There I was king of the hill for the next 3-4 days. We really had never tried Ceviche before, but the online menu really looked spectacular. Our waitress was Angie, and she was fantastic. CALAMARI... we both love calamari, and we have eaten this dish at many different places. This was the best ever. Perfect. CEVICHE DE SALMON EN CANASTA DE TOSTON... seriously one of the most delicious things I have ever put in my mouth.
