice Cream next time! The pastries served here are made from a local French pastry chef - and on the weekends, there's CAKE! This pastry chef makes her pastries with organic ingredients, so that's one less worry about what we put in our bodies! We tried the Guava flavored pastry and at the time, I was too full to fully enjoy the pastry, but I am definitely craving it now. As soon as we walked in, I WAS IN LOVE and told my boyfriend that we HAVE to come back just to hang out and relax here. The architecture of this tea bar truly tugged at my heart strings from the start and I automatically knew I'd be going back soon. Just look at the pictures posted, every little detail in this place is so aesthetically pleasing to the eyes. From the community table with mirrors on the wall (which is Jenn's hope that will be a place where everyone can come in and socialize and make new friends from all over the world), to the counters where the baristas (tea-baristas?) makes our drinks. The staff here are super nice! They were considerate to make a drink half sugar for us, and came out to allow my friend to taste it to see if it is okay. The server said she can make adjustments for him if he didn't like it. The bubble tea that we had in the cafe were served on wood trays and glass cups. I had a PBJ bubble milk and my friend tried a jasmine tea with rainbow jelly. The ambiance is very modern and the music they played was soothing. Be careful of the overcharge as it happened to us as well. That said, they did correct the price once I mentioned it. The size was similar to all other places and they offered a variety of sweetness which I prefer. They used mainly fruit flavor, not sure if it's natural and/or artificial but it's decent. I was in the area and randomly spotted Bubble and Co. it's such a cute quaint place with eclectic flavors. I ordered the passion fruit and jasmine chiller. The barista was so sweet and sensed it was my first time there. When she started making my drink she politely gave me a sample in a small cup to determine if the flavor profile was what I was looking for. And it absolutely was! My chiller was not only refreshing but it felt special because the barista put in the extra care. My best friend and I came to get a simple Taro and Black Pearl Bubble Tea with Oat Milk. Sweet server. BUT sadly the tea was a HUGE disappointment. WAY too much ice, we were struggling to identify the taro flavor, we only tasted the oat milk, and were fighting to get to the black pearls through the congested sea of ice cubes. With tip it was almost 20$ for 2 small bubble teas. Low key upsetting. We felt as if management just recently got stingy about resources and ingredients. I don't know if we will come back. YAY, finally found a good boba spot while visiting Orlando Florida! Located next to Icon park on international drive, this place has lots of potential. Probably the most quality drinks I have discovered in Florida with excellent service! The jasmine milk tea had their green tea flavor and you could taste the strong brewed scent from the tea leaves which makes me feel that they are using quality ingredients. My bf's taro drink was very good as well, they included taro bits to the drink, which is very different than what we're used to. What I appreciated most that the baristas made the drinks for us as a sample first to make sure we were comfortable or satisfied with the taste, and sugar level. There's not many places that do this so I definitely found it exceptional service! Boba is very soft and normal sugar level. A group of friends and I went after our lunch and got a variety of things. My favorites were definitely the passionfruit green tea and the Thai tea espresso!! The Thai tea espresso was a great surprise and was the right amount of sweet and coffee flavor. What sets this place apart is their unique menu and their customer service!! With their teas, they ask how sweet you'd like it, which is normal. But after you order and as you wait, they brought us samples of our drinks and asked if the sweetness was just right or needed adjustment. How considerate and such great service!! They also have bubble waffles and we built our own and got the mochi waffle base. We LOVED the mochi waffle!! Crispy and chewy and such a unique waffle to have with the ice cream and fixings. The only downside I would say is parking can be a little confusing, make sure to turn in before the actual storefront and part behind the steakhouse. Also, it is pretty pricey. High Tea Sunday was so amazing and special! We took the family including my niece to this! The High Tea spread that comes for three is what I have attached a picture on here of. It also comes with 3 delicious teas that you choose from a decent list! The best part is that it's only $18 per person and you have a huge portion and the table for 1.5 hours! My dad ordered a breakfast plate that came with eggs, sausage, potatoes, toast and fruit.... since he loves a great breakfast lol . . We had the awesome experience of finding out most of the teas are from Taiwan, break down of all kinds of teas, and how some of what they make goes to helping women who have been affected by acid accidents. This place has one of the best customer service of a bubble tea place I've seen in awhile! The girl who rung us up was very knowledgeable on the menu and answered all our questions. While waiting for our drinks, they brought us little samples of our orders for us to try to make sure the drink was just right. Love that they catered to their customers. (Granted, it was a bit slow around the time we came in so they had time to do that). The drink and my bubble waffle was great. I had gotten the Real Taro milk tea which is my usual go-to.
