Both John & Justin spent quite a bit of time at my home going over the firebox, insert, etc. I'm glad we hadn't tried to use it; it would have been a disaster. They found several issues, including where there were propane leaks. John provided me with a write up of what they did, along with pictures of what needed to be fixed/replaced.
